Sergi der Manager hat schon mit mir Kontakt bei meiner Landung am Airport aufgenommen und stand mir bereits für Fragen zur Verfügung Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, direkt mit Blick auf diese wunderschöne Kathedrale und wenn man Glück hat, so wie wir eines Abends beim Sonnenuntergang fand über der Kathedrale ein Lichtspektakel statt von Mischung aus Sonne Wolken blau rosa orange gelber Himmel wunderschön ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Заселили раньше положенного времени, без проблем разрешили поздний выезд без дополнительной платы. Скромный, хороший отель, с удобным расположением и внимательным персоналом. Расположение удобное: рядом магазины, кафе, остановки транспорта, до центра добираться недолго. В отеле тихо, хорошо изолированы звуки — отлично высыпались.

The room is clean and comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast is good - I wouldn’t tell I didn’t like, but I would recommend to the hotel to fill up the waters every day in the room. - they might repair the wind protection windows on the terrace - They might put more hangers to the walls
- Federica (9/5): Explore Tbilisi - La vista della camera eccezionale, l hotel si trova in un quartiere centrale e comodo al centro storico ma allo stesso tempo fuori dalla zona turistica, una quartiere "vero" quando siamo arrivati in tarda serata siamo stati accolti dalla reception attiva 24h e giusto di fronte all hotel abbiamo potuto cenare molto bene nel bar/ristorante in piazza. La vista dalla terrazza all ultimo piano soprattutto di notte è eccezionale. Alla reception ci hanno anche aiutato a pianificare il trasferimento a Borjomi tramite un tour che andava anche a Vardzia e Renato, sono venuti a prenderci direttamente all hotel e il giorno che abbiamo lasciato Tbilisi ci hanno anche preparato la colazione da portare via essendo che partivamo molto presto.

- Nathaniel (10/5): - A fantastic location in Tbilisi - we stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the evenings after unwinding from a great day exploring Tbilisi. The staff here at the hotel were amazing from start to finish, very professional and extremely friendly especially as we needed a corkscrew when opening a bottle of tasty Georgian wine of an evening! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to explore the hidden gem of Tbilisi - friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable room, lots of good amenities and lots to do nearby in terms of restaurants, bars and coffee shops as well as the Cathedral. Thank you for making our first stay in Tbilisi excellent and memorable! We will be back!

A perfect choice for those looking to stay centrally with fantastic surroundings. However, hygiene in the bathroom could use some attention. Parking can be a bit hard to find.

Reception - for 2 days receptionist doesn't speaks and understands english. 4. Room - AC working but not getting the desired temperature. 5. Toilet - bowl seat broken, no bidet, no shower curtain, shower hose barely reaches to the connector you have to stretched forcefully.

Breakfast was available from 8 a.m., which is very handy. Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were cold. And unfortunately, the room is a little noisy from the roadway if you book a room with a view.

- Gavriel (4/5): Overall, despite its shortcomings, it's a nice hotel in a great location and staff are very nice. - Overall the stuff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the region. They recommended use many different tourist attractions around the city. They helped us out to switch rooms when needed and gave us all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to the lack maintence of the hotel. In our first room the air conditioner was barely working during the hot summer, and the swedge system in the toilet wasn't working. In the second room the bed ware poorly built and as a result they collapses the moment we laid on them.

Shower hanger was broken so you had to hold on your hand during the shower. And the water pressure was very low and you can take a shower min 30-40 minutes (I guess this problem is about the city). They say free parking for hotel but they don’t help about the parking and the parking mafia drives you crazy they constantly asking money from you till you get the car out of area.

- Tommi (10/5): Good and basic 3* hotel in a goid location - Reception ladies were very nice and helpful. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to to the attractions. Awesome views from rooftop terrace! Breakfast could be improved. Sausages were cold, no juice at all and selection of dishes is limited. Kitchen lady kept topping up the dishes as best as she could but still people had to wait some dishes for a while. Room was clean but the toilet smelled weird. Also the showerhead and showerhead holder were so so.

- Morten (8/5): Hyggelig lille hotel ved katedralen - Fint lille hotel tæt på katedralen og i gåafstand til centrum. Metrostation også tæt ved så man kan komme hurtigere rundt. Værelset var okay, men ret lille. Aircondition larmer utrolig meget når tændt, men når den er slukket bliver værelset hurtigt utrolig varmt.

Thank you. バス停と地下鉄駅から7~8分くらい歩く場所にあります。ゆるやかな坂です。個人的には少し散歩して歩くにはちょうどいい距離でした。タクシー移動が多かったのですが、向かいに大きな教会があったため、それだけ伝えれば行き先がわかってもらえました。英語の伝わるとも限らない場所なので、これはあとから考えるととても便利だったのだなーと思います。 ホテルの近くには、飲食店がほとんどないですが、小さなスーパーがいくつかあります。 ホテルのスタッフの方は皆とても親切で、わからないことは色々答えてくれました。1日目に荷物を空港でロストしたのですが、問い合わせの電話もかけてくれて大変助かりました。私がお話ししたスタッフさんは皆英語のわかる方でした。 部屋には古いものもありましたが、問題なく快適に過ごしました。 Wi-Fiの調子が不安定だったのですが、理由はわからず…あとはセキュリティや音についてなどは国によるものがあるかもしれないので、確認したほうが良いかもしれないです。 屋上からの景色は本当に素晴らしかったです！

- Ek Song Mervyn (10/5): Ek Song Mervyn - The room is facing directly infront of Holy Trinity a great view. Reception area is polite & friendly. Balcony area has shelter to enable us to dry our clothes though it may rain. Beds are comfortable. There's water cooler near reception area which is a plus.
- MICKAEL (8/5): Hotel's team makes the difference - One night with family. Ultra friendly, nice and helpful staff. Accomodation is good for a short stay, breakfast is basic. Environnement is good, easy to park around for free and the view from the terracce is awazing on St.Trinity Cathedral & the whole city. Peaceful and relaxing at night ! We will probably get back as easy to reach the airport.
- Jacob (8/5): Goede ligging! - Goede ligging direct bij een van de hoogtepunten van de stad. Helaas sloot mijn vliegreis slecht aan met de incheck van het hotel, gelukkig mocht ik tegen een betaling wel gelijk een kamer in.
- Phillip (8/5): Very great price for a very small room. - The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The staff is extremely warm and friendly. The rooms are very small so don't expect much other than just changing clothes and laying on your bed. If only the rooms were larger I would rate this hotel much higher. Although if you are seeking excellent service and a very clean, well kept hotel for a very great bargain price, and you don't mind a very small room, this is a very smart choice.
- Kaushik (8/5): Nice Clean Hotel close to the tourist attractions - 15 mins walk and you reach the centre of old Tiblisi, the terrace of the hotel is a nice place to unwind, pleasant experience
- Nag (8/5): Excellent location - Hotel is exactly opposite the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Walk-able to main sights of central Tbilisi
