Alem de ser super perto de diversos shoppings e outras areas turisticas da regiao. Banheiro otimo, o quarto tem uma mini cozinha, bom ar condicionado e camas confortaveis. Viajamos em familia e foi uma otima pedida, 4 adultos num quarto unico, porem tranquilo de espaco! A geladeira nao vinha com nada dentro, o que eu senti falta para pegar uma agua. Mas nada muito relevante.

• Kenneth (5/5): Great hotel but they use a shuttle company that is shit, so you might end up paying but not getting - Near the seaworld and Aquatica. Nice pool and good breakfast with diffrent things. I choose the hotel because of hotel offer free shuttle to the attractions. But that became a dispappointment. First day in morning many of us contumers waited for bus but never came. The boss of hotel drowe us insted to seaworld. When time in evening to go back to hotel it came a shuttle but driver question why we was not in bus in morning nut I say bus never came. But he didnt want to bring me back so we neded to walk back. Next day to aqustica bus came but back in evening bus never came plus it was raining so we again needed to go back ourself. So conclusion, hotel itself is great and so staff too but the shuttle company is shit. Hotel gives no companstion either. Hotel need to find a new shuttle company!!

The fact I came home and broke out in bed bug bites and l called to tell them and all l heard was they have had 2 more families in there and no complaints. It takes 2-14 days for bites to appear. It's been almost a week and l haven't heard back. Time to call the health department.

Unresponsive, short on the phone (when they answered), not on time, sent a shuttle too small for the number of people they accepted reservations for, left us stranded at Seaworld when they didn't show up. FIND A NEW SUPPLIER!

• Leah (9/5): Loved it! - Breakfast was great with tons of options, pool area was beautiful and clean kids had a great time in the splash pad, very close to SeaWorld Towels were extra scratchy and for the price of the room there should have been a little better quality of toilet paper. We did have some issues parking after coming back from dinner but it was only because there were four tour busses in the parking lot but staff quickly found a spot for us.

The kiddo was greeted by 2 cute cut-outs of Elmo and Cookie Monster, which was a great opportunity for photos. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety every day. Paying for parking daily was a unwarrented surprise, especially when close parking is limited. For 3 days, it was an additional $100, which was definitely not budgeted.
