• Yoel (8/5): Family place with open and safe spaces to play. - The village is nicely set especially for families with kids. The apartment is spacy the backyard is cute and bathroom is good. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked well. I would like to mention Adar for her dedication and individual care for every visitor: she called me before the visit, during and after checkout - this was exceptional!!!! The room is basic, no wardrobe for longer stay, minimum coffee/tea, no espresso machine. I would expect to have this minimum for the price per night.

• david (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and thank you Adar for helping make a sweet stay perfect. - The location was fabulous, the chalet was very comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception manageress Adar who is the epitome of hospitality management. They didn't have a toaster in the dining hall.

• MARINA HADAD (8/5): מקום מקסים אוירה נהדרת! - מיקום מצויין, אפשרויות רבות לפעילויות באזור, ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת, חדרים נוחים ונקיים, חנייה בסמוך לביקתות. זרם חלש מאוד במקלחת המים מתחלפים מעצמם מחום לקור תוך כדי המקלחת חוויה לא נעימה בעיקר לילדים ולתינוקות. שיחקו בכדור בבעיטות על המבנים עד שעה מאוד מאוחרת, הפריע מאוד לילדים ולמבוגרים להירדם. רק אחרי שנאלצנו לצאת ולבקש שיפסיקו המשחק נעצר והרעש נחלש בהדרגה.

• נופר (9/5): - הצוות היה מאוד אדיב, תמיד מחייך, עוזר ומתעניין. החדר היה נקי מאוד ומאורגן, החניה צמודה יחסית ומאוד נוחה, תהליך הקבלה והעזיבה היה מהיר ונעים. ארוחת הבוקר טריה ומגוונת מבחינת מבחר סלטים וירקות. המתנו כ3 שעות ומעל 3 פעמים שביקשנו לקבלת מיטת תינוק שהייתה שבורה. הבריכה נפתחת בשעה 10:00 כשעם ילדים היינו שמחים להגיע מוקדם יותר. המגוון בארוחת הבוקר של אופציות נוספות מלבד הסלטים היה חסר.

• Sharon (10/5): Highly recommended! with or without kids - The Village – Highly Recommended! The place is located inside Kibbutz Sde Nehemia, with a separate entrance. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The cabins are well-heated, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Each cabin includes a small fridge, microwave, and a cozy sitting area (which can be converted into a bed) with a TV. There’s also a second TV by the bed. The bathroom is spacious and spotless. Outside, each cabin has its own table on the lawn — perfect for relaxing outdoors. The main dining hall is charming and located right next to the swimming pool. The staff are wonderful – friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There are two easy access points to nature, just a short walk from the cabins: one leading to the Ami Promenade and another to the Three Rivers Junction. Highly recommended!

• Ziv (6/5): צימר מעולה בריכה חמודה ארות בוקר בסדר שירות לא טוב - הצימר היה מעולה. מרווח, גדול, נקי, המיזוג מצוין, המקלחת מפנקת ויש זרם טוב, המיטה נוחה. הארוחת בוקר בסדר, יש מגוון של סלטים ובשפע אבל לא מעבר לזה הכלים לא היו הכי נקיים והיו דברים שלא הרגישו הכי טריים. לסיכום הצימר עצמו מעולה בריכה חמודה והאוכל בסדר. באנו לחגוג לבת זוגתי יום הולדת לסופש. בשירות לקוחות העבירו לנו מסר שגוי, אמרו לנו שנקבל צאק אווט מאוחר עד צאת שבת, הגענו לקבלה וגילינו שאין אפשרות כזאת בכלל. צריך לשים לב שהשירות לקוחות מעביר מסרים שגויים ללקוחות ממה שקורה בפועל במציאות שאתה מגיע וההתנהלות בקבלה מרגישה מאוד שכונתית וחייב לטפל בזה. (קרה לעוד לקוחות שהגיעו אחרינו) המקום מלא משפחות וילדים, זוגות שמחפשים שקט זה ממש לא המקום. את החדרים מקבלים על הדקה ולא פחות.

Other rooms are comfortable I booked it through booking and it was Saturday . It was written in booking that I will get the room at 3pm and got it only at 6pm as the receptionist said this was the policy. I had to wait for 3 hours and was after a long drive. It wasn’t fun.

• Inga (8/5): - נתחיל מזה שהמיקום מושלם! קרוב להרבה מסלולי טיול, מסעדות/ עגלות קפה/ טיילת בן עמי בקיצור מקסים. הדבר המרכזי שהכייי אהבנו זה שהמקום מאוד דוג פרנדלי (שזה קשה מאוד למצוא בישראל) וקידס פרנדלי. בריכה מאוד חמודה אם כי לא גדולה והמרחבים גדולים , נעימים, מזמינים ונקיים. יש מה לשפר בתחזוקה של החדרים עצמם. ארוחת בוקר בינונית...הקפה ממש גרוע (ובשבת המכונות קפה לא עובדות אז אין אלטרנטיבות. מה שהכי ביאס זה כתמים שמצאנו באחת המגבות שזה ביזיון להביא מגבת כזאת לאורחים, זה לא כתם בקטנה שיכול היה להתפספס... הביאו לנו מגבות חדשות זמן קצר אחרי שביקשנו אבל בכל זאת זה היה דיי מבאס.... בסך הכל רוב הדברים חיובים והחוויה הייתה נעימה אבל אין מנוס מלהרגיש שהמחיר לא משתלם אל מול התמורה.

We came with a dog and we got a room on the second floor that was difficult with a child and an old dog. We asked to change room and it was much better. If you have little kids or old dogs you better chose in advance the cabins because the staircase are not the easiest.

Manager was excellent (wish we knew his name to thank personally). Virtually no downsides. Options for evening dining require some advanced planning, but that's not The Village issue

The whole area was clean and tidy. Very easy to park. There were 2 bottles of welcome fizzy non-alcoholic drink on the table when I arrived, so that was very nice, thank you. The wifi was terrible....there was no wifi at all in the chalet. It was only possible in the breakfast area to get wifi so this was a big negative for me. There was no hairdryer in the chalet.
