Guest Reviews
- Ashley (9/5): Comfortable, cozy, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that is a perfect distance to the beach - Everything you could possibly need was right there. It was cozy, welcoming, and well-kept. We stayed in the two bedroom cabins and it was very comfortable. The pool was a little small, but clean and my kids had a blast. The laundry room was so convenient. The trolley was perfect for quick and easy trips to the beach. The Merry Moose wasn’t open every day of our stay. We ate elsewhere, but it was disappointing and the closure wasn’t written online or in the paperwork so it was unexpected. They also only played a movie during 1 night of our 4 night stay, but we did stay mid-week. It is understandable that they wouldn’t do a lot of activities on traditionally slower days though.
- Shyron (10/5): -
- Heller (9/5): - The cottage was very clean and it was close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. I think everything was great, no complaints.
- Megan (8/5): Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk were nice. - The location was close to the beach, Portland, and anything we wanted to do. The only part that they lose points on is that you have to be over 18 to go in the hot tub, which is understandable for safety, but the part that was disappointing was the way my 16 year old daughter was approached about going into the hot tub. Understanding that she broke that rule, which I hadn't seen on anything prior to booking and would have actually stayed somewhere else as the hot tub was a draw for us; the man/staff member approached her very rudely, and when she answered honestly that she was 16 he proceeded to tell her that he could look her up, etc. She didn't try to lie so why do you need to continue about looking up her information? It went a little further than it needed to from a staff person to a customer.
- Ronda (9/5): Convenient location with great staff! - The staff was very helpful and quick to address concerns. We loved that it was dog friendly, and clean-up bags were always available.
- julia (8/5): - Nice size cabin, very clean. Excellent choice for family weekend...lots to do! Will 100% go back. Only tiny complaint...hard to find out cabin after going out for a drive. Increased signage would help....but hardly abig complaint.
- Kelsea (10/5): First family vacation - Everything was amazing from the staff to the pool to the overall family friendly feel. Super clean! No complaints
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Location , clean and private.
- Tony (7/5): OK - Served its purpose for the weekend. No sink other than bathroom sink. 2 seats for dinner with 4 people did not work with indoor dining
- Kimberly (6/5): Glamping experience - Thought it was closer to the beach
We were at the wrong one Does not provide bedding
Sheets , or towels ...the cabin was nice ...2 bedroom...small ...
No stove ....property is well kept
We did bring our dog ...
Very expensive for what we got
- Emery (9/5): Superb -
- Maryjo (10/5): Great location, nice cabin/camping vibes close to the beach. Best of both worlds. - The cabins are very nice, easy to get around the campground. Dog friendly. Beds are not that comfortable.
- Reed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Relaxing I want to go back - Friendly clean convenient Nothing was great
- Danti (8/5): Very good -
- Md (1/5): Horrible would never stay again. - Location was ok. Terrible place to stay, spent 2 nights here in the studio cabin, bathroom was full of black mold, toilet clogged on us for 2 days, the day we left, I made sure the cabin was clean, the housekeeping maid apparently exaggerated a ridiculous story that the room was filthy so they could charge me an extra $50 cleaning fee. Never will stay again, terrible management as well.
- Kelly (9/5): Loved it! Will be back next year! - Very family oriented Pool closes too early
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Van (8/5): Very nice - This was the nicest cabin I have ever stayed in. A/C unit didn't work properly. No bedside shelving to put your stuff.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Munyon (9/5): Superb - Nice and quiet, things to do for little ones, friendly people. Close to attractions.
- Warren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natures (10/5): To short and sweet of a stay. - Very clean and friendly environment. Nothing to truly complain about.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. They were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I didn't care for was the pillow covers because they are too loud when you move. Wakes you up.
- Terie (10/5): Exceptional -
