- Andrea (2/5): Rude staff - The staff was more concerned with visiting with each other than providing customer service. Desk clerk upon check was visiting with an other employee wasn't welcoming at all. We encountered this throughout our whole visit. The last day we were there I went to store to purchase a couple of items, the store employee ignored me and visited with another employee. I left without making my purchase. The evening of July 17 we did encounter a great employee in the bar/grill she had blonde hair and glasses, she was awesome. The other two women working with her were rude and lazy. Next time we're in Up we'll be staying at Kewadin, would never recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location and views. - Fairly nice accommodations, but the bathroom sink was crazed and brown around the drain. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Restaurant was close and the buffets were good.
- Dre (6/5): Fine for just resting your head for a few hours. - My husband and I checked in around midnight, the nearest fast food anything was about 13 miles away and appeared to close at 11pm so this hotel is not exactly close to anything in our situation. The room appeared to be clean, however, our air circulation in our room was terrible. You could smell smoke coming in through the vent from the casino. I woke up the next morning with a mild sore throat. I have asthma and bad allaergies and chose a non-smoking room and this didn't exactly feel like clean air.
