The staff made us feel like family. They also went out of their way for us including having a slice of birthday cake ready when we entered our room for the first time in celebration of my mother's birthday, as well as surprising is with another slice of cake during breakfast the next day, among many other moments. I highly recommend staying here.

- Nick (10/5): Flawless - Our fifth stay at the Four Seasons Kuwait and it never fails to impress. Exceptional levels of service and exceptional staff. Milad, who works in f&b in particular. His genuine care and attention is one reason we feel so comfortable at the hotel. It’s a fantastic place to host meetings too. Flawless!

- Nicholas (10/5): The best hotel I’ve stayed at - This is the second time we have stayed at the Four Seasons Kuwait. The last stay was amazing but this exceeded it: -Airport pickup was flawless and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. - Check-in was very efficient, welcoming and polite. -The room and the hotel itself is beyond 5 star. The online photos are incredible but it’s even better in reality. -The room housekeeping demonstrated possibly the highest level of care and attention I’ve ever seen. The same person looked after our room each day and his level of standard is incredible; eg- placing medicine boxes by our vitamin tablets and folding each mobile/laptop wire each day. These are just a few small things which went the extra mile. The Four Seasons are lucky this man works with them. - Food all round is exceptional. - The staff in all areas of this hotel are next level. I’ve travelled a lot and never experienced this level of care, respect and genuine love for a job. The hotel is faultless.

- TheDoc (8/5): - Perhaps the best luxury hotel in Kuwait. Facilities are well maintained and decorated and the staff is well trained. Hotel is walking distance from the beautiful Al-Shaheed park. Found their sushi menu over priced (one roll of sushi should not cost ~36 usd), even if this is a luxury hotel. 15-24 usd I would understand, but 40 is just exaggerated. Other than the prices on the menu, hotel was great.

What I like more is Deep tissue message by the therapist Asia. She is amazing and her message is incredible. My mum likes more too. I will come back to Four Season soon inShAllah.

- Annabelle (10/5): - The staff in every department had given me a more personalised attention during my stay from the restaurant, pool, spa , gym, room service - amazingly great. Every time I use their facilities they are there to assist my needs offer water, towel, slippers etc to make me comfortable . Very polite & exceeded my expectations. Definitely highly recommended. I can say they clean after me whenever I make a mess at my room & go out for awhile - make the bed, fold my clothes, replace toiletries, close the blinds etc. Thank you very much to all staff & management of Four Seasons Kuwait 🇰🇼

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Hotel, Too soft of a bed & paid for parking - Great Hotel with a great location, the room was excellent while the bed was kind of too soft for my liking. The worst thing is i paid for parking when it was actually free ! I got played by the vallet and parking complex staff not by the reception, remember to mention you are staying at the hotel weather you are ha ding your car to the vallet or parking it yourself
- FAWZI ALQASSAR (8/5): Lack of response - This was the second stay for me that left me with a better understanding of the hotel I am now more confident that the hotel built with a high standards and facilities but the staff not yet at the same level. The concierge desk was in a poor response and you had to call three or four times to be served or even have a response.
- FAWZI ALQASSAR (10/5): Raising The Standards - This the second stay for me and I am totally satisfied with the high standards this hotel set for Kuwait hotels. Even that the hotel is so big but I felt that everyone of the staff is knowing me and working for me only. The food services variety comes with a kuwaiti touch either. I’m welling to stay again and recommend the hotel for everyone visiting Kuwait.
