- hyeyoung (10/5): 다음에 또 방문하고싶은 숙소에요. - 저는 숙소 너무 좋았어요. 비록 수영장과 헬스장을 이용못해서 아쉬웠지만.... 창문을 통해서 보는 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 식기구가있어서 뭘 해먹기 편했는데 전에이용하던분이 식기를 제대로 안씻어놔서 그릇과 식기가 아주조금 신경쓰였습니다. 밥먹고 환기시킬수있어서 너무좋았구요. 바람도 잘들어오고 햇살도 잘들어오는 머물기 좋은곳이었습니다.
- ayaka (10/5): - 予約後すぐにブルーバードの方からチェックイン時間についてのメールとパスポート写真を送るメールが届きました。 遅い時間の飛行機だったのですが、メールでチェックイン時間をお伝えしたからか、チェックインで困ることはありませんでした！！！ ホテルではなくアパート？寮？のようなところなので、毎日お部屋を掃除してくれたりタオルを交換してくれたりのサービスはありませんが、洗濯機がついてたり、大きな冷蔵庫があったり、調理器具も一通り揃っていたりと便利でした。 真横に安いスーパーやマクドナルド、マッサージ屋さん等便利でした！！！ マクタンニュータウンビーチまでもとても近いです。歩いても行けますが、暑いのでタクシーを使うのもありです。 ブルーバードのプールもとっても綺麗で、ヤシの木？等もとても映えでした！！！ 夕方ごろに見える夕日も最高でした。

- IKUMI (8/5): 素敵なコンドミニアム - マクタンニュータウン内のコンドミニアムなのでスーパーマーケットやフードコート、マッサージなんでも揃っていて便利でした。 予約時の写真ではインフィニティプールがあったのですが、それは隣のビルで使えませんでした。 予約したのがどのビルかはチェックインしないと分からないし、チェックインするのもビルを移動しないといけないのが難点ですが…。 今回はオーナーさんが直接案内してくれて、親切に説明をしてくれて快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機もあるので助かりました。
- ＪＯＡＤＡＮ (6/5): - ３泊４日お世話に成りました。初日のチェックインは私の名前がエクスペディアよりその建物Ｄの受付に予約確約の登録無く英語バージョンのペーパーを渡しましたがＡ～Ｃの受付に行ったり来たりしてトラブルで大変でしたが先にチェックインしてた友達が入場する時に契約書を手続きするママさんを呼んでくれて何とかＣ棟５Ｊのルームを確保して案内して貰いました。調理の道具や器が揃っているの家族で現地の食材を調達して料理を食べるには困りません。室内は６０㎡と広く洗面バスタブ・トイレ・キッチン・テーブル・ベットルームに分かれています。只、無料の水ボトルやティシュ・タオルの予備・スッティクコーヒー・手ぬぐいやスリッパなどのサービスはホテルと違い日本から準備して来たので不便なく何とか過ごせました。良い点はｂ周りにコンビニ・スパー・ドラックストア・日本料理の店がすぐそばに有り便利でした。

- Verified traveler (8/5): プール付きの快適なコンドミニアム - 空港からタクシーで15分くらいのマクタンニュータウンにあり５階にプールが あります。 タワーマンションで入り口が１＆２と３＆４の２か所あり、予約書にはどとらか書かれていないのでどちらかの受付で聞く必要があります。 コンドミニアムの１部屋を借りる形、広くてきれいです。 入り口の隣にスーパーと日本食レストランがあるので食事には困りません。 近くには有名な（マクタンシュライン）があり歩いて１０分くらいです。 移動はタクシーになります、ジプニーは慣れないと乗りこなせないので。 あと、部屋へ案内されてから2000ペソのデジポットを要求されます。

I don't understand why they shut the pool down for a whole day to clean n put chemicals????? I have a pool i do it at night the chemicals check in the morning and all ok i swim i understand if they shut it from 10pm the day before and reopen at midday. I watch the pool cleaner today was he was still cleaning it even after he had n entire day to do it lol. And its the first time I've seen him actually vacuum the whole pool. another thing why are you not allowed to use the pool at 6am like the gym??? Its quite normal to swim at 6 am if i was working i wouldn't be able to exercise.

Greit lokalområdet, Newtown er et område med moderne blokker og har butikker og restauranter på området. Samtidig er stranden veldig nær. Dessverre pågikk det utbygging like ved leiligheten og dette var veldig sjenerende.

Two tiny towels that have to serve as your shower towels and pool towels for your whole stay. Tiny tiny under-equipped kitchen. No napkins or paper towels or rags. Really leaky shower plumbing. - 柾谷 (6/5): - 給湯器の故障で最初の５分しかお湯が出ず、ダイビングをしてきた後も暖かいシャワーを浴びることが出来ませんでした。修理を依頼するも、治ったと言った後も、５分しかお湯がでなかった。バスタブにはつかる事もできませんでした。

- DONG HOO (8/5): - 룸은 깨끗한편이였으며 주변에 졸리비 맥도날드 세븐일레븐등 상가가 많아 지내기엔 불편함이 없었다.수영장은 생각보다 크지 않았으며 사람들이 많은 시간대엔 이용하기 불편했다. 뉴타운이니만큼 물가도 다른곳에 비해서 비싼듯 느껴졌다

- YOSHINORI (10/5): 日本人も納得できる安全で快適な滞在が出来るマンション - 数回滞在しているが、行くたびに、マクタンニュータウンが発展していくのがわかる。今回は、セブンイレブンの2店目とスタバがオープンしていました。ホテルのようなベッドメークやタオル交換はありませんが、それ以外は価格以上の満足感を得られるはずです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 수영장 바로 앞의 방 - 뉴타운 입구에서 걸어서 10분 정도 걸린다. 그리고 아직까지 공사중이라 사우나나 헬스장 사용에 약간의 제한은 있으나 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았다. 수영장이 바로 앞이라 더욱 좋았다. 그러나 낮은 층수이니만큼 경치를 보는 건 기대하지 않는 것이 좋다.

- 성문 (2/5): [필독] 후회스럽네요 - 가격대비 여러가지 안좋았습니다. 이전 숙소도 좋은편은 아니었지만 여기에 비하면 굉장히 좋은 숙소였네요... 장단점 정리할테니 참고하세요. 전 개인적으로 비추천입니다. [장점] 1. 마리바고와 가까움. 주변에 편의시설 약간 있음(패스트푸드점, 마트 등) 2. 수영장 쓸만함 [단점] 1. 건물 외형은 호텔이나 실제 시스템은 에어BnB와 흡사함. 체크인 번거로움. 2. 방 청결도와 상관없이 청소비 명목으로 별도비용 청구(700페소) 3. 추가침대 요구했으나 매트리스 한장만 줌. 커버나 이불같은건 없음 4. 수압이 굉장히 약함...샤워 시간 2~3배는 소요됌. 5. 기본적인 어매니티 없음. (일회용 샴푸랑 비누하나 외에 제공되는건 없음. 그나마도 굉장히 허접함) 2박하는데 수건도 인당 1장주고 추가요청시 돈달라고 함. 그나마도 집주인 와서 가져다주는데 최소 20분이상 소요됌(호텔에 요청 못함) 6. 가격대비 전반적인 시설이나 만족도가 심히 떨어짐. 건물 외형만 그럴싸함

- Ken (2/5): セブ泊まった中で一番ひどい宿泊 - ここの目の前の教会のスピーカーから毎朝５時に約３０分に爆音で音楽が流れる。目覚ましより激しい音なので毎日、目が覚め熟睡できなかった。日曜日は朝４時から教会音楽が爆音で鳴り響き６時頃まで牧師の説教が続き長時間眠れない。 そして最悪なのがチェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズにできない。何故ならここは受付がいないから。また、WEBには安く料金を表示させるため現地で支払う追加料金の記載が分かりにくくなっており、WEBでの支払いの後に現地で追加料金を支払うシステムになっている。私は深夜の夜行便で着いたが警備員に鍵を持っている人間を呼んでもらいチェックインが２時間待たされた。鍵を持っているステラという女性が着くなり事前に深夜チェックインの連絡をしなかったからペナルティーとして５００ペソ払えという事だった。しまいには、デポジット、掃除料で合計３２００ペソを現金で払えと言われた。見つけにくいWEBの規約に20:00以降のレイトチェックインも可能です (料金は異なります)５００ペソ払うとは書いていない。要は言い値である。ちなみにセブで５００ペソはセブの人々の約１日半分の給料。事前のバウチャーに記載されている連絡先はフィリピンのローカルの携帯電話であり、メールアドレスなど一切記載がない。ペナルティーペイを取るため連絡先にメールアドレスを記載していないように思われる。ステラは「メールを何回も送った」「携帯のテキストも送った」というが一切私は受信していない。嘘つきである。クレジットが使えないとのことで深夜に両替所が近辺になく払えないと言うと「パスポートを私に預けろ」と非常識なことを言われて言い合いになりストレスになる。何のためにWEBで宿泊費を先払いしているのか、わからない。どっちが宿泊客なのか分からない。 今までセブ泊まった中で一番ひどい宿泊だった。他のセブのコンドミディアムでもこんなひどい対応はない。二度と泊らない。

We flew in from far away and stayed at one of there condo suites for 3 nights. There was no spare toilet paper, no Kleenex anywhere in the suite, no hand soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body soap, no paper towels, no cleaning supplies for cleaning any dishes that we may use, no detergent for the clothing washer, no extra towels(they will charge you for using extra towels) for use at the gym or pool, the internet was extremely slow, and the television channels did not come in very clear. Be aware that they do not have cleaners to come into the suite everyday like a hotel which they claim to be similar to so be prepared to take care of the suite yourself without any supplies. They do not mention any of this on their booking sites which is very deceiving. As travellers from abroad we never expect to have to provide these items ourselves when paying for accommodations. We also should not have to spend our valuable vacation time shopping for our own supplies for the places that we stay in especially when they claim they are hotel quality. When I mentioned all this to them, they were not understanding or helpful in any way. They just came up with excuses. Extremely poor customer service. The only good thing I can say is that it's a newer, clean building... that's about it. Thanks for reading and I hope this is helpful to anyone thinking of renting from them.

- Julia (6/5): The little things - Overall it worked out, but there were little things that upset us. First of all, it was quite dusty and I'm allergic to dust. I left a dress in front of the aircon and when I picked it up, it was covered in dust! In the description, it says there's a poolside bar, but there is none and alcohol isn't even allowed around there. Also, it says that there's a full service spa, but there isn't. There is a place for a spa, but you have to call a massage therapist yourself to come and there's no phone in order to do so anyway. We also had some issues with the bath tension rod falling. The pool was nice, though. In summary, there's a lot in the description that isn't there and you get what you pay for.
