Really cool idea. The hosts were super friendly to us and offered us safe storage for our bicycles. All in all, a great experience and a definite recommendation. Bravo!

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Parma, ma immersa in un contesto estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso. Paolo and Roberto were truly fantastic hosts , incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. Their attention to detail and care for guests really make the stay special. I even took the opportunity to get my hair done at the salon in the building, which was a great bonus. Overall, a wonderful place with wonderful hosts. I would happily stay here again!

• Laura (10/5): Impeccabile - Palazzo Gozzi offre belle camere, confortevoli e ottimamente pulite. La sensazione che si percepisce senza alcun dubbio è quella di una coccola sincera, come un rientro a casa dopo lungo tempo. I proprietari sono eccezionali e questo rende la Palazzo Gozzi un posto che si lascia con grande malinconia.

La chambre très confortable et au décor design très réussi, les équipements de haute qualité et neufs, café, thé, jus de fruits offerts . Situation en lisière de la ville historique mais calme et bien insonorisée. Et que dire de l’accueil chaleureux et généreux de Paolo & Roberto qui nous offert leur parking sécurisé avec recharge de notre voiture électrique, et même une coupe de cheveux au matin et un petit déjeuner en ville! Absolument rien… nous le recommandons vivement et le rapport qualité/ prix est exceptionnel!

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und zum Wohle der Gäste eingerichtet und durchdacht! Dass das Haarstyling hier sogar in der Zimmerbuchung inklusive ist, hat meine Frau völlig geflasht!! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kehren gerne wieder hierhin zurück. Vielen vielen herzlichen Dank Paolo und Roberto! Niente! Tutto estato fantastico!

• BONIFACIO (10/5): Superlativo Bed & Beauty - La struttura è a due passi dall'Università di Parma e dal centro, un palazzo d'epoca ben ristrutturato, utilizzate due stanze rifinite nei dettagli e ben pulite, letti molto comodi. Ottima accoglienza e grande disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff, una chicca il servizio di parrucchiere.

The staff ( owners) were fantastic and welcomed us with open arms and warm hearts. Beautiful room that was comfy and had all the accessories. We had a great stay and would recommend anyone to stay. It is what it is.. stairs. But it's an old building. They will offer to help with your bags! Also, the location is good, but a little bit away from the Center.

Er kam aus seinem Frisörladen raus, als wir uns suchend auf der Straße umgesehen haben und hat uns mit Namen angesprochen. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad groß und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gab eine vernünftige Heizung, was für unsere Reisezeit sehr schön war. Kein Frühstück, dafür einen Gutschein für ein Café gegenüber. Bed&Beauty darf man wörtlich nehmen, ich bekam einen kostenlosen Haarschnitt, einen der besten, den ich je hatte ! Ein bisschen zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt, um mittags kurz die Füße hochzulegen. Aber es war es trotzdem wert.

Sehr gute Frühstücksversion mit Vochers für ein benachbartes, typisch italienisches Café. Rascher Zugang zu Bus für Verbindungen zu Bahnhof und/oder Stadtzentrum. Fröhlich-moderne Graffity im Zimmer! Nicht besonders einladend ist die Sicht aus dem Zimmer auf weite Blechdächer....

Palazzo Gozzi Bed & Beauty impressed us with its thoughtful design, peaceful atmosphere, and, above all, the incredible hospitality from Paolo and Roberto. The rooms are beautifully decorated with rich details and luxurious linens, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short walk to the city center. Paolo and Roberto go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. We received a lovely hair treatment. A delicious spread to start the day in the bar tea-room just around the corner

When we arrived, he helped us with parking and gave us such a warm welcome, personally showing us to our room. The room was beautiful — every detail was carefully thought out and designed with great taste. There was even a coffee machine, water, juices, and some nuts included — such a nice touch! Paolo showed us a map og Parma and reccomended places for dinner. The next morning, we received a voucher for breakfast at a lovely local pasticceria, where we enjoyed homemade pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice. At check-out, we even got a small gift — samples of shampoo and hair wax from the hair salon. Such a thoughtful gesture! We only stayed one night as a stopover, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for the great service and wonderful hospitality! All good

Applause!! - Everything done right: we were in 6 different b&b’s in the last weeks and rated everything from 2 to a 7 although all were rated >9 on booking.com. Palazzo Gozzi is the only one that was actually that good: tasteful, very friendly, great location a few hundred yards from everything, comfortable into each detail. This is what you wish for! Well done indeed!! And a haircut thrown in on top of it all, no kidding. Nothing to dislike!

The location in Parma is great and covered parking is 5 minutes away on foot ( payable). It is very quiet. The owner/ host gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very much at home. If we return to Parma, we will definitely choose Palazzo Gozzi again! Highly recommendable! Everything was perfect, hospitality at it‘s best.
• J Michael (9/5): Wonderful. - Room was large as was the bath and shower. The staff was delightful. Included with the stay was washing and fixing my wife's hair (Bed & Beauty). Excellent location. It is a historic building so as all of Europe, no elevator but the staff moved our luggage up to our room. Restaurants were excellent and 10 min walks. Nothing they could do anything about. It is a historic building in a wonderful location with the friendliest staff.

• guillaume (10/5): Séjour parfait à Parme! - Que de compliments sur ce logement dont le responsable a été d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité sans limite! Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel, moderne, et avec toujours des petites attentions portées aux résidents. Proche à pieds du centre ville et très proche de toutes les commodités, c’est notre coup de cœur de la semaine! Surtout ne changez rien Mr le propriétaire!!

Their super warm greeting and genuinely amazing persona beside the very lovely comfortable room / bed and spacious high ceiling bathroom and colorful paintings made my short stay a wonderful experience .Roberto and Paulo gifted me a super thoughtful gift which I adored from them , beside their generous voucher for Both me and my partner was truly appreciated . I liked every bit of it .location , cleanliness, decor , toilette products , the Nespresso in the room .

Outre nos hôtes Paolo et Roberto particulièrement accueillants et sympathiques, le concept Bef & Beauty est tout simplement extra ! Grand appartement au dernier étage (Paris) très bien équipé et magnifiquement décoré. Lits confortables, salle de bain moderne et claire (puit de lumière)... petits dejeuners fournis. Bref... tutti va bene, arrivederci Paolo é Roberto, torneremo ! Ciao Niente

• Viviane (10/5): Perfekt 👌! Wenn wir wieder nach Parma kommen, dann immer wieder im Palazzo Gozzi! - Eine perfekte, stylische Unterkunft. Alles wirklich toll! Sehr bequeme Betten, schöne und komfortable Zimmer, große und schöne Bäder! Die Gastgeber Paolo&Roberto in allem sehr zuvorkommend, sehr kundenfreundlich, haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, mit allem geholfen und Tipps für Parma gegeben! Wirklich toll! Solche Gastgeber muss man suchen! Die Unterkunft ist fussläufig zur Altstadt (ca. 15 min). Frühstück im Café direkt um die Ecke! Auto kann unproblematisch in der Straße vor der Tür abgestellt werden (ab 20:00-09:00 Uhr umsonst, ansonsten für 1€ pro Stunde an der Parkuhr). Also alles perfekt. Beim nächsten Parma-Besuch kommen wir wieder.
