• declan (1/5): Avoid this place - Nothing No natural sunlight.Cold, No TV. Air handling unit running 24/7. Lightning not great. The power cut out 8 times even during showers and you had to go out into the dark yard to open the main fuse box to all the apartments with a chair to push fuse switch back up. We had booked 7 days but left early due to not up to standard. We booked into a hotel, we should have done this from day one as it was better value than what we had paid for this apartment. Wrote to Rita and short response was ! Sorry to hear this. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Seven years going to Italy and this was the worst . Rita the owner checked in 5 days after we occupied the apt, to see if we need towels.... Never in all the yes travelling to Italy have we experienced this. Fresh towels etc were provided after 2 days. In general a bad experience. Way overpriced for a bad experience.

• Renata (8/5): We had a very nice time in Bergamo. - Apartment very well located. The owner of the apartment - Rita very friendly and hospitable. It was easy to be in touch with her. There is no TV in the apartment

• Marie (10/5): A very comfortable stay. - The owner was very acccomodating and helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equiped and just as illustrated by the photos. The paintings helped to make it feel comfortable and pleasant to be in. Wifi was good, plenty of sockets and the table in the kitchen was a good place to work with a laptop. The apartment is very easy to get to. The bus from the airport is direct and the apartment just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. Just round the corner is a delightful cafe for breakfast through to an evening meal. The location is excellent for exploring any part of Bergamo. Should I return to Bergamo I will definitely want to stay in this accomodation again.
