- Daudelin (1/5): Wouldn’t let me check into fully paid room. - They would not let me check in saying they did not receive payment. I showed them the receipt where I had paid in full more than 24 hours in advance and they just kept saying they didn’t receive it. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally told them to cancel it and refund my money and left at 2:30am. Made other arrangements and 10-15 minutes later they called and text repeatedly telling me to come back and they would figure out payment in the morning. They refused to refund my money stating I “was not patient” and it was my fault I left.

- Henry (3/5): - The young lady who checked us in tried her very best to make our stay comfortable. She should be commended and compensated for her efforts. The facility was under extreme renovation and should not have been open
- Voyage707646 (2/5): Sleep in your car! Not worth it! - changed rooms twice. One was worse than the other. Kept having excuses for poor upkeep or LACK of upkeep of the rooms. See pictures. I ended up sleeping in my car.

- Natoshi (4/5): - We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and didnt have breakfast or coffee on any days. They said they were out of food. And to get coffee we had to walk next door to the other motel. One night we had little kids running around beatung on our door and screaming non stop and hitting the walls and just being wild. Mind you it was after 10:30 at night. It went on for atleast 2 hours. Our air went out for a few hours and wouldnt cut back on. We had one channel on the tv. There was no vending machines or anything. The breakfast was suppose to come with the room. The pool wasnt open and it took us forever toget someone to the desk each time we went in the office. Itwas a horrible experience.

- Ronald (2/5): - OMG! I picked this place on Expedia because it had a POOL! Their Website showed a nice blue pool. I get there at check in and the first thing I asked was about the pool. Its been closed for 2+years for repair! AHHH... it went down hill from there. The Hotel is old and very in need of repair in lots of areas. Flying bugs are covering the sink, coming up out of the drain. The Shower curtain is thin cloth and not large enough so the bath floor is covered in water every time. The NON Smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. No shampoo or anything provided in the room. The towels were dirty.. The staff who live there sit outside throwing cigarette butts all over the sidewalk. I put up with this place for 3 days and left 2 days early. The phone in the room had no wires attached to it and was broke. The 32 inch flat screen TV was very old and really poor resolution. Horrible picture. The wood floors were very dirty like they had never been mopped. Water damage in the ceiling of the bath from upstairs rooms. Bathroom vents falling off the wall. The knobs on the AC unit were missing and the AC smelled of mold. The ICE machine was too small for the size of the property and quickly ran out. I had to ask for towels on the second day, and in the 3 days I was there no one attempted to service the room. I addressed a couple of my issues with the staff who just said a new owner got the place a year ago and was trying to fit things? Oh Well at $52 a night I guess you get what you pay for! LOL

Water damage, paint issues, the floor seemed like it has never been washed, the white towels looked like they were stained with red clay from using them to step on when we got out of the shower, my feet were dirty as I walked around with bare feet. Overall it served a purpose after driving for 9 hours. No matter what I think I'm saving I will not go back

- travelwriter52 (4/5): Hard to find - First let me tell you that the room was ok. A bit overpriced but ok. I won't go back, but it isn't so much the room, though it was not perfect. First it was difficult to find. I turned at the sign and it wasn't there. I went back to the main road and the gps sent me to the hotel next door. I eventually found the office only to find it empty with a sign sending me to the hotel next door. I went there and the sign on the desk told me to call if I was checking in because there was no one there either! She answered promptly but when she found out I was checking in to econo lodge she said we needed to go back to the other office. She admitted she did not really know the system and called someone but luckily, the room had already been assigned. I really did not appreciate having to run around. The lady from Days Inn was very nice and I don't blame her. We got to the room and everything worked fine. But it was obviously worn. There was spots were the paint was knocked off on every wall and the door to the bathroom was damaged but usable. Traffic could be heard from the highway. It did have a nice black out shade, a decent tv, refrigerator and microwave. The heater worked great! The smoke detector was disconnected and sitting on the sink. We went to the office the next day to turn in the key and guess what. No one was there. The sign said call if you need assistance.

- David (8/5): Place to sleep and very fair rate. - It kind of is what it is. Basic affordable, staff was accommodating and very kind. The facility is dated but clean. Really did not expect much. Needed a place to sleep and was conveniently located.
- tonyjohnsonjacob (2/5): Days inn lavonia - The location felt shady, the room was no-smoking but had definitely been smoked in regardless, there were little bugs flying around, directly above where my head would be there was a cobweb above the bed, the smoke detector was on the counter, the door lock (which leads directly out into the parking lot was broken, and no trash can in the room.
- Charles (3/5): Roach Hotel - Close to my destination Our first day was good , lady at the office was super nice even made me fresh coffee, the 2nd day went bad , we seen a couple roaches in the restroom and then when i went to check out Saturday morning i ask this different lady at the dest for coffee and she didn't make any and acted like i was bothering her. She didn't bother to make coffee or put out more cups and creamer. The room had pealing paint on the ceiling and smelled bad . Sheets has burn holes and toilet seat was dirty...ice machine didn't work . If i owned that place it would be beautiful.

Peeling paint on ceiling in shower. Filth in the handle to the freezer. Window shade was broken. Floors were so dirty, I didn't want to walk on them, even in my shoes.
- Kim (2/5): Inexpensive but not very clean or well-maintained - The hotel has easy access from the highway. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we couldn't get into our room or there was a problem, she was very helpful, even late at night. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a short overnight stay, arriving at 11 pm after a 13 hour flight from Africa and a 1.5 hr drive from the Atlanta airport. The first room that we were given was being worked on - there was plaster everywhere, a plastic trough in the sink, etc. The second room that we were given was dirty and had beds that looked like they had been slept in. The third room seemed to have clean sheets. The floor and the bathroom were not completely clean (there was a wadded up napkin behind the bathroom door). The keycard slot was not attached to the battery - the wires were clearly disconnected - so we couldn't go out of our room and lock it or else we couldn't get back in. Sooo... it was an inexpensive place to sleep for 8 hrs and then get up and go, but I wouldn't go back.

The entire stay, towels and sheets were not changed nor, even offered to us to do ourselves. Had to go to a dollar store and purchase trash bags and a broom and dust pan to clean. The website displayed breakfast. But there is no breakfast. The refrigerator in the room was leaking water continually next to an electrical outlet.

- LoveTravel757604 (2/5): AVOID this hotel at ALL costs! - Book a room on Thursday for Friday. 1. Got to hotel no reservation. They did have a room available 2. Room card didn't work 3. Room looked like it hadn't been painted in years. No carpet just tiles and the tiles were not clean. 4. Bath tub/shower looked like it was from the 50's. Caulk around the spigot. 5. Only 1 lamp maybe to hid the deficiencies. 7. No coffee pot or phone in the room. 8. Car alarm going off at 10 pm for over an hour In all my years of staying in hotels, this was VERY close to the worst

- Jenine (5/5): Roof over my head. - The staff was great, very friendly & helpful. The pillows were very comfortable. The mini fridge worked very well, so well some of my beverages froze. If you are looking for a low budget, low quality place to rest, this place fits that bill. The hotel is located off the main road leading into town from I85 behind the Taco Bell, at times traffic is busy making it hard to get out of drive. Pretty quiet despite the location. Not very clean, door had a huge gap where you could see outside (see pic). Floor was filthy & sticky (see pic of towel used to wipe up spill). Grim all around trim of mini fridge (see pics). Ceiling in bathroom looked like the floor above had a flood & it looked moldy as well as the door (see pics). No remote for TV, thankful I had my laptop. Telephone didn't work, thankful I have a cell phone. Only one lamp in the room worked, light over vanity & that one lamp was the only source of light at night. The other lamp had no light bulb & the bulb socket was broken so it wouldn't have mattered if there was a light bulb in it. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, nor was there coffee. They didn't even have plates or plastic-ware for guest to use in their rooms. Pool wasn't open either, I heard it hasn't been open for years. A lot of false advertising going on here. I'm just glad I didn't pay the full price for this room. It served it's purpose I guess.

They didn't have a room available for me needing handy cap then put us at days inn and that room was nasty had hair all over the place and smelled of weed something black all over the beds made. The beds at econo lodge are hard as a rock too. The one in 202 had stains all over the sides. They still have not refunded to my bank the 136.50 that's owed to me.

- Taylor (1/5): Bad - The location was great all well most of what we needed was within walking distance.but front desk guy kept trying to charge my card on file without asking if i was staying again and he shouldnt do that anyways.remotes didmt work our batteries for room didnt work we had to get off work after 12 hr days and wait for guy in office to let us in.roaches no breakfast no laundry stiff mattresses.the best thing there was the tv channels.but the remote was even messed up.when i went to turn volume up or down it changed the channels at the same time
