Air conditioner during those 30C days was great! Staff were friendly and attentive. Stayed 4 nights. It would be nice to have more towels and toiletries available.

- HUA (8/5): It is very suitable to be a stopover during a trip. - This is a beautiful lakeside cabin with relatively old facilities, including a kitchen and a bathroom. Outside the door is a grassy area with small flying insects, so a screen door is needed. The administrator couple and their child were all very warm-hearted. Knowing that we were afraid of the cold at night, they brought extra quilts and connected the electric heater. By the way, their little cat is very cute. Thank you. During the off-season for tourists, the cabin can be renovated to provide a better stay experience.

- Laura (10/5): Great stay, great location, excellent family vacation. - Though at first there was a bit of a problem in the booking (we didn't get the exact cabin we were expecting), the owners were so accommodating and fixed the problem right away for us. The place is great! The location right on the lake was awesome! There were toys and a playground for the kids. Kayaks to use! We will definitely be booking again - would 100% recommend booking it for your next family vacation.

I really appreciated how well the cabin was stocked with kitchenware bathroom towels etc…. Usually staying at places like this things are pretty limited but this place was really good!! The property managers are also taking great care of the property and always check in to make sure we had what we needed! Really nice people!! If you had questions they got back to you pretty much right away! I would love to go back next year and stay longer! Ducks and geese pooping all over the grass so you could barely walk on it (I think that was only because the beach was quiet and they had somewhere to be for a short time before we invaded the area, lol). That being said you can’t avoid Mother Nature!

- Jessie (8/5): Beautiful location and the perfect place to rewind and enjoy the lake with friends. - Love the location, particularly of the lake front hut that we stayed in. It was perfect to simply want out to the dock and go for a swim! I also liked how quiet and peaceful it was at the accommodation. I think considering the price we all paid it would have been nice to have had some coffee available for the coffee machine that was in our hut. Also maybe some little bottles of shampoo would have been a nice touch.

- Jordin (9/5): Beautiful Stay at “Secret Osais” - Such a BEAUTIFUL location, the owners were lovely and the lake is so refreshing. The paddle board & canoe access was a nice thing to get to experience without extra charge. Our neighbours said they have been coming here for 30 years and were super sweet and welcoming. Amazing place to stay. 10/10 will be coming back with my friends/family! No complaints.

There was no wi-fi at the time of our booking, and as we were travelling for work this was quite an inconvenience. The second night they gave us access to their personal wi-fi.
- Cotton (9/5): Really enjoyed the cabin and the beach! - The cabin's are really clean and bright, and very modern. The managers were amazing people and incredibly helpful! Both my sister and I had meetings we had to attend and since the wifi was not set up for the summer yet, they let us use they own personal wifi! In addition, they let us use an empty cabin so neither we nor our family were disturbed. They were very kind and very generous with information and their time. I would highly recommend staying here.

- Craig (7/5): Great place, a bit over peiced - Hosts are very nice. Very helpful. The cabins are basic but cute. They have everything you need. Fully stocked. Fairly quiet location. If you want absolute privacy,this isn't a place for you. All cabins are very close together. You will be sharing your outside space with everyone else. The beach is good sand earlier in season. But rocky and muddy near end of season. It's a nice place, maybe a bit over priced.
- John (6/5): - We stayed in cabin 3, which is a basic one bedroom that had a nice lake view. The cabin itself was clean, and if you were planning on cooking would adequate. There was a dresser and various hooks, and some shelves for belongings. It is advertised as having a sofa bed, but this is not the case. There is a low, wood frame, single bed, like a child’s bed almost, which does not in any way provided a sofa like place to sit. This was a disappointment seeing at the only indoor seating option were hard wooden chairs at the kitchen table, which are not comfortable at all if you want to just lounge around, or read a book.
- Danielle (9/5): Perfect little beach cabins for small groups! - The location is amazing- 100m from the beach! The cabin was cozy and just what we needed for a family trip. We will definitely book again at Jewel Bay Resort! The internet was a bit patchy. I needed to get a bit of work done and ended up having to hot spot on my phone. It is fine for casual use, but not reliable for working remotely or streaming anything.

Private decks with each cabin. Lots of hot water. Great location. Nice store close that has everything. Family friendly resort. Some suggestions would be paper towel, more large bowls, more barbecues, better pillows, plastic wrap. I would recommend this resort. Would be a great place for a family reunion.

- Sarah (7/5): Overall our stay was lovely other than at night sleeping on the pullout couch. - Location was great, friendly staff, clean upon arrival. Beautiful view, and so close to the water. Happy that they provide BBQ with propane, and picnic tables. Also fun games and swing set down by the water! I was disappointed with the pull out couch. I think if you are advertising a room to sleep six guests, the pull out couch needs to be in better shape or quality. I understand that pull out couches are not the most comfy, but this was by far the worst pull out couch I had ever slept on. It would be really great if you would replace the pull out couch with something newer and a bit better. The mattress is SO thin and springy. Again, I know they are never the best place to sleep, but these ones were very bad, and I think if you are advertising it sleeps six, then it needs a better couch.

The new full size fridge was a treat and the beds were comfortable. Minor repairs were reported. We had expected easier access to kayak rentals.

Our grandchildren had such an amazing time!!! Catherine is an amazing host who is right on site and ready to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Can't wait to return to Jewel Bay.

The shower was dirty, and the place was dark and gloomy They promised me to me us up to a better place before we arrived, I called again 2 days before arrival the new place again confirmed. However, couple of hours before arrival, we were put back into the very old and terrible place. I thought a deal is a deal!! They did, finally, put us in a better unit for the our last night. That place was much better Over all, I do not think we will ever this place rent again

The property was very clean ( thank you Paula). Very basic but no queen/king bed only doubles. Reno’s not complete- no rod in closet to hang clothes, light fixtures with bare bulbs and hanging from ceiling. Surprised paddle boards and plastic kayaks renting out at $50 for 2 hours. Would expect at $250/ night they would be included. No comfy furniture, outdoor furniture on deck, games to play or reading lights. Very basic accommodation

- Verified traveler (8/5): - When we checked in, the owner told us she didn't get notice through Hotels.com that we had reserved a room. So one wasn't ready for us, We didn't mind we had somewhere else to be, so she had it ready for us when we got back. Very nice manager.
