- Verified traveler (8/5): Very special historical silk production structure - The Hotel is a very unique historical structure of 16th century, located excellent area to wander around the historic city center. There are many interesting pieces inside the building presenting its historical building purposes. However the towels, quilts etc did not seem to me very clean.

I informed the reception about this, and they said they would help me, but they didn’t do anything for three days and showed no concern. The cleanliness is not good. The room is very small. The door lock is broken. The floor makes a loud noise when walked on. The sink is clogged.The water heater is not clean at all.

There’s easy parking, lots of restaurants within couple of minutes walking distance, and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Location, friendly staff. - This was our second stay at Ipekyolu Butik Hotel. We stayed there in 2021 right after Covid. We chose the hotel because of its location near to the Bazaar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think they can still so some renovations to the property to make it look more updated. But still a good hotel to stay in.

O da otelin kusuru değil, milletimiz insanlarımız saygısız ve eğitimsiz. Oda iyiydi. Yatak konforlu. Sabah kahvaltısı tatminkar.

Çalışanların samimiyeti bizi evimizde hissettirdi, en beğendiğimiz bu oldu, odalar güzeldi , tasarım eski bir han olduğu için iç dekorasyon da o şekilde yapılmış, çok beğendik. Lokasyon biraz kötü ama tekrar kalırız.

Fotoselli kat ışıkları çok geç yandığı için yolu bulmakta zorlanıyorsunuz. Bazen de yanmıyor. Fakat genel olarak baktığımda, Bursa ya gittiğimde tekrar gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim bir otel.
- Jill (10/5): - We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is an old Ottoman mansion that maintained many features like high ceilings and wooden floors. We stayed in the family room with an adjoining room with two twin beds, which was roomy and comfortable. The taxi driver from the new bus station knew exactly where it was located and the fare was reasonable. We were able to walk to the attractions and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Bursa and the Ipekalu Hotel.

Seslerin otelin önündeki spotçudan gelmiş olabileceğini düşünüyoruz, otelin bu konuda yapabileceği pek bir şey yok açıkçası. Uyumakta biraz zorlandık. Otelin temizliğini, iç dizaynını, avlusunu ve personellerin cana yakın tavrını çok beğendik ve bunlardan memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, çok lezzetliydi her şey. Gürültü bizim şanssızlığımız diye düşünüyorum, güzel ve tercih edilebilir bir otel. Teşekkür ederiz.
- Taeho (10/5): 부르사의 고풍스런 호텔 - 고풍스런 건물의 제법 큰 호텔. 지하 주차장을 갖추고 있고 트램철로를 끼고 있음. 시장과 먹자골목을 끼고 있고 이스칸데르 캐밥 원조집도 가까움. 번화가도 멀지 않음. 성채와는 트램으로 연결됨. 도보로도 멀지 않은 거리임. 아침은 간결하지만 가격대비 괜찮음. 무었보다 부르사가 거쳐가기만 하기엔 괜찮은 도시임.

- Selçuk (8/5): - Otelin konumu merkezi olması açısından gayet iyi. Aile odasında kaldık, kaldığımız odanın resepsiyon telefonu çalışmıyor, banyo eski ve oda temizliği çokta iyi değildi, kahvaltı yeterli ve sessizlik açısından da iyi. Bursa gezisi için tercih edilebilir bir aile odası.
- Bülent (6/5): Ortalama - Kötü bir yorum yazmak istemem ama hurda ile antika arasında karaktere sahip bir mekan. Sanki otel eşyalarına, özellikle banyo donanımına biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Yine de şirin ve merkezi bir mekanda olması tercih edilebilir kılıyor. Kahvaltının da biraz daha erken saatte başlaması daha uygun olabilir.

- Berna (10/5): Harika - Girdiğiniz andan itibaren çok güzel ve temiz bir otel. Kendine ait otoparkı var o yüzden araçla gelmek hiç sorun olmuyor. Odalar gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltısı tam kararındaydı. Otelin konumu da çok iyi Ulu Cami’ye yürüyerek 5-10 dk mesafede. Personel güleryüzlü ve iletişime açıktı.

It’s an old building and I went in the winter. I think it will be a wonderful place to stay in the summer but much more expensive . Totally in the centre so it can be noisy.

They said "You have to pay 100USD as compensation.You will be arrested if you do not pay anything."I explain many time, but they just said "pay money yellow monky",,,, worst hotel ever stayed,,,,
- Gaurav (8/5): - Old property. Needs maintenance and renovation. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is limited but satisfactory. Parking lot is in the basement. Location is walkable to most areas. Rooms are neither small nor large. Linen is clean. Price is good for what it offers.

- Ivan (10/5): Very comfortable and stylish hotel - Very clean and comfortable hotel. Almost perfect. Very stylish. Tasty breakfast. Only 2 things i didn't like: black areas in shower look like mold and plastic bollte part instead of glass cup for toilet brush.
- wanjun (8/5): - The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all.
- MYLENE (8/5): - It was the second time in this hotel and they give us a family room, much bigger. As there is a mosque nearby you can hear it in the morning (around 6 am) but not their fault. They don't speak a lot of English (very little) but thanks technology you can manage. Nice stay. Good to visit the city and Bazar, shops, restaurants quite close to this hotel.
- MYLENE (8/5): - We arrive late and we didn't see anything. The receptionist recommend us a good restaurant. The room is big and bathroom ok. Some things need replacement (wc flush for example) but it's ok. The breakfast was ok (Turkish one). They didn't have coffee, if you want you have to pay an extra 50LT (and no milk). They let us check-out late (after eating). We leave the luggage in the room and go for visiting. Staff friendly and helpfull even if they don't speak very well English.

Koridorlarda bile koku oluyordu. Odaların genel temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Perdeleri çekince çok toz olmuştu

- Nicola (4/5): - In apparenza una bella struttura ma entrando nello specifico: stanza di media grandezza (nella mia mancava bollitore e frigorifero e una lampada era rotta), pulizia scarsa, bagno con il piatto doccia consumato, scopino del bagno spezzato e lasciato lì, una manopola rotta e lasciata sul lavandino, finestra a baionetta per cui rumori provenienti dalla strada. La zona è commerciale: si trovano sotto la struttura venditori di frigoriferi da bar, stufe, divani...tutti in mezzo alla strada...la sera zona silenziosa (a parte il tram). Posizione vicina al centro. Colazione inizia alle 8:30!!!! Assurdo...e chi ha l'aereo? Ho pagato la colazione e non ne ho usufruito. Gentilmente il ragazzo alla reception mi ha offerto un tè. Onestamente guarderei qualcos'altro!

- Marilyn (8/5): - The hotel offers adequate service and amenities for a short stay. It is an old ottoman house which has its own charm, and the staff do their best to upkeep it and make it a pleasant environment. The property is located in a very convenient place for walking to all the places you would want to visit in Bursa city, and for public transportation. There were a few minor issues but the staff is very willing and prompt with their assistance. I didn't care for the breakfast; they are still serving an individual tray with the same items every day. But I am giving up on hotel breakfast now. It seems to be a problem generally. There is no longer decent coffee or fruit offered. It is difficult for those with food allergies and special circumstances to have a decent breakfast, as it is mostly bread(and white flour, which is of course unhealthy and not for those with gluten allergies) and cheese, and perhaps a boiled egg. It is difficult to eat that every day for 8 days in a row. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel to others for a simple but clean place to stay.
