From the moment we arrived, David and Helen made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and gracious hospitality. The property is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel at home straight away. Our room was comfortable, well-presented, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail throughout the accommodation was excellent, reflecting the genuine care David and Helen have for their guests’ comfort. The location is perfect — quiet and scenic, yet conveniently close to Virginia Water village, the station, and local attractions including Windsor Great Park. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, adding a lovely touch to the overall experience. Above all, the hospitality from David and Helen was exceptional: friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. We would highly recommend Savannah B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and high-quality place to stay in Surrey. We would gladly return again. N/A

The location is very good and rooms really comfortable. David and Helen were the best hosts we could have dreamed of. The helpfulness and great advice were more than expected, Chip and Cocoa were very fun, we enjoyed the entertaining stories, and we felt like family! • John (9/5): Good — everything clean and correct. Thank you Helen. - Exceptionally quiet. Very comfortable bed. Room made available early to allow me to get ready for a funeral. Good breakfast with nice fruit salad and homemade bread, copious cooked breakfast also available. Warm welcome. Fresh milk for tea and coffee. Noisy welcome by two dogs when I went in! Beware the narrow stairs! I’m not a great conversationalist over breakfast.

Helen and David were so understanding when I arrived 30 minutes late for check in and we had a wonderful chat with them at breakfast, a very relaxing morning and check out - a great stay! I do not have one bad thing to say about our stay!

It felt quite hot in the rooms and there was a clicking noise through the night that kept me awake. This certainly didnt over shadow a great stay. I would definitely come back.

• Kathleen (8/5): Disappointing purely because of the landlady’s assumption that we would rather hear her chatter. - Breakfast excellent. Rooms comfortable. Dogs adorable. It is normal to leave a guest/guests to enjoy their breakfast and not chatter about things and people the guest has no knowledge of. This was particularly annoying at the first breakfast as I am leaving for Australia and will not see my twin sister who had been travelling with me, for a very long time.

We could not make check in, but Helen waited up for us to arrive and was very friendly and welcoming. Very homely place, a relief from the usual corporate digs. My partner does not eat certain food and this was catered for without question at breakfast, which was great. Home made bread, and not the usual catering standard fodder at all. I really can't think of anything , except I missed having a bedside table for my alarm/phone, but only briefly as I was asleep in minutes.

• Keith (7/5): A pleasant and comfortable retreat from the hubbub. - The B&B is fairly close to our destination - Windsor Great Park - and was comfortable, spacious, and tucked away. The hosts were very pleasant, relaxed and accommodating. The en suite bath was great. Breakfast very good. A second chair in the bedroom would have been welcome - there is plenty of space for one. The hospitality tray was rather basic, with just mega-branded coffee and tea, no herbal or fruit teas, no biscuits.

Breakfast was wonderful, with alot of choices. The location is very convenient whether for sightseeing or flying in or out of Heathrow airport.

Everything as advertised for a fair price. There was no air conditioning, but no one could have ever anticipated a heat wave (80s F) in that part of Ireland.

Think they have around four rooms, so its not just 'one room', as you may find elsewhere...and they've been doing this for many years, so know what they are doing. Wifi good, breakfast excellent (lovely sausages!), very quiet, safe area, good parking, very clean, comfy bed and excellent hosts that were happy to accomodate my 'complex' arrangements for arrival with swift comms. The only thing I would say is that there aren't a lot of local facilites within walking distance, but pubs, restaurants etc. are only a 5 minute drive away.
• Mary (10/5): A friendly and hospitable welcome break. - Willingness to talk me through directions from train station. Even came out to greet me in case I walk passed it. Felt looked after from the start! Homemade bread could have been wholemeal but that's just a personal preference. They could have asked before as I don't like waste either.
• Razfis (9/5): Nice B&B for a work stay near Ascot - I didn't have breakfast as I had a very early workday to get to. My room was large and en-suite - plenty of outlets for electronic charging, tea kettle w/tea, coffee, TV, nice toiletries and soft towels. The bed was comfortable. David and Helen were great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. One improvement might be a fan in the bedrooms - it wasn't an issue as it cooled down at night but in the heat of summer this would be a plus.

Our flight arrived late but our host made sure to communicate with us to ensure she could let us inside safely. The breakfast and conversation were the best part of our quick stay. The only part I didn't like was that our stay was too short.

• Lorna14 (9/5): Great place - Everything, we couldn't fault the accommodation. The owner is lovely and will help as much or as lite as required. She was friendly and warm after we drove a number of hours. We were only there one night, but the room was comfortable. We did have to open the window as it was hot, but that wasn't an issue. There was no noise from the aeroplanes either. The rooms were tidy and clean, with towels. Breakfast was lovely again. we could have what we wanted on the menu, and you can change items if you didn't like them. Highly recommended this b&b couldn't fault it at all. There was nothing to not like.

Very grateful to have been dropped off by the Virginia Water lake! A must visit when staying near the area. The icing for me was the very personal touches, particularly with the dairy free, gluten free pancakes for breakfast. Thank you so much for accommodating a group of girls visiting for a wedding. We had a fantastic time staying with you before and after!
