• Shinichi (7/5): おもてなしは十分、外環境はしっておくべきだった。 - スタッフの対応は良かったです。チェックイン前の荷物預けや家族の部屋の調整など親切に対応いただきました。 歌舞伎町だけに、ホテルの外が騒々しく、眠れませんでした、防音が弱いようですね。外の人の声、救急、消防車の声、音がかなり聞こえました。

• NILVA MARÍLIA (8/5): Hotel de rede, básico, apertado, e não voltaria por nada. - A localização é boa, tem mercado perto, metrô. Café da manhã horrível, me arrependi de ter incluído. Além de ser do outro lado da rua, ( quando chove é terrível) é um suco aguado, copos embaçados demonstrando mal lavados, atendimento grosseiro, e mesa suja num local apertado.Qualquer seven-eleven daria de 10 a 0 nesse lugar que não sei nem dizer o que é.

• Kirpa (9/5): - Great hotel and value for money. Like most Japanese hotels the room is small, but that is the norm. Always clean and good system for cleaning the rooms . Front desk was very supportive with any needs 24/7. Also had a great view of the city as a bonus. Location is near red light district so be aware if staying on the weekend.

• Jennifer (7/5): Great hotel in a central location - The location is great, and my room on the higher floor was perfect - quiet, compact, but not cramped, and very comfortable. And I really liked the hotels policy on room cleaning every 3rd day, plus additional days on request. There are 3 APA hotels on the same street - initially that was a little confusing, but luckily they are just a few steps apart

• Branko (8/5): - The location is very good, a short walk from the Tokyu Tower and a bit of longer but still manageable walk from Shinjuku Station. The staff are great, and the rooms and facilities are well equipped and good value for money. We had a room located on the street side. The noise at some points was unbearable, as ambulance and police cars with awfully loud sirens pass all throughout the night and early morning.

Das Restaurant befindet sich im benachbarten APA Hotel und ist sehr klein. Teilweise muss vor der Tür auf freie Plätze gewartet werden. Obwohl das Alter der Kinder angegeben wurde, musste vor Ort nachgezahlt werden, da dort die Kinder als Erwachsene gelten. Kind max. 6 Jahre alt.

Stanza veramente troppo piccola , con due valigie che avevamo, si faceva fatica a passare nella stanza ! Poco spazio per sistemare le cose, diventa difficoltoso organizzarsi con la sistemazione dei propri effetti personali.Va bene giusto per un paio di giorni al massimo.

• Simon Linton (4/5): A disappointing stay. Tokyo good, hotel not. - Plenty of power outlets, breakfast was good. Room had a fridge and a lot of extra toiletry items. Towels delivered whenever needed. The staff's uncaring attitude, lack of English comprehension. Room was only turned down twice in an 8-day stay. Room was incredibly cramped and very difficult for two adults to manage. Location was not as good as other nearby APA hotels, though close to metro stop. Mostly, we felt unwelcome every time we talked to staff and there was nowhere to relax in the hotel except the tiny room. Will absolutely not go back.

• Alejandro (7/5): - Excellent location obviously, it's a pretty part of Shinjuku and yet restaurants, shops and transportation abound. Modern hotel in which you'll probably not lack anything needed. Very friendly staff even though not proficient in English; they helped us plenty with our lugagge fowarding needs. The breakfast, while not exceedingly yummy in quality, was varied, with different set menus available to choose from plus a decent sized buffet. The biggest con here is defnitely the room size, which goes as well for the bathroom. Even for Japan standards (and we did stay in more than 7 places during our trip) it was impossible to move around while having lugagge. The fact that you can store it below the bed doesn't help much since most of the time one needs it open and available; a bed that is literally against three of the room's walls is a No for me. Size of the breakfast room was also wanting, and because of the small size and crampedness (tables are close together and no more than two people can be at the bufet at once), every day there was the possibility of having to queue outside waiting for a table to clear. Finally, one single elevator for a building with more than 10 floors and with many rooms per floor, an elevator also used by staff of course, was quite a headache.

• carlotta (8/5): - Gentilezza del personale. Camera piccola, ma con tutto il necessario e oltre. Posizione ottima. Solo un ascensore e pulizia della stanza una volta in tre giorni (il cambio degli asciugamani e yukata invece è stato effettuato ogni giorno).
