Verified traveler (2/5): - Housekeeping is untrustworthy, caught in the act of misappropriating our personal belongings. Front desk staff untrained to care for guest grievances or simply do not care. General manager deceitful in communication, making promises to simply get the guests off his back and not replying to electronic communication. Luckily, plenty of hotels in Odessa, no need to book this hotel ever again...

Verified traveler (6/5): Tiny rooms. good location. do not get room 109 - If you want to wake up at 5 AM by loud talk near the elevator or heavy smell of bacon from the restaurant below at 6:)) AM then this room 109 is for you. Tiny, with door stop sticking out of the floor in the middle of the room (what a hazard!!). room have TV but not a single chair to sit in. Absolutely no sound insulation of the inside walls and doors. What a disgrace to any decent hotel. Also the is no lobby. tiny area with grouchy front desk and one 3 seater couch in the middle. If you want simply talk to someone or meet someone you have to step outside, open to the elements, etc. and use one of the two garden benches. Adjacent to the hotel entrance, I believe that it was a nice lobby some time ago, there is fish restarant,. Actually, it was pretty good.

Robert (10/5): Relaxed at Milano - Nice hotel and Very friendly staff. I have not been here in over a year and noticed two great changes made as far as what they have add. This time there were two bottles in the room where as before it was not offered. They also have included breakfast as part of the stay. These are two major pluses as far as I'm concerned. Great location near all the action. Restaurant, shopping, and clubs all nearby. Also some great tours and the Opera house is nearby.

tim (10/5): +5 Poäng - Hotellet var bra några månader gammalt. Perfekt oas mitt i stan. Restaurangerna var utmärkta och även välbesökta. Hotellet saknar Pool men staden är full av stränder och beach club´s som jag besökte på dagarna så det gjorde inget. Bra Wifi.

A bit of a ride to the beach depending on where you want to stay (no issue with reception calling a taxi) but the hotel was perfect for the price and location. I would stay here again.

wayne (6/5): Poor service - No room service. When go to restaurant fir breakfast no one greets you or offers you coffee. Turn around and went to McDonald’s next door. The rooms are small but all modern.
Robert (10/5): Relaxing at Hotel Milano - One of the best hotels in Odessa Ukraine. The service was outstanding, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the adjacent restaurant was fantastic. I usully stay at the Odessa Executive suites when staying for longer periods of time duets it's apartment style rooms. Since they built a new hotel onto the property I style there when in town for just a few days. It is located in the center of town near great shopping and nightlife. Along with many fine restaurants nearby. This is now my new home in Odessa when staying for a few nights at a time. Didn't take any pictures of the room, yet there website has them. Only took pictures outside of my room window. I highly recommend this hotel and it's lication.

Lior (8/5): Great location for a fair price! - A new hotel located in the heart of Odessa, it is easy to get anywhere from the hotel as it is in the city center but at the same time on the inside corner so it is quiet and you can't hear all the noise from the main street. The interior is modern and very clean. The staff are very nice and speaks English and the service is very fast. They offer a free WiFi with a very nice and stable fast speed which is perfect, they also offer free umbrella at the reception for rainy days. The rooms are very small, the closet is really tiny and not enough place to unpack your bag to. The shower is nice and the water pressure is OK but the pump of the hot water alwyas stops for a second and then you feel cold water all the time so they should fix it. You can use the hotel shuttle services from the airport but it cost much more if you'll just use Uber or order from a local taxi company. Inside the room you can find a small safe, bathrobe and slippers and a free small bottle of water. Near the hotel you can easily do shopping as there are many stores nearby and a lot of different restaurants so I suggest to take the room only without breakfast or dinner and just go outside and try a different place every day. The air conditioner makes a little bit of noise but beside that the place is really quiet especially if you ask for a high floor on the end of the level then it's really quiet. I arrived early and the room was available so I could do an early check-in.

Hotel is central that's the only plus noting else. Breakfast not included and I would recommend eat outside not there. I had room 308 and it's in front of elevator, don't take it. I asked room change but they use excuse " hotel is fully booked". Air condition makes so much sound you won't be able to sleep unless you close it. Rooms are too small even for me and I am 1.70

Robert (10/5): Odessa Ukraine - A pleasant hotel to stay at. Only open 3 months now. Rooms a a little small yet that is to be expected at most European hotels. According to hotels.com site on this hotel there was suppose to be free bottled water yet the front desk says they do not offer this. It was even listed on the hotels website yet still not offered. It's only a minor item. Some construction still going on in the resturant yet did not interfere with our stay. Minibar in the room was not supplied, just an empty fridge. The bed was a little hard to for me probably due to being a new mattress that or my bad back. If you watch television their TV cable was excellent. Plenty of foreign language channels including English. Overall the hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. I would rate it between 3 1/2 and 4 stars. I will be back to Odessa and I will stay at this hotel again.
