• Siarhei (6/5): - Had to change the room for there were holes in the window construction through which cold air blew into the room adding to the coldness inside. It is generally cold in the property as it totally relies on central heating which was not switched on in the city yet. The second room I was placed in was warmer and nicer - many thanks to the ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful and extremely polite and friendly. They tried to fix the problem with the wi-fi which was fixed eventually - many thanks for this as well. However, these things should be properly managed by the property managers without waiting until guests report the problems. With such an approach I wonder how the whole business hadn't turned into a wreck. Finally, the city tax is enormously and disproportionately high - this does not refer to Odalys Levallois property. This is the issue the city of Paris should definitely re-consider. Can we as the city guests at least get central heating when it is cold outside as part of this tax?
• Douglas A (8/5): - The staff (Francisca and the the gentleman who's name starts with an A were very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed speaking with them. Very nice room.only concern was the cost todo your laundry found it very expensive.

• Noemi (4/5): - Al check-in ci hanno detto che avevano solo 2 letti singoli mentre io avevo prenotato inserendo la richiesta del letto matrimoniale. Rispondo che andavano bene i letti singoli per non fare storie, ma non sarebbe corretto. Camera con un livello di pulizia non sufficiente, in 3 giorni non sono mai venuti nemmeno per spazzare, sono dovuta scendere in reception 2 volte a chiedere la carta igienica, inoltre avevamo solo un telo a testa che ovviamente non ci hanno mai sostituito. Il lavandino aveva lo scarico intasato ed emanava un cattivo odore, abbiamo avuto anche un problema allo scarico del WC che però hanno risolto. L'unica cosa a mio avviso positiva è stata la colazione, ma l'ultimo giorno (stamattina) siamo scese alle 7:30 e mancavano metà degli articoli che abbiamo trovato i giorni precedenti (yogurt sfuso, acqua, Nutella, marmellata, burro di arachidi, coltello per tagliare il pane)
• fabrice (2/5): Non conforme - J'avais réservé 3 jours chambre grand lit. Je me suis retrouvé dans 1 lit de 70 cm. Sans compter qu'il n'y a pas de clim et que la ventilation laisse à désirer. Et réponse: hôtel complet, on ne peut rien faire. J'ai été amené à interrompre mon séjour et ai acquitté au total 515 €. La place de parking m' été facturée totalement alors que je ne l'ai occupé qu'une nuit. Je n'y retournerai plus
• Frank (10/5): Très satisfait - Malgré une arrivée très tardive, accueil très courtois. La chambre était très bien tenue. Seule la pomme de douche était fatiguée mais rien d méchant. Petit déjeuner impeccable et là encore accueil très sympathique.

Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank vom Vorgänger. Handtücher mit Haaren dran. Kaputte Toilettendeckel. Lage und Aussicht war genial und der Preis natürlich.
• Anne Sophie (10/5): Nous recommandons pour les familles - Très bon séjour à l'hôtel en famille avec enfants dans une chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été très bien reçu par le personnel qui est vraiment sympathique. Hôtel bien situé pour se rendre à Paris, depuis la gare à quelques 10ene de mètres (gare disposant d'un guichet avec agent sur place pour vous conseiller sur les trajets ainsi que la formule de transport la plus avantageuse). Quartier calme avec des commerces à proximité.
• Marina (2/5): tres mauvaise experience - La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était grande ouverte a mon arrivée le ménage n'avait pas été fait la salle de bain comportait de la terre au sol. Je suis donc redescendue a la réception pour demander un remboursement mais malheureusement le réception n'a pas voulu procéder au remboursement, j'avais pourtant choisi de payer sur place. De plus la réception m'a demandé a plusieurs reprise de partir j'ai donc rendu la clef et je n'ai pas utilisé la chambre.

• Vanessa (6/5): Un séjour qui a mal commencé - J’ai réservé 2 nuits dans cet établissement pour ma mère, âgée de 77 ans. Son train est eu du retard et elle est arrivée vers 23h en taxi. Le réceptionniste lui a remis la clé de sa chambre et, à sa grande stupeur, quand elle y est rentrée, elle était déjà occupée. Elle est retournée à l’accueil et le réceptionniste a pris 1h avant de lui remettre des clés d’une autre chambre, sans explication claire. Étant très inquiète pour ma mère, j’avais déjà pris la route entre temps. À mon arrivée, après minuit, j’ai parlé au réceptionniste pour comprendre ce qu’il s’est passé. Il s’exprimait avec difficulté, à voix très basse, et je n’ai pas compris la raison pour laquelle il a fallu près d’une 1h pour lui trouver une chambre disponible. La nouvelle chambre était très bien mais l’hôtel aurait dû réagir avec plus de réactivité et communiquer avec elle pour la rassurer.

• Huygens Kadiata (10/5): Highly recommend this place - My Wife and I went for a day in Paris to celebrate Valentine’s and we had a great stay at Odalys. Spacious room, clean, comfortable with an excellent reception always ready to respond. With a nice breakfast. There’s a train station only few steps away Also not far from arch de triumph and downtown.

• Anne-Marie (6/5): Déçue - Déçue a l’arrivée au parking car à certains endroit,ont voyait bien que le parking était squatté et que les poubelles traînaient aussi. de plus le jour de mon arrivée on m’a demandé de régler le reste de la chambre chose que j’aurais pu faire le lendemain en rendant le bipeur. Je trouve qu’il y a manque de confiance. Par contre en arrivant dans la chambre, je me suis vite rendu compte que la propreté était pas ça, je me suis retrouvé avec des serviettes qui étaient déjà sales et franchement c’est très décevant. Je ne donnerai pas un bon commentaire, je suis déçu vu le prix, c’est assez cher, pour ce que c’est depuis j’avais un petit chien avec moi et dix euros la nuit c’est cher payé

• Ricardo (4/5): This hotel urgently needs a total remodeling - They didn't let us check in early, claiming the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait about 6 hours. When they finally gave us the room, the toilet didn't work. The room was dirty, as if it hadn't been used in a while, with stains on the wall, and broken bathroom items. They gave us a room on the 7th floor and the elevator button didn't work, so we had to carry our bags down the stairs and it stayed that way until we left. The poor quality and terrible service of this hotel make it look like a seedy motel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): NOT IN PARIS! - Don't be fooled by the name of the hotel! This property is not really in Paris!! It is actually very far from the city and you need to take a train and a metro to get to the main tourist sites. Also, when we arrived there was no drinking water available... at all!! We had never experienced that before! And our safe was not working. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly, polite, helpful and willing to assist us in every way they can.

Shower stalls are inadequately enclosed and making whole bathroom floor wet. Sink frequently reeks of sewage. No air conditioning in the room, it’s too hot for two people and we could not open windows at night because of the noise outside.

Non è stata data alcuna comunicazione preventiva di questo, ed il personale non è stato in grado di comunicarci chiaramente le condizioni. Non è stato neanche offerto un ristoro economico per il disagio creato

Pas de ménage d'effectué, lavavo (aucune action) .. personne n'est venu dans la chambre. Inadmissible quand on voit le tarif pour une nuitée à plus de 100€ parfois même plus de 180€ !!!

The gentleman at the front desk when above and beyond to get me a taxi to the airport when the city transportation was suddenly on strike.

J'ai eu besoin de changer ma reservation a la derniere minute (annuler ma deuxième nuit) l établissement s'y est opposé meme si je proposais de payer le plein tarif de la 1ere nuit a la place du tarfi negocie. L établissement m'a expliqué que c'etait possible si je passais en direct mais pas avec hotel.com en intermédiaire. Le discours commercial etait tres decevant.

Entre les nuisances sonores et la chaleur étouffante (pas de clim, ni de ventilo ). Le canapé lit est a déconseillé si vous avez des soucis de dos, le lumbago est garanti. Côté hygiène, rien a dire... C est clean. Personnel de l accueil fort sympathique également.

• Debora (8/5): Consigliatissimo! - Appartamenti in una zona molto tranquilla e moderna, vicinissimo alla stazione e ai mezzi pubblici. Ristoranti e supermercati a due passi. Appartamento molto pulito e personale gentile. Ci tornerei volentieri.

• Debashis (6/5): Good quality room without any service at all - Room was good and fully furnished as advertised. Location is quite far from the city but the locale is good and peaceful. Expect NO SERVICE at all! No one will even enter your room to make your bed for the length of your stay, so make sure you keep your room neat and clean! You can be rudely met by the receptionist if you return late at night, learn how to enter by yourself using the keypad outdoor to avoid an unpleasant situation. Oh, and don't expect any help from anyone in the reception, not even an answer to probably the most common question by a tourist, "how do I get to the Eiffel tower"! In fact, try to avoid the reception totally, you will be met with weary, irritated, "f*** off" type glances!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Sauberes Bad, sehr nettes Personal! Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse üppig :) Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke. Lage sehr gut: Bus 100 m vom Hotel, Metro ca. 20min zu Fuß oder 4 Stationen mit dem Bus. Alternativ geht auch eine Bahn (SNCF) in Richtung Stadtmitte. Der Bahnhof liegt gleich nebenan. Wir hatten Zimmer zum Bahnhof hin - Geräusche hatten uns nachts nicht gestört.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Très très médiocre - Une catastrophe ! Voyant les avis positifs, je me dis que je ne prends pas de risques. Chambre pas faite, sale dès mon arrivée. Pas nettoyée pendant mon séjour (4 jours, 3 nuits). Pas de papier toilette, pas de changement de serviettes, parties communes dans les étages sales. Petit déjeuner léger. Pas de beurre salé 2 matins sur 3. De plus il faisait facilement 24-25° dans l'hôtel alors qu'on est début mars. J'ai dû aérer pendant plusieurs heures pour réussir à dormir tellement il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Pas de ceintres pour accrocher les vêtements, mobilier très vétuste. Lampe Philips multicolore au dessus du lit, sans possibilité de réglage. Télécommande HS, pas de solution de remplacement. Du coup obliger de s'éclairer avec le plafonnier dans le lit, pas pratique pour se coucher et ce n'est pas non plus la lumière idéale avant de se coucher... Alors oui il y a une petite salle de sport et oui c'est à côté de la gare, mais pour le reste... je n'y retournerais pas.

(6/5): Not coming back at all... - I never understood what kind of service they provide, they never cleaned our room, the front desk staff were not friendly, we never got clean towels, it was an ordeal to get an extra key (we had a party of 4) we had to beg for extra toilet paper, it took forever to get extra bedding.. just not a positive experience at all!

Only issue could be the lack of aircon so i wouldnt recommend this place in the height of summer, though i would happily return outside of that period.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Quality hotel - Room was very comfortable and big, especially for Paris. Staff was adequate, but nothing special. Breakfast was good, though it should have been free. Only issue I had was that online the hotel implies that it is within the city, and it is not. This caused some problems getting around, especially as the checkin time was 3pm and we had nothing to do or go for half a day! Everyday we had to travel by train to Paris itself and that cost money and time that we did not think we needed.

The train, and buses were within I block. Several stores, restaurants and the SoQuest mall were in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Paris. Try to book on the 7th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower.
• John (10/5): Great place to stay just outside Paris - This new hotel located just outside central Paris in a redeveloped area is a great place to stay. Room was as depicred on website and surprisingly spacious for Paris! Kitchenette means you can save on meals. 2 min walk to RER station and just 2 stops and 7 mins to St.Lazare station for Metro connections. Quiet area but plenty of shops inc. big supermarket close. Ironing facilities available on request.Just a couple of points to note. Rooms are not serviced daily, dependant on length of booking but you can request new towels etc. No aircon or heating so be aware of seasonal conditions. .
• kervens (10/5): Nice hotel and near to a gare and transportation. - Very clean room and cheap. The staff are very helpful.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Receptionist was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I think the location was satisfactory and the hotel room I had was very clean and comfortable.
• Christian (4/5): Ok hotel not more - We went to Paris for the first time and aimed for a romantic hotel, not too far away from the center. This hotel caught our interest because of the good ratings. But to be honest, I have no idea how this hotel got its positive ratings. The hotel is only from the 6th to the 7th floor; the rest are apartments. Positive things about this establishment; The rooms have free WIFI, are nicely equipped, furnished with a small kitchenette, and, very important to me, clean. Around this place, you can find some lovely restaurants and a big shopping mall. The downside of this hotel: Perfect size for one person, too small for two (you can’t open two suitcases at the same time). Room service only on request, we got new towels but had to take care of the trash on our own. Communication with the concierge is difficult as only one out of four at the reception speaks well enough English, so we used Google translate). No AC is available in the rooms, which can be hard in the summer (100F). The only way to get “cold” air into the apartment is by opening the window (hotel is close to a train station….). So we bought a fan, not available for rent by the concierge, to be able to enjoy Paris (exploring Paris tired and grumpy is no fun), and sold the fan to our neighbor when we left. Taking a shower let to a small flooding in the apartment (not only the bathroom), and no maps of Paris are available at the reception. From a hotel of 4 out of 5 stars, I expect much more.
• Petar (10/5): Very pleasant hotel. - Very nice area. Metro is far but train station (L) is 3 minutes away. Room has everything from fridge, microwave, dishes, spoons, even bottle opener... Rooms are quiet. Sleep is very good...
• Ventsislav (10/5): - No complains. New building, very comfortable beds.Just some muslams or emigrants comunity or something beside but nitting to worried about.

• Verified traveler (6/5): okay hotel for few nights stay - the room was small but clean. it has a very small bathroom, and food was expensive in the surrounding neighborhood compare to the heart of the city. breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricey for what you get. it was two train stops away from saint lazarre, where you can take pretty much anything to go in and around the heart of paris.

• Osaghae (8/5): 5 day stay in Odalys - Nice accommodation.Nice location.Helpful staff.Had a functional kitchenette though the pots could be a little bigger.I guess the accommodation is geared mainly towards students so cookware was smaller than for a couple.Grounds are close to a train station so getting to Paris was smooth.Generally a decent accommodation.Would recommend.
