- Ana (10/5): Great choice - Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff is awesome, so are the rooms. I appreciated that breakfast was different every day so not to get tired of it. Location excellent as is a walkable area. I want to thank mostly the staff at the reception for being so communicative to arrange pick up at the airport, etc. For sure will be back and of course, I highly recommend this place.

- Hendrikus (10/5): Nice smal hotel downtown - Great small hotel. Mind you the lobby is on the ground floor. The rooms are on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. But nice room. Always be sure you book a room with a window. Staff is a great help. They speak good English and know Yangon. Room are fine.

- Christophe (8/5): Endroit correct au cœur de Yangon - Hôtel correct pour Yangon si ce n'est que certaines chambres sont au 5e étage ça grimpe dur. La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas et personne n'a su me la remplacer, le personnel est parfois tête en l'air. Sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé, relativement calme et le petit déjeuner est passable. Mais pour le prix ça reste convenable

Quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, o interruptor da energia do quarto não estava funcionando muito bem, TV com vários canais e inyernet ok. Bom custo-benefício.

- Benjamin (8/5): Convenient location and excellent service - Highly convenient location and excellent service at a reasonable price. The amenities were simple and functional, and if there was anything lacking, it was more than made up for by the cheerful and earnest service of the reception staff and owners, who made sure the stay was a comfortable one. Highly recommended. Will stay at this place, if I have the opportunity to visit again.
- Joy (6/5): ก็โอเค - ไม่ชอบตรง ไม่มีลิฟ และห้องอยู่ชั้น 6 กว่าจะเดินถึงห้องเหนื่อยอยู่ คิดว่าโรงแรมขนาดเล็กส่วนมากในย่างกุ้งไม่มีลิฟบริการเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา แต่แนะนำว่าเพิ่มเงินอีกหน่อย จองโรงแรมในย่างกุ้งที่มีลิฟดีกว่า ชอบตรง พนักงานบริการดีมากกกกก ช่วยยกกระเป๋าขึ้นชั้น 6 และตอน check out ก็ช่วยยกกระเป๋าลงมาให้ ช่วยโทรจองและหาแท็กซี่ให้ บริการดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อยยยย เป็นก๋วยเตี๋ยวสไตล์พม่า และ ขนมปังแบบฝรั่ง ความสะอาดของห้อง ดูด้วยตาเหมือนจะสะอาดแต่จริงๆ ไม่สะอาดเพราะรู้สึกได้ว่ามีฝุ่นฟุ้ง เพราะมีอาการภูมิแพ้คือ คันจมูก คันตามตัว ต้องใส่ mask นอน และไม่แน่ใจว่า ผ้าห่มและผ้าปูที่นอนที่ดูด้วยตาก็ดูสะอาด นั้นคิดว่าเต็มไปด้วยฝุ่น และไม่แน่ใจว่าเปลี่ยนผ้าปู ผ้าห่มรึป่าว ตอนแขกคนก่อนหน้า check out แต่ว่า มี maid เข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องให้ทุกวัน และ เปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนูให้ทุกวัน

- Ho (6/5): Average stay - Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Tissue paper found on the floor in the small corner beside the bed. The bed frame was also very dusty. Located in Chinatown 20-30 minutes walk to sule pagoda and downtown.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location for short stay - Great Chinatown location, close to downtown. Good for short stay. Was upgraded to deluxe room on first floor. Room had no windows. Air conditioner blew out black flakes and rattled noisily when turned on. Staff came up to check and said it was because it had just been cleaned. Room was clean except for bit of mould around toilet base. Staff helpful with booking taxis. I left early at 6 am in the morning next day. Breakfast starts at 6 am and staff person said she would ask the manager if they could pack something for me to take to the airport instead, but did not follow up..

- Charles (10/5): Very nice. Loved the staff. - Excellent customer service. Some of the best we've seen. Lee is a wonderful hostess. It is a short three block walk to the main food hub in China Town, 19th St. A Chinese temple is just around the corner, but most other sites are a ways off. Taxi rides are inexpensive, but walking the city is worth it. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
- Cha (8/5): Good location! Nice and accommodating staff. - Given the price and considering that it is an Inn and not a hotel, I would say it was worth what we paid for. It maybe difficult for old people to walk up 5 floors.
- joanna (6/5): - Clean room comfortable bed. Minute room. No lift, lots of stairs. The hotel ran like clockwork when the owners were present. Unfortunately, probably due to extremely limited English, this was not always the case in their absence. Breakfast on those occasions was chaotic and often cold. A breakfast menu appeared on the day before we left which gave the impression that the only choice on our final morning was Fish noodle soup. This was served tepid and was difficult to face at 8am. Tea and coffee were both cold. I know that this hotel has the potential to do much better, as proven when the owners are around. We wish them every success.

- Christine (8/5): Jewel of Downtown Yangon - Stayed with my daughter recently. Location is ideal close to Yangon central with walking distance to many sights. Enjoyed the hustle & bustle of town, saw the real Yangon. Staff were so helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. No lift and was on the 6th floor but happy to work off the fantastic Burmese food eaten. Can highly recommend!

Very new place, owners are lovely and helpful although other staff are just slightly less so due to language issues mainly. Room itself is great for the budget traveller plenty of power points, comfy enough bed and bedding and water and coffee. Strong aircon. Shared bathroom needs more places to put stuff while showering and the toilet paper needs to be changed more often 2 rolls for 8 rooms goes quickly! Overall good for a cost effective stay in a modern place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): New inn in the canter of downtown - I don't have any complaints, for the money we paid we got a clean bed to sleep on and breakfast was included. Few things to note: - the location of this place is really good, you can get to the majority of Yangon's attractions on foot, you will also have a lot of food choices around - the owner use to live in Australia so her English is really good and she was always happy to help us with bookings or directions (use the hotel staff to book you a cab as they will get a better rate than you will) - you have to try the coconut noodle soup they serve for breakfast, it's to die for! - this is an inn and not a hotel, this means that there is no elevator in the building, so be ready to climb some stairs - our room didn't have a window, which wasn't a problem as we spent all of our days sightseeing
- FURQAN (10/5): Great vibes! Excellent hotel and value. - Myat and Lyn who are the owners (husband and wife) were such great hosts with Myat also being the chef cooking up breakfast each morning which varied between Burmese and English which was nice. The hotel is pretty new so everything is clean and the rooms are tastefully decorated (the indirect lighting is a wonderful plus!). Location is also great as it is a one minute walk to the night market and other areas were also quite walkable. What made this hotel shine was the level of service by both staff and owner who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great -- everything from arranging a cab and making sure we got to the right bus/bus station and upgrading us from a shared bathroom room to a private bathroom room the second occasion we stayed (because we enjoyed it so much the first time). Highly recommend this hotel!
- jian (10/5): Great stay, friendly owners &staff, good breakfast - The owners have worked really hard to get their hotel up and running. When I stayed they had only been open for a month but it felt like they had been open for years. Cosy but clean room, really friendly staff who helped us with onward journey and directions, and simple but filling breakfast. Good place for backpackers and couples on a budget, but it's not a dive at all. Highly recommended!
