• Thomas (9/5): - Breakfast was mostly good and as expected. They ran out of stuff some days. The staff was great they help with every issue we had. One of two elevators was broken for most of our stay. Had to take the stairs. Room cleaners did not show up when requested.
• Magpayo (4/5): We checked in late last night was told about the water issue but they expected it to get resolved. I went and purchased - It was clean big enough for family of 6. It was easy check in and in a great location. The water was out so we couldn’t flush the toilet or shower. I had to go buy gallons of water for us to brush teeth and flush toilet. Also they didn’t offer any type of discount due to the lack of water and inconvenience.

And there was a sign saying only 4 pieces of bacon a person! For 150 a night that's bull. Bed never rotated and to can tell.
• Allan (9/5): Excellent choice away from main drag of Main Street - Breakfast was good. Room and design was modern, visually appealing with almost a Euro centric point of view. Pillows were quite soft. Might have been firmer.

• Paul (6/5): Great hotel and staff very bad Booking.com error caused significant disruption for our family and the hotel - The property was clean and provided the service expected. They were not prepared for our arrival as the booking from the Booking.com service did not contain our name. They had the booking but because they did not have the name they did not have two rooms as reserved to support our family. In reviewing the reservation myself I noted that the email from Booking.com had our name for both rooms as “null”. I am sure this is what disrupted the Holiday Inn reservation system. We waited for over an hour in the lobby while the on-site representative worked to troubleshoot the problem. The Holiday Inn ultimately provided an additional complementary room to support our family for this stay. I will stay with Holiday Day Inn again but will cease my use if Booking.com.

• Elizaldi (8/5): Good place for a short stay and visit the town. - Location is great. It has all the must haves of a hotel for a short stay. Our room had small damages. One hanger was off and on top of the sink. Breakfast is extreamly simple .

The location was perfectly located off of the Main Street to many restaurants. This is kind of petty, but this hotel was our last stop on our way home and we departed the hotel on Christmas Eve. The hotel did not have any holiday decorations on display and this was kind of disappointing.

• David (1/5): - I am very disappointed with my stay in room 215 at Holiday Inn Roswell. We found living cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. This situation ruined the stay for me and my family and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I expected much better standards from a Holiday Inn.

• Anne (4/5): Left the hotel very shook after realizing the condition of the bed. We are headed back to Roswell again this weekend and - The breakfast offering was good. Nice variety. I will preface this by saying we were given a refund on the room. The bed was filthy. Dog hair, (long) human hair etc. The sheets had obviously not been changed. Unfortunately we were very tired after along day and we did not check it first. I was told there was no manager on duty who could come to room to inspect. I had to search out a housekeeper and showed her. Also, I chose this hotel over others because of its indoor pool (thermometer broken and water was very cool) and spa/hot tub (out of service).

I love to have biscuits and gravy when traveling, but learned it isn't served every day. But, the breakfast served did satisfy me.
