Katie (1/5): This was the worst hotel stay of my life. - The location was convenient. There was no water the majority of the stay. A water pipe broke and we were told it would likely be fixed within the hour, and definitely that evening. Well, at 1 am we still had no water. No shower… no sink… no toilet. It was gross. My elderly parents never got enough water pressure to shower the entire stay. I had small children and wasn’t able to leave late at night to find somewhere else to stay. The next morning the front desk said there was no manager working and that the water pipe breaking wasn’t their problem and they wouldn’t offer any compensation. I wouldn’t return to this hotel if I was paid to do so.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The lighting in this room was terrible they were dim and there was NO lamp, I like to read before bed but the lighting was too dim.

Girl working front desk directly across from breakfast saw all the grumbling and issues and didn’t bother to help. I finally asked her to get some milk and told her the breakfast attendant was struggling. The girl doing breakfast was wearing her headphones hanging out in the back kitchen. People had to knock on kitchen window and get her attention. Overalll frustrating

What we disliked was the fact that there was barely any Lighting in the room and only between the two queen beds and bathroom and a small Hall light. There was no lights on the other side of the room and it was rather dark in there. The TV would not turn on or turn off and the staff was not helpful in knowing how to correct this issue. The AC worked great and the room was definitely clean . I guess the biggest Factor is the fact that the lighting is extremely poor in the room and very low and limited and the TV not working . Otherwise I would have given it a five-star rating. pleasant staff.

She started to tell me what I can’t do and she can’t give me a check out receipt and what I have been experiencing is that she’s very new behind the scene, but she has a bad attitude working at the front desk and she don’t want to listen to the customer and she wants to argue. She’s very argumentative And she’s arguing about a receipt that I asked her for because I’m checking out and she’s telling me that I can’t get a receipt from her so the service like with me having reserved the two beds I was switched out of the two bands and into a one bed wouldn’t let out sulfur and she comes in and out of the room, putting objects and things in the room with negative energy and I don’t appreciate that so when I got ready to check it out, she started acting competitive towards me and I’m just trying to get a receipt that I left The hotel today even though my state is not up OK so this is September 14, 2025 but the service was bad. I could not keep my room clean in regards to housekeeping the shortage. They kept telling me they couldn’t do this and couldn’t do that and the Inconvenience of having a clean room is a problem the room that I signed up for a reserve was a double but they switched me out intentionally to make my state living hell so I never got a chance to stay in the two bedroom that I signed up for online so it’s been horribleand Lawanda she likes to fi

Diane (2/5): I had a horrible night. - Breakfast was typical. Nothing special. It is a nice hotel. When I booked room. I asked that room have a sofa or recliner or upholstered chair. I have a optional handicap that prevents me from lying down to sleep. I did not find out until check-in that such furniture was not available at this hotel. We had been in car all day and it was too late to find a room with what I needed at other lodging. As a result, I had an excruciating, painful night trying to sleep in a desk chair. If booking.com cannot honor a request such as mine they should tell me so in advance.
