Rooms smell of smoke, very dated, not like pics. Staff nice but showing pics like pool when it's not accessible and dirty is a bit false. Bathrooms need refurb.

- M (7/5): Good value for money - Good value for money, large room, there was a gym on the top floor although the equipment was quite old. I needed a early shower before going to the airport but the hot water was not working.

Bedsheets need to be replaced aa they are very old. Issue with hot water had to ask every morning to look at it.

All the staff are very good and always treated me with lots of respect except for the blonde front office. Otherwise, the security personal even helped me to cross the road. Breakfast was great with amazing service. Need facility upgrade!! Broken toilet seat, cracked sink, termite and spiders. Very dusty carpet and curtains. I had a hard time breathing in the room and got really sick. Toilet got blocked but staff didn’t have the proper tool. Upper management needs to provide tools and resources to staff. Convenient location but lots of garbage and gutter overflow at the front.

Immediate response on any matter. Accommodating and responsible behaviour of reception desk, I would highly recommend this hotel for those who want to enjoy standard/comfort on budget. Some water drainage with commode , flush tank was maybe having some issue. Also must maintain a swimming pool in a better way.

- Fawad (7/5): The hotel needs renovation especially bathrooms. Need to improve cleanness. - Breakfast and the staff were excellent. Zahid took care of my breakfast needs. He is a fine gentlemen. The staff took care of all of needs during my stay. Food from Room service was tasty. The location is great if you want to stay close to DHA Bathroom was old, sink was broken and the it smelled bad all the time. I found 4 roaches in the room during my stay. Sheets and pillow covers were yellow and old. It would be good if the bathrooms are renovated and new sheets and pillow covers are put in. Please take care of the roaches problem. It's hard to sleep when you know there are roaches in the room.
