- Rahanita (7/5): - The room was good and clean. Location is good, close to the beach. Big and comfortable bed. Front office staff needs to learn basic hospitality. Simple things as "hello" or "welcome" would be great. Room is not fully equipped. No facial tissue, bidet is sucked, no water coming out.
- Alix (1/5): Don't do it - Leaving Rude and unhelpful staff 😒 Room was very dirty, bathroom was putrid hair all over bathroom taps floor and toilet. No hot water or pressure. Mould on the walls in room and common areas. Booking issue was unresolved and when staff were approached to resolve both Booking and amenity issues staff actually laughed and us.

I am doing Hotels hopping for my entire duration here in Kuta, Bali; among the comparable budget Hotels, I'd say I'm getting the most value for the buck here at AB Hotel, $15/night for a Premium room is unbeatable (perhaps could be because they are doing Renovations), rooms could use some updating but is very very bright and spacious, definitely recommended.

My both reservation in Bali POP hotel and AB hotel were terrible and they were non refundable and changeable accomodations as i contacted Hotels.com

We asked the stuff to clean it again but it didn’t change much. We had a long stay and later we preferred to clean it by ourselves.

- Vicky (9/5): Superb - Great location, very comfy bed, good Aircon. Staff were lovely and helpful, I ended up staying another night as I was ill, I was able to stay in the same room and the staff even offered to go to the shop for me as I was unable to leave the room.

- Mark (8/5): An enjoyable stay at a great location. - The location was great, it’s an easy walking distance to everything. Good air conditioning in the room. The bed was quite comfortable for me & the room was furnished well. The staff were very friendly & worked hard to keep everything clean & tidy. The WiFi to the room was good when it worked but it dropped out a lot during my 14 night stay. The hot water for the shower took a very long time to come through & the bathroom floor would get flooded every time you showered because the drainage couldn’t cope with the water flow.
