• Sonia (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il b&b è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (anche se con il traffico di Roma potrebbe volerci un po'), i letti sono comodi con cuscini ergonomici per la cervicale, stanza molto pulita, la signora inoltre è molto gentile e disponibile quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di alcuni consigli ci ha subito aiutato. Se ne avremo l'occasione torneremo sicuramente! Purtroppo per fare colazione sono disponibili solo le capsule del caffè ma per noi non è stato un grosso problema perché tanto si esce e la si fa fuori, le camere non insonorizzate quindi si sente tutto ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di non avere vicini troppo rumorosi.

• Vsevolod (9/5): - Хорошее местоположение - на самокате можно быстро добраться до Ватикана и центра города, при этом район тихий и рядом есть большой супермаркет. В квартире есть балкон, хоть и не большой. Все было хорошо.

• Agnieszka (10/5): The perfect place in a perfect location. - It was our second stay at this place and it was perfect - the room, the kitchen, the nearby area, the location. The district is very calm and quiet, still very beautiful. Moreover, the communication with a host was priceless - we received help in every aspect that we needed. The room and the bathroom were very cosy, well-equipped and it was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. It was a pleasure to wake up and see the palm trees outside. We wish we could have stayed longer:)

• Guido (8/5): Zeer aangenaam, net verblijf, o.m. dank zij de vriendelijke mensen. + - de correcte service van de eigenaar, bestuurder, contactpersoon, exploitant of verantwoordelijke. Ik weet niet exact wat de status was van de personen waarmee we communiceerden. Maar deze contacten waren erg vlot, hoffelijk en vriendelijk. De netheid van de kamer was heel goed. De vlotte aanspreekbaarheid en de snelle reactie en oplossing voor kleine probleempjes of vragen was opvallend. Heel goed gelegen om met het openbaar vervoer (Metro en bussen) de stad Rome te bezoeken. Metro en bussen op korte afstand en super voordelig en efficiënt openbaar vervoer. Onze slaapkamer was wat minder goed gelegen omdat zij rechtstreeks lag aan een zeer drukke verkeersweg. Maar door de goede isolatie kon deze lawaaihinder toch 's nachts op aanvaardbaar niveau gebracht worden.

Właściciele pomocni i otwarci, zawsze gotowi doradzić. Spokojna atmosfera i bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę! Bliska odległość od ulicy, słychać nieustannie jeżdżące samochody.

Room was warmly heated (travelled in winter) exceptionally clean & tidy, comforatable bed Had everything one could possibly need or require. Location for me was great close to Vatican & 5 minute walk to buses with 25 minute walk to metro. Communication for confirmation of arrival was only received two hours before arrival. Had sent a message few weeks prior. Not a big deal yet when traveling to a new country its nice to be in contact with property to confirm all is good.

• Nguyen (7/5): - The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop with many buses going directly to the Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. The room was cleaned every day, it was quiet, easy to access, and there was an elevator. The 4-bed room was noticeably cleaner than the 3-bed room. We stayed for three days but never met anyone else living in the same house. We initially stayed in the 3-bed room and later moved to the 4-bed room. 3-bed room: The cleanliness didn’t feel very good. The room and the bed wrap were dusty, which made me sneeze. The room was quite dark and small, and the person sleeping by the window would feel cold. The bathroom wasn’t clean, especially the window curtain. 4-bed room: Much better, cleaner, brighter, and more spacious. The bathroom was also cleaner. I understand that after using up the hot water, you need to wait 20 minutes for it to heat up again, but even after waiting 30 minutes, the water was still cold. So it can be a bit inconvenient for groups.
• Anna (8/5): Alles was man braucht - Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert, der Vermieter war stets für uns erreichbar. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und hatte alles was man so für einen Städtetrip braucht. Angenehm war auch die Gemeinschaftsküche. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage (aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts) ist durchaus bisschen ab vom Schuss. Zu Fuß geht man ca. 25min bis zum Vatikan - aber zum Kolosseum dann schon über 1h... Die Öffis sind leider nicht wie im Internet beschrieben ganz einfach vor Ort mit der Kreditkarte zum bezahlen - weshalb wir dann oft auf UBER zurückgegriffen haben. Aber dafür ist natürlich auf der Zimmerpreis angepasst.

• Marta (9/5): Doskonała baza wypadowa, pomocny właściciel - Wspaniała lokalizacja, bezpiecznie i spokojnie. Niedaleko linie autobusowe, które prowadzą do centrum (min. Piazza Venezia). Na równoległej ulicy duży supermarket w podziemiach budynku oraz sporo fajnych knajpek. Obiekt zorganizowany jak mini hotel, to znaczy bardzo duże mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze budynku podzielono na pokoje (każdy z własną łazienką, telewizorem, szafą) w moim był też balkon. Z klatki wchodzi się do części wspólnej (drzwi zabezpieczone kodem), a potem do pokoju jest osobny klucz. W części wspólnej jest mini jadalnia i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, z lodówką (każdy pokój na w niej swoją półkę). Właściciel super pomocny i kontaktowy (oferuje transfer z i na lotnisko). Jako baza do zwiedzania - rewelacja. Miałam super wygodny piankowy materac na łóżku.

• Martina (10/5): - Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno, na usluzi. Mogli smo ostaviti torbe u objektu, što nam je stvarno značilo jer je odjava bila ujutro, a let navečer. Svaki dan su pospremali sobu, svaki dan bi nas dočekale u sobi nove kapsule za kavu, a i u kuhinji ih je bilo dosta. Stvarno sve pohvale.

• John (4/5): Si quieres ahorrar 100e y vas en pareja o solo puede ser una buena opcion. - Realizan limpiezas a diario, lo que mantiene el cuarto en optimo estado. La atencion del personal es buena y responsable. La ubicacion no es nada buena, queda a 15 minutos (No 5min como dice el anuncio) del metro mas cercano caminando por una via rapida que no tiene aceras en algunos tramos y representa un riesgo cuando vas caminando con la familia. ademas el ruido de la avenida dificulta la tranquilidad, pasan muchas motos y autos a gran velocidad causando mucho ruido.

• Jessica Anabel (8/5): Con lo básico y necesario. - La limpieza es diaria, y eso da gusto, llegar de hacer turismo todo el día y encontrar la habitación limpia y ordenada en general, además que se cuenta con una cocina compartida. Y en verano se agradece el aire acondicionado. Las cortinas del baño estaban sucias, parecía que no las han lavado en años. Y no estaría mal, también tener TV smart o algún dispositivo que haga smart a la TV, ya que solo se podía ver canales locales.
