Até hóspedes chineses que estavam lá para entrar consideraram temperatura baixa. Dica: O ideal é em torno de 30 graus. Se o SPA estivesse funcionando, poderia ajudar nessa baixa temperatura da piscina. Mas parece que está desativada. Péssimo não ter um SPA, no nosso caso, depois de viagem de várias viagens totalizando 20 horas de voo e nenhuma aguar quentinha para ajudar a diminuir o Jetleg

Also, it says staff speaks English but barely and caused me to have a very frustrating conversation while trying to have hotel assist me contacting the taxi that had just dropped me off at train station. I left my personal belongings in back of car by accident and because the hotel personnel that was assisting kept misunderstanding & not getting my meaning at all, so much time was wasted and almost missed my train.

You can go to Panlong Tiandi at will in the evening, and the hotel has a shuttle bus. It's also very close by taxi. This is a cost-effective hotel, which includes afternoon tea and happy hour dinner. It is really super close to Hongqiao High-speed Railway Station. There are restaurants, shopping and amusement parks nearby, which is very convenient. After installing it, I found that the direction was inconvenient. I called to ask if it could be adjusted, and the staff soon came to change it. There is nothing to say about the interior of the room. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, well-lit, and there is no cover outside the window. My family likes their mattress the most. All remaining staff are cold and hostile. The Club Floor served food that was unappealing and dry(sandwiches and cheese). The pool is in the basement in a section of the hotel you would never wish to visit. The location is terrible. If you get the opportunity stay near "The Bund". Just avoid this place, it's terrible.

Mamy pewne trudności z ubieganiem się o kartę i tak dalej. Pomagają nam wziąć taksówkę, aby nas nauczyć. Musimy kupić kilka prezentów, aby zabrać je z powrotem do domu. Zalecają nam również pójście do centrum handlowego w mieście. Szanghaj jest bardzo dobry. Widok w nocy jest bardzo piękny. W centrum handlowym jest też wiele rzeczy. Unfortunately, the level of service and room maintenance fell far below the standards I have come to expect from the Sofitel brand. During my stay: • There was no safe provided in the room. • Tea cups were not replaced or cleaned daily. • Bedsheets were not changed, even after several days. • The staff attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional, and overall service quality was very poor. These issues made my stay quite uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. I chose Sofitel because of its reputation for high standards in hospitality and guest care, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
