Astrid (6/5): - Zimmer und Badezimmer für 4 Personen grenzwertig klein, aber ich denke, dass das normalerweise ein 2-Bett-Zimmer ist. Dafür war dann der Aufpreis für die Kinder schon recht üppig. Möglicherweise war das allerdings auch den Olympischen Spielen geschuldet, die gerade in der Region stattfanden.

Alessia (10/5): ECCEZIONALE - Il personale è estremamente cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la zona relax: una splendida area dotata di piscina interna riscaldata, sauna, bagno turco e un’accogliente sala con lettini dove potersi riposare in totale tranquillità. È presente anche un piacevole angolo ristoro con tisane e bevande calde e fredde. All’esterno, inoltre, si trova un idromassaggio riscaldato, perfetto per momenti di puro relax. La colazione è varia e abbondante, con un’ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Anche la cena è stata davvero squisita, arricchita da un ottimo antipasto a buffet. Siamo già stati in questa struttura in passato, siamo tornati con piacere e sicuramente torneremo ancora.

Anja (9/5): Great hospitality and communication — we would happily stay here again. - The property is well maintained and family-run, with everyone putting in a lot of effort. Communication was excellent, and they truly care about each guest. Our friends’ personal keys were accidentally left at the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to help us arrange their return to Croatia. Thank you once again! The mattresses could be slightly more comfortable, but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Theresa (8/5): Preis-Leistung prima und super freundlich! - Die Lage des Hotels ist top, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum und auch mit den Skibus in ein paar Minuten am Skilift. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Personal ist super freundlich und der Wellnessbereich top 👍 Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas spärlich. Kleiderschrank im Zimmer wäre super gewesen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und nur die Kids hatten einen Kleiderschrank. Die Zimmer sind aber schön geräumig und man könnte mit einer Couch sicher das Zimmer noch etwas gemütlicher machen. Gläser und Kaffee und Tee wären toll, leider nur ein Wasserkocher ohne sonstiges Equipment.

Rachele (3/5): - Soggiorno deludente Abbiamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per la presenza della spa, come mostrato nelle foto su Booking: idromassaggio interno e jacuzzi esterna, che sembravano ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sugli sci. Purtroppo l’idromassaggio interno era accessibile solo previo pagamento di oltre 40€, informazione che non risultava chiaramente indicata al momento della prenotazione. La jacuzzi esterna, invece, era inizialmente chiusa: abbiamo dovuto chiedere che venisse accesa, ma anche dopo mezz’ora l’acqua risultava ancora fredda. Considerata la temperatura esterna di circa 2 gradi, l’esperienza non è stata piacevole. Anche la cena e la colazione non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative per una struttura classificata come 4 stelle.
