Lots of good stuff nearby
All walkable …
Beautiful neighborhoods all around this location I am a Hilton honors member and they certainly gave me one of the worse rooms …210
That was disappointing
- Paul (10/5): - All good. Only negative was heating/cooling unit fan wouldn’t turn off. Too breezy and noisy in the room from it. Minor complaint.
- Margaret (8/5): - Hotel was clean !! Parking wss great !! Staff was very friendly
- Deanna (10/5): - everything was perfect
- Bethany (4/5): Good location but not a good value - bad beds. - Location Smell and the beds were horrible especially for the price
- Kelly (10/5): - Great property in walking distance to good restaurants and shopping.
- Debbie (10/5): - Great
- Mark (10/5): - Staff is amazing.
- Carolyn (8/5): - The staff was friendly, and the hotel very nice. It’s central to most everything. My only issue was the mattress was terrible, too hard.
- Lisa (6/5): - Moldy shower
Air conditioner is loud
Sink does not drain well
- Tabitha (10/5): - The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like about it was the pillows. They were awful, but other than that, the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Loved that they had shampoo soap and conditioner in the shower is ready for you.
- Dwayne (10/5): Family Reunion - I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be returning.
- Darren (8/5): - Initial staff was
- Denise (8/5): Usually a beautiful, upbeat hotel - Superb location next to performing arts center; 1 mile from luxurious shopping at Apple store, Lululemon and more; and 1/3 mile walk to number 50 bus to downtown Memphis so you don't have to drive. Breakfast is huge and tasty. Hotel has upbeat atmosphere. For example when you walk into room, huge TV displays: Welcome (insert your name). My room was not as luxurious as last time I stayed there. This is my favorite place for a stay-cation; I wanted luxury again, so I was disappointed. For example, last time I had a Keurig coffee maker but not this time. Bathroom also seemed less upscale. Maybe I could have talked to the front desk about it and gotten a new room? It's a great hotel, though. An 8 this time rather than a 9.5.
- Richard (8/5): Good - Location Needs updating
- Clarence (8/5): - Good
- Michael (8/5): - Staying at this Hampton Inn was nearly perfection! It was quiet, non-smoking and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and cozy. The only complaint about my room was my having to unplug the refrigerator because it was rattling so loud to where I couldn’t stand it anymore. Lastly, on my second day there, I had the breakfast in the lobby. It was okay. Lots of choices. Only I immediately became sick upon reentering my room and felt bad for the remainder of the day. Imagine taking a 4 hour trip home and having to stop to vomit every 20 miles. I loved the stay, but I probably won’t have the breakfast again.
- Kathy (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay
- Garilynn Alpern (6/5): - The property is looking a little worn. The “breakfast” leaves a lot to be desired; the scrambled eggs were inedible while the make your own waffles were great! Potatoes were soggy and we didn’t try the breakfast meats and biscuits and gravy. There was yogurt ( yay) and a nice selection of breads/bagels. The coffee was pretty bad ( although they tried with canisters of dark, medium and decaf. The deal breaker: I watched a staff member wipe a serving spoon with the same cloth she wiped the counter and put it back. One more thing: we spilled coffee in our bed. I thought housekeeping would have changed the linens but merely made the bed.
We will stay there again as it is the closest hotel to our family in Memphis.
- Gabriel (10/5): - Fue muy buen hotel. Sencillo pero bueno
- Dwight (6/5): - Th rooms and bathrooms are dated
- Lauren (10/5): -
- Leslie (10/5): - We would definitely stay here again. Very nice and convenient to many stores and locations
- Gennie (10/5): - Absolutely gorgeous and clean. Dining area clean and specious. Very quiet and restful atmosphere. The food was delicious and so much variety. The beds very comfortable and especially loved the pillows! 😊 Thank you.
- Kathy (7/5): -
- Jill (8/5): - The hotel rooms are dark. Walls/ decor/ drapery so it made the rooms feel dark.
- Andrea (9/5): -
- FLOWERS (10/5): - Everything There was nothing to dislike
- Laverne (10/5): - My experience there was beautiful,! Excellent professional, running over with kindness Flavored water daily, free breakfast, and their signature cookies after 5pm. Clean rooms were kept with an abundance of towels. Their love kindness was kindled with the warmth of our heavenly Father. Thanks from a Hamptonite. Lol 💖🙏🌹
- Laverne (10/5): - Plenty of professionalism and care
- Laverne (10/5): - Very polite, helpful. Brought things to my room sometimes due to pain in my leg. Kevion, Lyndsey, Ms. Monica were great and very professional
- J (2/5): Had a great time. Great value. Loved Memphis and Germantown. - Great location. Nice staff. Very clean.
Safe and easy parking. It was all good
- Phillip and Peggy (10/5): - The location was close to our relatives for a family meet and greet event. We enjoyed our breakfast on both weekend days for a good start.
- Heneretta (10/5): - Came in town for a family gathering for the weekend. Enjoyed the hotel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

- Aimee (10/5): - Such a nice hotel! When you walk in, the lobby smells so good and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel is clean and a great place to stay if you’re in the area.
- Don (10/5): - Great place 😃
- Charicea (10/5): - Great staff and great area
- Jeanette (10/5): - Very clean great
- Pat (10/5): - Hotel was clean, beautiful, and staff awesome.
- Denise (10/5): - You can never go wrong when you chose a Hampton.
- Leslie (6/5): - Overall the accommodations were good and very clean. Upon arrival the lobby smelled of febreeze or equivalent which was concerning.
I was surprised that for the rate we paid, and the fact that there was an in room Keurig that there was no caffeinated k cups, only tea and decaf. For the money we spent for one night I would expect a cup of real coffee. I will say that the hospitality suite had coffee very early but I had to wait to get dressed to go downstairs to get coffee.
- Kevin (8/5): The hotel wasn't a 9+ - The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast had several options and was good, included in the price of the room. Overall, the hotel was a good value. The facility and the bedding were not exceptional, better described as good. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed and the corners rolled up. The baseboard in the bathroom was damaged. The lamp beside the bed was missing a lightbulb.
- Frank (10/5): - Clean, friendly staff, easy check in, good parking with trailer.
- Bryan (8/5): - Staff was friendly and professional. There are several restaurant options within in a very short walk.
- Judith (10/5): - Accessible
- Mian (6/5): - Hotel was too expensive for its quality. I paid around 300+ per night, but the quality of this hotel is around 80 to 100 per night.
- Michelle (10/5): - Great property all around
- Christopher Ocampo (10/5): - No complaints, great people working the front desk, convenient to community amenities, good breakfast, attentive housekeeping. 10/10
The scrambled eggs are lackluster but everything else was great
- Laurie (8/5): - Nice, but none of the baseboard or any of the furniture had been cleaned in a very long time. Thick on baseboard in bath in particular.
- William (10/5): - The mattress was very uncomfortable
- Gerilyn (10/5): - Nice facility in a great location.
- nazeeh (4/5): - I stayed for two days and shower curtain was missing. Informed the clerk when I checked out there was no apology she just inform me she would let house keeping know.
- Tait (10/5): - Would stay again!
- Aodan (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean, comfy bed, great staff N/A
- EileenEileenEileen (8/5): Great stay in Germantown - Nice area. The two queen room was comfortable. Wish the room was slightly bigger and they provided regular water instead of cucumber water. We were happy to see cookies beside the ice water provided near the lobby. Breakfast had great English breakfast, Nutella and Chobani yogurt
- Lisa (10/5): - Very clean and quiet.
- Sherry (8/5): It was close to where I need to be - Nice and well maintained. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as before
- Ana (10/5): - Calming - very calm, quiet. Bed could be softer for my liking … but I know there are others that prefer firm; however, it didn’t affect my rest and comfort. It’s my new go to hotel in Memphis- Germantown.
- Jerrie (10/5): - Property was easy to access. They let us park our motorcycle under the covered area. Our room was big, comfy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The room was nice and big and clean! Slept well!
- Stephen (10/5): - Great experience
- Marques (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): - Good stay.
- Brittany (8/5): - The stay was great. The rooms are a bit worn but still clean and comfortable.
- Derek (8/5): - The room was nice. Large shower. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were bathed in water. The chicken sausage was tough and overcooked. The potatoes were tough and tasted like they came out of a microwave. The pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable. The refridgerator would not kewp our drinks cold. These types of things make it hard to justify paying over $200 a night.
- Philip (10/5): - Will stay here again
- Nila (10/5): - Our visit to the Hampton Inn Germantown was exceptional. We received an upgrade to a king suite room. What a spacious comfortable space. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. We will choose this hotel for our next stay.
- Kyle (10/5): - Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- Robert (10/5): - Location and staff
- John (10/5): - It was clean, quiet, and safe.
- Benjamin Zachary (10/5): - Good location for visiting friends and family in East Memphis and Germantown. Friendly staff and nice rooms.
- Lori (9/5): Nice and comfy! - The room was so nice and comfy. And the toiletries in the bathroom A+ because I didn’t have to unpack mine.
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eboni (10/5): - It was a wonderful stay for the weekend! I would definitely book again!
- Marc (10/5): - Plan on staying here again!
- Mary (8/5): - Nice stay, cordial staff. Good location
- Shari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karla (5/5): Could have been better - Bed comfy. Staff friendly. Cleanliness. I asked for towels twice still didn't receive. Iron didn't work received another that one as well didn't work. The shower was filthy with hair all over. Room had a funky smell upon entering room smell did go away.
- Nancy (10/5): - Great and breakfast was good!
- Chandra (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent. Will be staying here again Cleanliness of the rooms
