- Bianca (10/5): Best place I stayed in Korea - Out of the 5 hotels I stayed in while in Korea, this one was the best. I had a superior double room and there was even a bathtub (and it was clean!) Towels were changed daily and water was provided daily as well. Sheets were clean, room was clean, no mold in the bathroom. I have no complaints.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful bathroom, questionable linens - The room was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, with a roomy bathroom and big soaking tub. The bed was very very firm, and the sheets and towels all had a number of stains, though they seemed clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We chose this hotel only because in the hotel photo you see a pool in the rooftop. It was +35° hot day when we came, and we were told that we can't use the pool at all. That we should have made a reservation before we came, and the pool is for 8 people groups max.. At the hotel the staff spoke only korean, so they communicated with us only with phone app! First night at the hotel fire alarm started ringing at 05. My daughter did not wake for it, it was not enough loud in the room. It was louder in the hallway. So we dressed up quickly and ran to emergency stairs from our room in the 6th floor. On the way I took the flashlight from the room, but the stand where it was, fell on the floor. In the emergency stairs first floor stairs/exit area was full of stuff: vacuum cleaners, cleaning stuff etc. That is dangerous: that area is not a storage space! Luckily the fire alarm was a false one. Still we waited over 30min outside, when the firemen were in. Room was nice, very clean and spacious. Though we were very tired the 1st day there, because of the false fire alarm that woke us so early that night.

The hallway and room were very dimly lit and it was difficult to see. The light switches were not labeled so I had to constantly press them to figure out what light turned on. Also only one outlet worked in the whole room. That was in the bathroom.

The towls were European sized, which was pleasing. It was a very comfortable stay The pillows were harder than expected, and ammenities cost a small fee. Noise from the other guests could be heard, but it wasn't too bad. It was a little further away from transport than I would have liked, but managable with a few transfers. Would probably be best to arrive by car.

- Larry (8/5): - Overall really impressed with this hotel especially since it’s a budget business hotel. Upon entering the staff had my booking ready to go so check in to less than 5 minutes. The lobby was very clean and smelled clean and nice. The room is spacious, clean, and relatively comfortable. It’s is a Korean style bed so it’s a bit on the firm side. The bathroom was very large with a western sized and deep garden tub for soaking. The only cons especially if you come without a vehicle is dining options are limited till about 1.5 km away but still walkable and it can be difficult for taxis to find. Next time I’m in Suwon though I will likely book here again.

De plus, hôtels.com affiche les photos de cette piscine sur roof top pour faire la promo de cet hôtel. Sauf qu’il faut se rendre dans les conditions générales pour se rendre compte qu’il faut réserver la piscine à l’avance pour des groupes de 8 personnes maximum. Chose que je n’avais pas vu avant que la réceptionniste qui ne parle presque pas anglais m’explique que la piscine est réservée et qu’il est impossible pour moi d’y aller durant mon séjour. Ce jour là, il faisait plus de 35 degrés à l’ombre, nous aurions apprécié pouvoir se baigner. Il serait plus correct d’éviter de faire de la pub de cet hôtel grâce au photos de piscine sur le roof top ou alors de prévenir directement avant la réservation du logement que si on veut utiliser cette piscine, il faudra réserver avec un supplément.

Once we found the hotel, though, it was clean, modern, and very neatly appointed. The room is spacious by Asian standards and very clean and comfortable. The mattress was extremely firm. The staff's English was spotty, but workable. I would stay here again on business without hesitation.

- jee (8/5): 냉장고, 드라이기 고장 - 루프탑 수영장은 예약이 꽉 차서 이용하지 못했어요 방이 깔끔하고 분위기 있었으며 바닥은 타일식이라 시원해서 맨발로 다녔네요ㅎㅎ 테라스, 욕조까지 아주 훌륭했습니다 와인이 있었는데 냉장고가 고장났는지 미지근해서 직원에게 얘기했더니 와인을 맡아줄 수는 없고 온도를 이래저래 만지시고 이제 괜찮을거라고 생수도 차가운거로 바꿔주고 가셨는데 4시간이 지났는데 바꿔주신 냉수마저 미지근하게 되서 다시 얘기했더니 그제서야 바꿔주시네요.. 드라이기는 고장났는지 냉풍밖에 안나와서 머리말리기가 힘들어서 새 드라이기로 다시 받았습니다 냉장고, 드라이기만 아니었으면 또 가고싶은 호텔로 기억됐을건데 살짝 고민되네요
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 수원시청역에서 찾아가는 길이 어렵진 않았지만 거리가 꽤 되었어요 하지만 굳이 택시를 탄다거나 할 정도의 거리는 아니었습니다 호텔 직원분들 모두 친절하셨고 시설도 예쁘고 청결해서 매우 좋았습니다 호텔 내에만 있을 거라서 주변에 놀만한 곳이 많지 않았지만 매우 만족했구요! 인테리어도 예뻐서 더더 만족했습니당 다음에 기ㅎㅚ가 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶네요!

- Verified traveler (8/5): 터미널이 가까운 호텔 - 소음에 약하고 주차장이 너무 좁아요 평일이었는데 2시 45분에 갔는데 3시부터 입실이라고 기다리게 하시더라고요 흠.. 아무튼 수원가면 또 방문할 의향은 있으나.. 엄청 좋다~ 이런 느낌은 아니네요.
- Kay (10/5): 골목에 숨어있는 쾌적한 Place - 후기가 아주 좋아 선택했는데 과연 객실은 기대 이상이었다 살짝 아쉬운점은 조명이 너무 어둡다는 것과 작은 베란다가 있어 좋았지만 침대쪽에 창문이나 베란다가 막혀 있어 좀 답답함이 있었다 조식도 가격대비 한식과 양식 같이 먹을 수 있어서 좋았는데 커피는 서비스가 안되 있었다 전반적으로 조용하고 쾌적한 호텔이라 추천할 만한 곳이다
- jun (6/5): 차라리 조금 더 비싸더라도 ... - 보통 도시중심가쪽 숙소가 그런걸 감안했지만 그냥 모텔이네요. 2박동안 뭘 하시는건지 매번 쿵쿵 시끄러운 소리에 욕실물은 세면대쪽으로 흐르게 되어있는 특이한 구조...그냥 업무차 들리는거 아니고서는 차라리 조금 더 주고 다른곳을 갔을걸하는 후회가 들었습니다. 다만 직원분들은 엄청 친절하셨어서 불만있어도 그냥 아무소리 없이 지내다 왔습니다.
- HEEJUNG (10/5): 대체적으로 매우 만족합니다:) - 수원 볼일이 있어 숙박하고 왔습니다. 주변이 조용하여 소음에 대한 불편 사항은 없엇고 숙소 내부가 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 침대가 푹신한 상태는 아니지만 그렇다하여 숙면에 큰 불편을 주지는 않습니다. 흡연실이 베란다에 따로 마련되어있어 쾌적하며 분위기가 대체적으로 모던하고 좋습니다. 프론트 직원도 대체적으로 친절하나 오전타임에 체크아웃 시 응대 직원의 꼼꼼함이 살짝 아쉽습니다.

- 173debq (4/5): Uncomfortable - Bed and pillows are rock hard. Sheets are stiff and scratchy. Plastic mattress cover is both noisy and hot. Lighting in bathroom is inadequate for applying makeup. There is no full length mirror. Lack of walls around bathroom makes for problems with both noise from the auto flushing toilet and odor in the bedroom. The sliding door can cover only the shower or the toilet, which lets toilet odors or shower humidity and heat into the bedroom. No dresser or chest of drawers and no closet for hanging clothes. Have a small rack for hanging 3 items that is too short- my pants drag on floor. No place to set suitcase except on floor. In Dec 2017, room is 26C when I checked in. Too hot! Changed temperature set point to 20C but can’t cool room down. Left window open and can’t cool room down below 22C. Breakfast was okay but not as good as a standard US hotel breakfast, which is usually included in room rate when they charge $75 a night. Breakfast room was freezing cold and food got cold quickly. Positive comments: Room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly and could communicate in English. Bathtub in room was a treat- large and comfortable.
- jordanm652 (10/5): Good value boutique hotel - Lovely upscale rooms in a very pleasing decor. Great bath tub, shower and bathroom. The bed is also very comfortable. Situated in a quiet street about 2 miles from the main tourist attractions. Some nice Korean restaurants within walking distance.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great but falsely advertised. - We arrived at the hotel, expecting to be able to use the pool for an extra cost, as advertised on the website. We had tried to contact the hotel about this with our dates but received no response, so assumed this wasn't an issue. When we arrived we were told that the pool is ONLY available for $160 and must be privately booked out. As none of this was on the website, we were dismayed. This was the only reason we had booked it over other hotels. We decided to see the room and see if this could make up for it. It was nice but lacking a pool as promised in the description. We then asked for a refund and the hotel offered nothing that it advertised. We were then told this wasn't possible. They finally 'upgraded' the room, to one that just had what was advertised. The hotel itself is nice and well decorated. Just very disappointed by the ambiguity in their advertising.

- virgilhp (10/5): Spacious and elegant at a great price - I don't know how we got the price we did, but for this new modern hotel it was a terrific deal. We had clean modern rooms and slept in late. The staff were polite and accommodating. Although no breakfast options available yet this place is worth considering for your weekend in Suwon.

- Laura (10/5): 수원에서 가장 퀄리티있는 호텔이다. - 사업으로 수원 방문이 잦아 비즈니스호텔을 자주 이용합니다. 신규호텔이어서 그런지 룸의 인테리어가 초현대식입니다. 욕조는 원래 안 쓰는데 잡지에나 볼 수 있는 욕조라 따뜻한 물 넣고 좋은 시간보냈습니다. 무엇보다 큰 창과 베란다가 있어 커튼을 다 겆어두고 바깥구경도 하구 답답하지 않았습니다. 일때문에 갔는데 여행 온 기분이었어요.
