• A. (8/5): Very good - Nice clean facilities, nothing fancy but functional. Location was key for us, close to the University as our family lives around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and served in the room at our request. Linens and mattresses were showing signs of age and should be replaced.

• Maj (9/5): It's good to stay with nearby main market and safe area within the city - Staff very cooperative Constructive feedback was not accepted. We left the keys at reception and asked them to get the room cleaned. When we came back, the room was open, and it was not cleaned. The staff was not ready to accept their negligence that room was opened and we could have lost our valuables. I told him that we could claim anything about our loss. Alhamdolillah, there was no loss but staff was ignorant of the room that remaind opened and nobody knew this.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bahawalpur.
