- Rongyos (8/5): Mooi hotel midden in Almelo - Handige lokatie midden in Almelo, zeer net hotel, met ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Mogelijkheid om de hele nacht in te checken. Parkeergarage was helaas al vol toen wij arriveerden, en er werd slechts laat op mijn vragen die ik via Booking had gesteld gereageerd, toen hadden we inmiddels ingecheckt.

Alleen wel met de Franse slag schoongemaakt, dikke stofwolken onder wasmeubel en in kamer. Geen werkplek.

Jammer dat we maar 1 nachtje waren en geen tijd hadden voor het ontbijt;) Eigenlijk te weinig parkeerplaats, maar direct om de hoek was ook nog een parkeergarage gelukkig. Wel tegen betaling, dat is dan weer jammer.

- Odette (8/5): Nette schone ruime kamer en heerlijk diner gehad met vriendelijke bediening. - Prima ruime en schone kamer met koffie en thee. Ruime nette badkamer. Helaas was op zondag het ontbijtbuffet een uur later open dan door de weeks. Was mij niet bekend. Wegens een sportwedstrijd konden we daardoor geen gebruik maken van het ontbijt buffet. We kregen een lunch/ontbijttasje met 2 flesjes drinken, pakje water, een paar opgevouwen boterhammen, 2 stuks fruit en een snackreep. Wel dik belegd maar niet in verhouding tot ontbijtbuffet. Wel voor dezelfde prijs. Dat vond ik niet passend. Wel fijn dat het tasje er was anders hadden we niets. Parkeren is niet gratis bij het hotel (staat gratis bij website van Booking) en parkeerplekken zijn klein.

- Sophie (4/5): Wir sind eher enttäuscht als erholt - Die Lage des Hotels ist top, so wie die Atmosphäre. In der Lobby spielte ein Klavir. Zudem sah die Lobby richtig schick aus. Das Zimmer lag am äußersten Ende des Hotels und wirkte trotz der gebuchten, teuren Kategorie eher wie ein Standardzimmer. Außerdem hatte das Personal teilweise Schwierigkeiten, sich klar auszudrücken, was uns unnötig Zeit und auch Geld gekostet hat.Für zwei ausgeliehene Bademäntel wurden 40 € berechnet – am Ende stellte sich heraus, dass man diese im Wellnessbereich nicht einmal benötigt hätte. Der Wellnessbereich selbst war alles andere als erholsam. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt er zwar schick, tatsächlich ist er jedoch teilweise schon etwas heruntergekommen. Zudem war es dort sehr laut, unter anderem durch Jugendliche und Kinder. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung nach nicht dem, was man bei dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.
