- Saif (1/5): It was pathetic - Their reception area and food quality was absolutely amazing There rooms. I checked into my room at noon and i wanted to go to sleep immediately because i haven’t slept for like 24 hours and had been travelling while fasting. But there was so much noise in the room that they gave me. They were noises of drilling and hammering and I couldn’t sleep. I asked them to check me out so that i can go somewhere else but they declined and asked me to move to a much pathetic and cheap room which was awful. But since i was really tired so i did not argue and just went on to sleep. Later i discovered that the gym and sauna are not also available due to renovations. But they didn’t mention this at the time of the booking.

The services were fast, ie, whenever we called, they catered to our needs instantly. there were minor issues ie. no conditioner in the washroom and when we asked the staff, they didnt have conditioner to provide. Delivery of food from restaurants outside the hotel was a bit difficult as foodpanda does not operate in that certain location.

The buffets offerings can be improved specially for the breakfast, didn't have dinner or lunch at the place but the options available for breakfast can be improved. The selection of fresh fruits is very limited.
