У меня было все для комфортного пребывания, чайник, фен, горячая вода постоянно, тв, холодильник столик и стулья, даже посуда. Чувствовала себя там в безопасности. Очень довольна, что забронировала их отель. Кто неипритязателен в требованиях, можно смело бронировать. Номер у меня был тот самый с видом, на стену, но это ничего, месторасположение все компенсирует Жесткая кровать, то потом привыкаешь.За время моего пребывания, попадались очень шумные соседи, но они быстро уезжали

La limpieza es bastante buena, personal amable, tiene párking para motos y el precio en temporada baja es muy bueno. El precio en temporada alta es demasiado para lo que ofrece el hotel. La señal wifi no es muy buena.

Phòng 203 máy điều hòa bị rò rỉ nước, nên có bảng giá cụ thể đồ ăn uống được đặt có sẵn trong phòng.

- david (9/5): For what it costs I dare say it is a steal to stay at Dam Tien for your visit to DaNang - Breakfast is not available at this hotel 🏨 Overall, the location is fantastic, not only it’s about 100 meters from the beach, it’s situated on a main boulevard, Pham Van Dong, that has many restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlors, karaokes and coffee shops. Within a 5 minute walk you could be soaking your feet in the sand and seawater. There is a long boardwalk along the beautiful white sand beaches with palm trees that shield you from the sun. Of course there are plenty of kiosks on the beach that serve drinks and snacks for you to lay back in between swimming. The hotel is also close to the Dragon and Han bridges that is near street food night markets. BTW this hotel is also within a 10 minute walk from a major mall, Vincom super mart that has international restaurants, movie theaters, a supermarket and assorted shops for all your needs. Last but not least, the staff at Dam Tien hotel are professional and helpful. Housing cleaning staff do a terrific job every day, while front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to assist you with your needs. I truly enjoyed my time at Dam Tien hotel and hope you will have the same experience here. The towels can be newer and of better quality!

La cama fue horrible, no de podía apenas descansar parecía como si durmieras sobre un tablón de madera. La ducha estaba un poco sucia y muy vieja.. Estaba poco cuidado. Por suerte no me encontré ninguna cucharacha.. El personal tampoco ayudaba demasiado ya que les costaba entender el inglés y tenían normas bien estrictas por parte de sus superiores.. pero bueno por lo que pagué.. supongo que tampoco podía exigir mucho

I only didn't like the negative comments I read on here from other foreigners. You can't expect a five star hotel for this price. Too many people are way too negative about everything.

- Bradley (5/5): A once only choice - Location, balcony, bed, clean room and how a Banh Mi van was next door. Overall for the price ok. but it would be a last resort for me. I will explain in what I did not like. Staff at front desk unprofessional, head down in phone day and night, no real professional outlook no attempt to learn basic English,TV does not work, no smart TV, kettle did not work had to seek to be replaced. It is dated needs some refurb, bad water pressure in shower.

- Stéphane (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix mais vétuste et bruyant. Le personnel est attentionné - Ce petit hôtel sympathique vaut surtout pour la qualité de son personnel, qui tente de venir en aide en cas de difficulté, malgré la barrière de la langue. Mais bon, pour ce prix, il y a des désagréments; c'est surtout la clientèle en fait qui pose souvent problème, par son bruit invraisemblable dans les couloirs. La clim rend assez malade aussi, elle ne doit pas être très récente. Le rapport qualité prix reste imbattable pour cette proximité à la plage, mais ce n'est pas non plus la meilleure (My Khé) ni la plus proche des meilleurs restaurants. Le bruit incessant mais il est imputable à la clientèle spécifique de l'hôtel, qui accueille notamment des jeunes parfois, ou des gens du nord du Vietnam, pour qui faire le plus de bruit possible relève du mode de vie.
- Tara (5/5): Better options for similar price elsewhere. - The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was decent. The bed was harder than rock. We all had really sore backs and really bad sleeps here for our 2 night stay. The first night that we stayed, the air con wouldn’t work effectively so the room was unbearably hot. We did ask for someone to help to fix the air con for our second night which made it cooler but still not cold. One of the girls at reception was really nice but the other staff were very unwelcoming and unhelpful.

I got a room that was not the one in the photo. The window faced the wall and you could reach it with your hand. Very hard mattress. When I checked out, they asked me for 100,000 dong for drinking 2 3-in-1 coffees and 2 bottles of water. I didn't even try the noodles. Seriously? This hotel is cheating tourists. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

- Praveena (4/5): No natural light, windows face a wall - The room is not like the photos. There is no balcony - fine. But the window directly faces a wall outside. Very small gap between window and outside wall, so the room was always dark. No natural light at all. If natural light is important to you (it is to me), then i suggest you don't stay here. Only a few rooms have balcony and they are offered only to selected guests. The room was clean and the staff were lovely, but it is not okay to advertise using pictures of a brightly lit balcony room and then give a room without a proper window. No balcony, no outside facing window. There is a window but it directly faces the wall. The room is super dark even during day time. Its very unfair to charge the same rate for room with huge balcony and this kind of prison-like room.
- Turner (8/5): Good location, value for money. - It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, and there was a shop next door. There is an elevator, a TV, a wardrobe and some toiletries. For the cost of the hotel, I was happy with it. There was no stated closing or opening time. I had to wake up the worker to leave at 2am for the marathon as the doors were locked. The window in the bathroom didn’t lock. The shower head was grimy and the shower head holder was unstable. Overall, it was a good hotel considering how much it cost.
- Trevor (7/5): Quieter side of town. - The receptionist was really welcoming and always welcomed me with a lovely smile. The hotel is in a good location, the banh mi people outside were fun. Lots of shops,Tokyo beer and BBQ across the street and an excellent Indian restaurant amongst a bunch of others Quick access to the beach. Looked sweet f a like the picture, the bathroom window wouldn't lock so I tied it shut with a shoelace, a rusty old kettle that needed swapping. Aside from that? No worries.
