- Paul (10/5): I go up there once a year for a motorcycle race in Chico, I will make this my stay over place. A++++ - Location was perfect for me, just off the freeway easy to find. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, everything worked as it should, bed was comfortable, room was very quiet, no noise from the freeway traffic, great shower. I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

- Mary (8/5): - The staff is very friendly; everything was great except being on the first floor has its disadvantages due to the neighbors above you. Neighbors talking extensively outside early in the morning. Other than that it was a nice stay.
- Wong (9/5): Superb - The staff was friendly and helpful. There were coffee, fruit, and store packaged mini muffins available at the check-in office. The Inn is located within a strip mall and has ample parking for large vehicles. There is a Grocery outlet, a Dollar Tree, a noodle restaurant, and a sandwich shop within walking distance. Downtown Orland, Starbucks, CVS, Walgreen, fast food resturants, and a Dutch Bro are 5 minutes away. It has an outdoor pool.

- Gaylene (10/5): OK for a 1 night stay - Front staff were great. Motel is just old. Carpets can use a good cleaning, walls are thin, and corners in the rooms need a good cleaning. Beds are not that comfortable for our tastes. A/C is loud. Most of these things are just because of the age of the motel. Pool area was clean and fun for the teenage boys to play in. There are a few stores right in the same parking lot to pick up any items you may need. Motel is right off the freeway so very convenient. Motel was full with firefighters, that were away 90% of the time we were there. No smoke from the fire, as it was blowing north of our location. I would stay here again if the need arose.

It an older Inn but it's well kept and clean... The young man that greeted me was friendly, as well as the staff I meant in the morning... I would be happy to stay again next time I'm passing through..

- Dorianne (7/5): nice place to rest your head! - quiet and comfy beds when having to stay in hotels every night, the prices get unbearable...prexivid pricing was so much more affordable. the toilet and sink didnt work right, and room had fleas....when advised the counter person the next morning, she just 'glossed' over and said nothing...had to repeat myself until she confirmed what I said.

- Kevin (6/5): Another stay at Orland - Just a couple days, and have stayed here many times, before. As usual, check in was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and neat though the sitting chair was stained and pretty uncomfortable. Hurt to sit in it for too long using a computer, for example. The lampshade was in poor condition, cracked and peeling inside but the light level was adequate. TV was okay. Internet access was fine. They need to replace the bath mat and towels, daily, however. Perhaps this was a simple oversight. Ice machine worked fine. The hotel was pretty quiet even though immediately off of the freeway. Morning food provided was pretty limited, fruit or CostCo plastic wrapped danish and coffee/tea. For my purposes, adequate.

- D'Arcy (10/5): - Smooth check in. Very friendly clerk that stayed so upbeat one had no option but to feel happy. I had a long 6 hour drive with a number of challenges. All I wanted was my key, a hot shower, a bed. This clerk smiled, made eye contact, and made me feel genuinely welcome to the Orland Inn. I was left with zero questions because she seamlessly covered everything one would want or need to know about the property. Excellent stay.

It was fantastic, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to, tge water pressure was good, sheets were clean, the room was also very clean. Staff was nice, it was quiet the bed was comfortable. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I was very impressed. Not the Ritz but perfect for an overnight. I would definitely stay here again.

However since I was visiting family in Orland I was treated to breakfast while I was there. Since I’m a Senior Citizen the only thing I would of liked to have was a mat for inside the tub. I have a fear of falling. I did appreciate that the tub was at a height that I was able to get in and out of easily.

I have always just passed through Orland on my way to somewhere else. I needed to stay here due to unforeseen circumstances. I was truly impressed with all aspects of this motel. The room was quiet, spacious and very clean. The bed had lots of blankets and was very comfortable. The shower water had a nice spray head and was nice and hot.

They would clean my room if I wanted them to buy. I never have it clean, for I am not a messy person, so all I need is clean towels The friendless of the staff and the price was great closes to shopping and restaurant
