- usman (7/5): - Good value for money and location is great. Breakfast can be improved though. Staff is well mannered and helpful. Nearby School can be noisy in morning. Breakfast was very low key.

- Ahmed (1/5): - المكان سيئ جدا ولا يصلح للسكن الصور في بوكنج غير الواقع والاثاث قديم جدا جدا
- Kevin (5/5): Once grand hotel, in a great location that could be great again with a little effort. - 1. The location on Rainbow Street was perfect, very near boutiques, food choices, and entertainment.
2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating 1. The room itself was dirty when we checked in, to the point where we could write our names on any flat surface.
2. The door key was an actual key, and the lock would not lock without much effort; even then, the door would open with a hard push.
- Laith (7/5): Lovely staff and great location, but needs upgrading - Location and Staff were excellent Very tired, leaked when raining

- Andrew (10/5): - well air conditioned, friendly staff. we left too early to try the breakfast, but they had a fairly roomy dining area so I expect it would have been decent. we got a free room upgrade since there were very few tourists at the time due to the conflict between Hamas/Israel at the time. For the price (55 JOD/night at the time for two twin beds), I'd definitely stay there again.

- Agha (10/5): - Everything was perfect
Location is nearest the main places that everyone need to visit in Amman / rainbow street and down town.
Hotel cleanliness was excellent, food at breakfast was ok.
Highly recommend Nothing...

- Sarayito (7/5): Non comfortable - The hotel is well located and it was easy to park because it was august. The room was big. The bed was very uncomfortable, and so was the pillow. The hotel in general is old, so there were no plugging holes near one side of the bed. The water pressure on the third floor was very poor so it was difficult to take a shower. The room is noisy, the fridge, the air conditioner and the water heater inside the bathroom make noise.
- Aaronbailey2182 (9/5): Affordable, convenient, great location. Perfect for a short stay in Amman - Mahmood really helped us out, went above and beyond to help us recover our bags that were misplaced by Egypt Air. He accommodated our room change when the AC wasn't working fast enough. (It was a heat wave in Jordan at the time). Could improve furniture and decor.

- Mekenzie (8/5): Absolutely recommend - The staff were exceptionally accomodating to our needs and the hotel is perfectly placed.
Fantastic in room facilities and we had a view of the citadel! The street is as quiet and clean and easy to find. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our trip to Jordan. The bathroom is in need of an upgrade and some water pressure help.
- Reem (6/5): - The place was very outdated but still clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very limited, unappealing. Location was close to many walkable places and restaurants. Sufra Restaurant is a must.
- Lim (9/5): Superb -
- Brendan (8/5): Nice place to stay in a great location. - Location on Rainbow Street was excellent. Good room with great view. Good wifi Comfortable stay with no issues
- Faisal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brendan (7/5): Reasonable place to stay - Location is fantastic on Rainbow Street. Good room with comfortable bed and couches. Breakfast was good Tv worked very inconsistently on satellite. Whilst water hit the shower pressure was very poor. Seems to vary with rooms as in earlier stay both the tv worked well and the water pressure was excellent
- Syed (9/5): recommended and good Place to stay - Location parking not available
- Elizabeth (9/5): Really good location on Rainbow Street. Would definitely recommend. - Great location and helpful, friendly staff
- Qazi (8/5): Good location and value for money - Below average breakfast Low water pressure.
- Caroline (6/5): - Amazing neighborhood, close to all the shops and touristy area. Very nice staff but I found the room was not as clean as I would like.
- The (10/5): Great value great position - Everything. Value for money. Great position, at the end of rainbow Street. Multitude of shops and restaurants are a short distance up the road. Plenty of close gift shops. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Good size. Wifi in rooms. Good size bathrooms. 24 hrs desk. Decent breakfast. Everything you want in a hotel. We have stayed there twice now.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is basic. During our stay, the safe had to be fixed, the bathroom bin didn't open, the shower head needs replacing and the towels were pretty worn/grey.
Overall I would say the place is value for money if you're looking for a place to rest your head and explore the Rainbow Street area
- The (10/5): Great location. Value for money - Good value for money. Great location, at one end of rainbow road. Pleasant staff. Quiet street. Nice view from some rooms. Ours had a kitchen. We are staying there again when we go back to Amman.
- Omar (8/5): - They’re amazing in several ways and make you feel life-altering when you walk through their doors. The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the room is great. I give them 4.2 stars that’s a great experience with them.
Someday I will stop by to visit.
- Reta (6/5): - Some staff were friendly. Cleanliness was average and breakfast buffet was limited and the same every day.
- Roslan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was convenient. None.
- SARIJAMMO (10/5): - The location of the hotel is perfect, room is big and clean, and the staff are very kind. The hotel located at the end of Rainbow Str. where many nice reasturants, cafe, traditional craft shops can be found. It aslo close to the down town "Wast al-Balad" and close to many cultural monuments like Amman Castle, archaeological museums, Roman Theater, and so on.
Highly recomended.
* I wish they will consider add a sanddals in the room.
- Balatheepan (8/5): 4/5 - Great few days - Our check-in was late (3am in the morning), so with the initial tiredness of the long flight and unable to communicate with the night guard and the uncomfortableness of the hotel, I didn't think I would give this hotel 4/5. But one day later, the negative list was getting smaller and the positives were high:
Located off the busy Rainbow Street, accessible to a lot of restaurants and bars
Helpful staff and easier to communicate with day manager, we booked a few day trip taxis through them and felt safe doing so
Outdated hotel but had universal outlets throughout the room - and easily accessible without crawling
small kitchenette with all the kitchen amenities to make the stay comfortable (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes)
Minor note is that breakfast could have been better, but after a few different stays in Jordon, this is their breakfast. However, this particular hotel did have more packaged items, that you can take to go.
The rooms were a bit smelly although it said non-smoking.
The safe was not useable (was not locking) and inaccessible (on a high shelf)
The washroom needs a complete renovation, very tight and water all over the floor when taking a shower.
Overall, a good hotel for a few nights, probably not recommended for longer stays.
- Adrian (8/5): Quiet hotel on Rainbow Street - This is a nice hotel we suited for this who want to be near Rainbow street but away from the cars and noise. We booked a non-smoking room which was fine but ours was the only one of the floor so the whole room /floor stunk of cigarettes. Breakfast was ok but very basic but nothing else in the area was open so limited for options
- Lisa (7/5): Great location for a budget stay - Although the facilities at Jabal Amman are a little tired, the welcome is very friendly and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring Rainbow Street. The room was large with some self-catering facilities and had fantastic views on two sides towards Downtown. A good budget choice.
- Sayra (10/5): great location - both our flights and trip to Petra were early morning, the staff was so accommodating to have breakfast ready super early so that we could eat before leaving. We didn't even ask, they offered. everything was great
- Mohammed (10/5): - Hotel was great! Beds could have been comfier and breakfast could have a wider range otherwise great!
- Hiram (6/5): Pleasant -
- chris (10/5): - Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making my stay comfortable, at the end of Rainbow street walkable to everywhere. Staff suggested me to a short 10min walk to local downtown great experience overall.
- Mohammed (10/5): Excellent value for money and great hospitality, nice big apartment - Great Location just off Rainbow Street lots of places to eat street food, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
Property was clean and staff were excellent in arranging our room and looking after us, also booking our taxi for us. Nothing
- Gireessh (7/5): Old Style Hotel with Good location - Location was close to main center. breakfast was ok. Old style hotel with large rooms. Staff were helpful. Pretty close to all major tourist spots. Beds were not comfortable for 3 people.
- Trudy (9/5): Great location and very helpful staff - Free upgrade to a larger room No kettle
- Joel (8/5): Close to rainbow street and downtown - Close to rainbow street and downtown
- Gerardo (10/5): - Jabal Amman is at a great location within a 10 to 15 min walking distance from main attractions at downtown; yet in a quiet area at the end of Rainbow St. Amenities were basic; however enough to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are pretty big, and staff was always helpful and friendly.
- Lörinc (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location! Really spacious rooms, good (not exceptional, but good) breakfast. We really recommend to plan going out from the hotel after 10-11 PM! The streets around become buzzing during the night!
- Francois (6/5): Great location - Location is perfect nearby restaurants, cafés and tourists places The hotel needs to be improved, it’s old
- Ewoud (8/5): Very good -
- Clara (3/5): Poor -
- John (8/5): Jordan Delight - Friendly, polite, professional staff. Great location with shops, restaurants and takeaways on your doorstep. Bathroom could do with a refresh.
- Maarten (7/5): Location, location location. - This hotel is perfectly positioned for a 1 day visit to Amman. Some of the furniture has water damage
- Samantha (6/5): Great location, nice staff - Location was excellent The room was very dated and not particularly clean - there was a large cockroach in the bathroom
- Marlies (6/5): Pleasant -
- Blich (5/5): Passable -
- Ali (9/5): Superb -
- Tatiana (6/5): Too expensive for what it is - Big room
Kitchen
Rainbow street Way too expensive for what you get.
Room was facing a school so it was very noisy in the morning even with earplugs.
The big bed is in fact 2 small mattresses stuck together so not comfortable.
Room didn’t get cleaned on the first day, had to ask every morning to make sure it will. On arrival day the shower was full of sand on the floor.
I had to ask 3 times to get the right password for the wifi, every staff member thought he had the good one.
Breakfast wasn’t great, no fresh fruits.
- Kevin (10/5): Service above and beyond - The staff could not be more helpful.
They were all amazing. Just ask and they will make it happen 👍😊
- Andyd1991 (1/5): Bad - The location is good I parked my car where the staff asked me to park it. A staff member then witnessed a car scratch my car. They then didn't tell me despite knowing it was my car, and they offered no assistance when asked by the rental company.
The hotel itself was dirty, the staff where rude and the breakfast was poor and cold. I stayed in a double bed which was 2 single beds pushed together. I did not sleep well.
Amman and jordan was a beautiful place however this hotel has put a dampener on my visit.
Very disapointed.
- Geoff (8/5): Very good -
- Ravenscroft (8/5): definitely worth it for the location and if you get the huge room with panoramic views - stunning location on rainbow street. rright in the middle of pleasant nightlife and close enough to downtown to walk there and get a feel for the sights and sounds bathroom was a bit grubby
- Ravenscroft (8/5): Very good - the shower room was a bit tired and the aircon noisy but overall it was good and the location excellent
- Norm (10/5): - Absolutely loved the room and staff. Everyone was super friendly and the Jabal Amman Hotel was a neat place to stay.... like an apartment right in the heart of Amman. Quiet yet active.... thanks so much.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Rama (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Mahitab (4/5): Good location, however the property is very old and rundown. I would never come here again. - The location It is extremely old and rundown
- Ahmad (8/5): Very good -
- Priya (4/5): needs to be more clean - location the hygiene
- Leyla (10/5): - The hotel is very clean. They speak English and are very educated crew. I felt very safe and employees were very hospitable.
Thank you all.
- Jessica (8/5): Great stay on Rainbow Street - Great size room
Excellent location Breakfast was very basic
Bathroom was a little old and tired - could do with some maintenance and upkeep
- Piper (7/5): Good location - Helpful staff Used furniture
- Paweł (10/5): Best hotel in Amman - The hotel has excellent service in particular I recommend Mr. Saad. Location close to downtown and right in Rainbow Street. Large room and comfortable bathroom. Parking space right next to the hotel.
- Paweł (10/5): Best in Amman -
- Dimity (8/5): Very good - Nice location on Rainbow St away from the busy souks and downtown.
Short walk downhill to below the Citadel/ampitheatre and souks, a steeper walk back up to the Hotel. Can always catch a taxi back if this is a problem.
Rainbow St offered many restaurants/take away eateries and modern boutique shopping options.
Good breakfast served at the Hotel.
Rooftop bar across the road with great views over Amman. It wasn't a problem for us as they closed early because no one was there, but there is a bar in the next door building which could play loud music.
- Hannah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Pascal (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Room size and equipement. Confortable. Staff supportive. Parking very easy in front of hotel for free been a dead issue. Basic breakfast. A little bit noisy due to cars with music on Friday night...
- Jessica (7/5): Good -
- Abdullah (7/5): Good -
- Keith (9/5): Fabulous location and staff, comfortable large room. - Great location, nice and helpful staff, large room with a kitchenette and full sized fridge/free water, cleaned daily (often while we were at breakfast) Some mold in the shower, often smelled like smoke in the common areas, even on the 3rd floor and breaking was just ok
- K (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stefan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Thameem (9/5): great stay . highly recommend! -
