Muy caro, habitaciones chiquitas, camas pequeñas, cuartos sin mantenimiento, limpieza básica, el baño terrible, el agua salía por todos lados, bañarse era un lío menos pensar en lavarse la cabeza. El día que llegamos demoramos casi 2 horas en que nos dieran habitación y a pesar de que el check in era a las 3:00 a las 4:45 la habitación no estaba lista. - Martha (1/5): La peor experiencia de mi vida, es un hotel horrible. - Es un hotel muy malo para el precio: 1. Los baños se tapan generando inundaciones en la habitación. 2. El servicio de restaurante muy malo, poco aseo, manteles sucios, salen pelos en la comida, las moscas se paran en la comida. 3. La habitación doble es muy pequeña, no tienen opción de cama king. 4. Cero ventilación en la habitaciones no cuenta con ventanas que se puedan abrir. 5. El servicio al cliente no existe, los empleados no atienden bien. 6. Una de mis hijas se enfermó por gastroenteritis después de haber estado en la cena del 31 de diciembre en el hotel.

Everyone was helpful from the front desk to the dining staff and even the housekeepers! Tatiana even took the time to do my hair, show me some great places to dine and learn abit of Spanish! The breakfast was something that certainly felt skipable.

My entire family stayed there and didn’t wanted to leave at all. It’s like been at home! Thank you so much for your hospitality and attention to all of us during our stay. The staff, the entire crew, the amenities and the restaurant are out of this world. Highly recommended!!

It was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast could have been better. The omelets came scorched. The scrambled eggs were dry. The fruit rarely looked fresh. Brown pineapple is a terrible presentation. I’d never serve that in my place. It seems strange that in a land full of fruits that there wasn’t top quality fresh fruit on the buffet every day.

My child used the pool a few times and it was clean every time. I felt safe staying at this hotel. Internet connection very unstable. They lost their key to my room, so for it the be cleaned i had to leave my key. No instruction for the use of the tv.

There was a big gap between the glass wall and was movable with minimal force. I traveled with my 2 year old and I felt unsafe allowing him to look or spend time by the window as it can come loose
