- Janos (10/5): Pretty, comforting environment, great facilities - The staff is helpful above expectations. I had any request they find a way to fulfill. The environment is very nice and pretty, the pool looks very nice. The rooftop pool connects to the bar so you can order drinks. The breakfast is very good, great selection, but nothing special - by bali standards. The location is good, several good restaurants and bars are close, the beach is not so far too. I can mention very few things. They play the same playlist of 5 songs at the pool every day which can be annoying. But when i asked them they shut it down for some hours. The other thing that in the rooftop restaurant some drinks you order are from the front restaurant, if you order they need to bring it from there and you need to pay after every order right away: however they promised they will work on the smoothen out the process

- haslamc (2/5): Avoid. Not what we were expecting for Bali. Terrible smell in the lobby area. This hotel looks like its winding down and about t - Dirty bathroom needed a good bleaching. Our window was facing a brick wall. Pool area , very strange set up. Its a very Dull hotel. I had a massage whilst there. It wasn't cheap and not relaxing. Next cubicle was very noisy. We stripped the bed on leaving after 5 days and there was old blood down the side of the mattress. Then on checking out they said they would have to check the room. With hindsight we should have refused the room on arrival. Would never stay in Seminyak again. Very disappointed. Breakfast was good.

Price point was ok for delux room with balcony, 2.Both ground floor and roof top pool are okay 3.Staff are helpful and friendly 4. WELCOME fruits in your room. 5. Discounts 20%on restaurant and massage. 6.Brush,paste , comb,shaving blade n cream and slippers provided. 7. 15min walk to Seminyak square n beach or shuttle service two times a day morning 10 and evening 6pm. Bit noise due to night club. 8.Close to beach & shopping centre, lot of eating options nearby Whats Not good : 1. Kids club-for name sake , nothing to say as there wasn't single person or any kids sessions ,seems to be in basement , dark. 2. Shower under bathtub with water leakage and spill over floor . 3.Same buffet breakfast pattern,with little or no change.felt boring after 3-4days. Suggestion -Dont try to prepare Indian cuisine please (they're were not worthy of tasting nor prepared/cooked well). 4. Seems a old property, not sure what 5 star means and why it's said. This is like neither good or neither bad hotel. 5. We had complimentary diner and massage,but honestly I didn't like or feel good post massage, very ordinary, Complimentary dinner -very ordinary (3course) one appetizer,one main course n one dessert) very restrictive menu or food option. I asked for an iron and ironing board and the ironing board was broken and wouldnt stand up and the electrical cord was ahowing on the iron. Potential electrical hazard. I also asked for assistance aith the TV but no-one showed up to the room.
- Venture08209487057 (10/5): Tranquil oasis in busy Seminyak - Loved this place. If you’re ok not being by the beach it’s an oasis of calm in busy Seminyak. Most days, we had the pool to ourselves. Same with the Gym. Breakfast runs till 1030 and staff are super friendly and helpful. rooms are large beds enormous and everything is comfortable and clean. you’re only a short.(but hectic.!) walk away from excellent beach clubs and hotels like Potato Head and the W where you can spend the day by the pool and eat amazing food. That said the pool here is lovely and long and perhaps the most idyllic hotel pool I’ve swam in. Book yourself a massage - you won’t regret it! My only grapes are the room curtains don’t quite reach to the floor so it’s never properly dark, there’s no actual cold cold water in the shower and the lounge is by the pool have seen better days. Definitely not bad enough to knock it from five stars down to 4.
- 121karlak (6/5): Adequate Hotel - This hotel was adequate, but far from great. The rooms have zero drawers for putting your clothes in. The rooms were in need of repair on several things. The rooftop swimming pool needs a ton of repair before it falls down. The room we stayed in had two giant queen sized beds pushed together to make an enormous king sized bed. This left very little for anything else in the room. We asked for an extra luggage stand so our suitcase wasn't on the floor but never received one. The breakfast was fantastic and the front restaurant was really good. The roof top restaurant was not good. Took forever to get food and it was cold when it was served and the food did not come out together. The hotel was clean with the exception of mold on the shower mat.

- Alexandria (10/5): 1 night stay - Such a beautiful luxury hotel with beautiful scenery. The room was amazing, the bed was huge with the best pillows I've ever had. Loved how it had everything already in there such as flip flops, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and filtered bottled water. They had water stations around the hotel for you to always be able to fill up your water and service for bringing your cases to and from the room which was handy. The breakfast buffet was lovely and tasty, ABIT of everything and the infinity pool up on the rooftop was amazing. Towels provided for you and massive cushions in the pool to relax on. That I only stayed 1 night, I wish it was longer. We didn't have a view from our room, it was just a brick wall. That's all.

Very comfortable and spacious mattress and pillows. Pools are also lovely. I have returned time and time again and they have looked after our whole family. On one accession I became unwell and they immediately sent for their doctor who was absolutely brilliant. I will comeback time and time again. Thank you Jambuluwuk! The bathrooms could do with a refresh however are more than adequate.

- Battista (8/5): It wasn’t uncomfortable, the price was good and overall the facilities were not bad by any means, however it would not b - It was more or less clean, the beds are huge and very very comfortable, I loved the pillow menus and the spa is also lovely I had a wonderful massage there too. The food was okay very beautiful plating and the restaurants near by were AMAZING the smash burger place opposite, the potato head beach club some of the restaurants at neighbouring hotels too all excellent! the pools are both much smaller than anticipated and the ground floor pool was hardly used by us as there were many mosquitoes but thats to be expected in the raining season so i can’t complain. The rooms were fine. I would NOT have a bath as it just looks really old and crusty and the toilets are fine too a few people had ‘Bali belly’ and the bathrooms make it a less horrible experience which is nice. every single day multiple times a day I got aggravating allergies because the curtains haven’t been cleaned since the place was built, because the windows can’t be opened there’s nowhere for the dust to go except my nose. (That was my biggest complaint) otherwise the property was good, some translation difficulties with the staff which I wasn’t expecting but easily resolved.

It needs a complete renovation make-up. Who has showers in the bath anymore?? Roofs leaking when it rains, mold in the bathrooms, the spa outside was soo green it was disgraceful and disgusting. The concrete walls you sit on at the pool bars are not secured. Dnt get me wrong, staff fabulous but the hotel itself rated only 2.5/3. Not value for money at all.

It's centrally situated and offers everything close by . Bluebird taxis are reliable and cheap. Laundry across the road restaurants every minutes from Potato Head, Mexicola, seminyak square flea markets and beaches. Great deals and comfortable accommodation

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and clubs, yet at night-time, it was quiet so we could get a good night's sleep. There was no air conditioning in the reception area, so it was very warm when waiting there. The welcome drink tasted like medicine and was too strong. A simple orange cordial drink would have been better.

Not far from the beaches and had plenty of fun activities to do nearby. The rooms were plenty big with such a nice cool room-AC worked well. The beds were COMFORTABLE and Pristine condition. The only complaint I had was the bathrooms could use a better drainage system some of the water from the shower got caught on the side of the tub and would collect, noticing some build up over time of this happening often. However staff kept the areas cleaned daily and did a phenomenal job making sure our rooms were tidy and clean.

Had to request to refill the servings all the time. At 9:30 am they would say some of the food items are finished ! worst breakfast ever Too much noise on level four due to moving furniture even at night time. Please avoid staying at this property as there are so many better options available around.

Lobby very boutique style and clean. No coffee shop open, no almond milk available, a little mould in bathrooms. Pool chairs in ground level pool marked with stains.

No welcome drink, no one offer to take our bags to the room, no option for later checked out. My previous experience the rooms were super clean, beautifully presented but no this time.

- Holly (8/5): Underrated venue - good value for money - I loved this hotel! So central. We had house keeping every day so fresh towels and bedding. Staff were really friendly and helpful, good room service. 2 pool options! Only downfall really is that it is right next to a night club so if you’re a light sleeper from 11pm-4am you will most likely hear it, if you’re a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine!

- meliamedias (2/5): Poor quality hotel and facilities - This hotel would have to be the worst hotel I've stayed at in Bali. Marketed as 5 star but far from it. Rooms smelt like mould and mildew, nightclub music nearby going to all hours, maintenance issues galore in rooms, around hotel and pool. Hotel was just in a general state of disrepair. We booked 5 nights but quickly exited after 2 nights and sought a refund. So many issues and I didn't feel safe having my kids there. You have been warned. Don't believe the marketing on social media and this hotel doesn't display in real life how it really is.

Staff were very accommodating and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Would recommend and would stay here again. My only recommendations would be to provide umbrella shades on the rooftop pool as there is no shade
