Debby (10/5): Enjoyable - We liked the free shuttle to the Beach Pavillion so that we could enjoy it without having to pay for parking. The Room doors were EXTREMELY difficult to open and close due to being very heavy !

Roving43655219839 (2/5): Racket - I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was a complete disappointment and a $300 mistake. The room was extremely unclean upon arrival. There was a strong smell of urine throughout the space, and to make matters worse, food had been left in the mini fridge by previous occupants — clearly the room had not been properly cleaned. The bed and pillows were also some of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. At check-in, we were surprised with an $89 pet fee that was NOT disclosed on Trivago when booking, along with an additional $50 incidentals fee. Hidden charges like this feel misleading and frustrating after already committing to the reservation. Breakfast was included in our hotel bill, yet the breakfast service closed 15 minutes early. When we spoke with Zach at the front desk and asked if the hotel would cover the $30 breakfast we had to purchase next door since we had already paid for breakfast, he refused, stating it was a staffing problem. While staffing issues happen, guests should not have to pay the price for them — especially when breakfast was part of what we paid for. Between the cleanliness issues, unexpected fees, poor customer service, and uncomfortable accommodations, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
Chasity (5/5): Overall I was disappointed in cleanliness and smell of room. - The room smelled like dog urine as soon as we entered room. Floors need to be mopped well and rugs and carpet needs to be taken up if this is going to be a pet friendly hotel. It’s not fair for paying clients to have to smell dog urine their entire stay. Room smelled like dog urine.

Don (10/5): Vibe Deluxe - The room was superior, from the decor to the shower. All the topicals - soap, lotion, shampoo - smelled amazing. I enjoyed the fitness room, business room, and outdoor spa. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. The overall vibe of the hotel was both elevated and comfortable, and I would stay here again.

Gregory (10/5): In all, the hotel grounds were absolutely stunning. - Although the food was good, we paid for the breakfast included package, but when we got to the hotel, we were told it wasn’t included. The king suit was spacious and beautiful. The only suggestion is that the refrigerator is so tiny, it can only hold two bottles of water. That was very inconvenient. A larger cooler would be ideal. Also there is no microwave to heat up your food, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom.

One night we had the fire alarm go off at 2 am, i also didn’t like how we can’t connect the TV TO ANYTHING! Like what’s the point of having it without anything to watch! The staff said it was security reasons!! I think it’s overpriced for the services offered(no breakfast)

brent (3/5): Not exciting - The hotel was clean The man at the front desk was not pleasant never said hello or cared that we was waiting to check in as he checked others in and never said would u like to check in I had to wait for another lady to show up who did help us also there is no restaurant it’s a bar that has limited food and the slowest bartender I ever saw lost lots of guests be cause of being slow and they was only 4 people in the bar dnd he told guests it would be 15-20 mins before he got them. And u had to ask and wait wait wait to get a drink not enough help

Winn (9/5): - The facilities were about what we expected, which were very nice, but the most impressive part of our stay was directly related to one employee. His name is Zach & we worked at the main desk. He had a very positive attitude. He was very professional while being very welcoming. He was knowledgeable & answered any questions I had promptly and honestly. We felt he truly went above & beyond! In contrast, the only negative experience I had was with a different employee at the front desk. She was a blonde haired woman with glasses. When I walked to the front desk, she was on her phone. She immediately made me feel like I was an annoyance. I asked her where the ice machines were located. She told me their locations near the elevator. As I stood there with the ice bucket from my room, I asked her where the elevator was located. Until this moment I had not needed this information because our room was on the 1st floor. She was very disrespectful & responded with a very condescending tone, saying, "What room are you even in? Are you even staying here?" I was not happy at all. I told her my room number, said thank you & walked away.
