• B (8/5): Très bon séjour, quelques points d'amélioration - Bonne communication avec les hôtes. Et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions (bouteille d'eau et boisson au frigo, biscuits pour le petit déjeuner, etc.). Nous avons bien dormi, et bébé également a bien dormi dans son lit. Point d'amélioration : le lit était préparé avec un drap intermédiaire au lieu d'une housse de couette. Pour un sommeil plus paisible et aussi d'un point de vue hygiénique, une housse complète serait bien plus appréciable qu'un simple drap. Autre chose : nous sommes restés 4 jours et un aspirateur dans l'appartement aurait été appréciable surtout pour le tapis à poils longs.

From the moment we arrived at Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station, our host was in constant communication, providing clear directions with helpful pictures and instructions that made finding the apartment completely stress-free. She was always available to answer any questions and offered a wealth of information about the area, which made navigating Venice so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with espresso pods, crackers, and locally made jam—such a nice touch that made our first hours there even more welcoming. The host also provided maps and an informative packet with tips and guidance, which we found very helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed many breakfasts and coffees on the balconies, soaking in the amazing views. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, and my family and I loved every moment of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Venice! Honestly, everything was spot-on—couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Accomodation is beautiful, we even had 3 balconies! Apartment had everything we needed. The host Irene was very helpful and gave us instructions how to get from the bus stop Piazzale Roma to the apartment, which made travel a lot easier for us. 10/10 would recommend and would book again in the future!

• Guilherme (10/5): Great apartment - Great apartment, very well located—away from the big crowds but close enough to walk to the main sights of the city (we were with a 10-month-old baby and a 3-year-old child, most of the time carrying one in a baby carrier and the other in a stroller). Irene was a wonderful host and was always available to help us. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Everything was great :)

Les appartements étaient très bien équipés , il ne manquait rien, bien chauffés et très confortables tout étant super propres. L’emplacement exceptionnel, proche de tous les points touristiques et à 5 mn à pied du vaporeto menant à l’aéroport , super pratique . Beautiful appartement at the walking distance (15 minutes) from the St. Mark Square (or you can use the water bus - the station is 3 minutes walk). The appartment was completely equipped, 100% clean, comfortable, everything was working well and there even was a snack ready to eat.

The owner was thoughtful enough to leave a bottle of water and some little snacks to greet us. It was a perfect location, Although It is on the third floor with no elevator it is worth it!! To truly give a feeling of how wonderful this apartment was -- I have problems climbing stairs, but I would gladly stay there again. This apartment is charming and beautiful with three terraces! The stairs to get to the third floor with heavy suitcases.

• Marta (7/5): Tutto perfetto, tranne l'insonorizzazione (assente) degli appartamenti - L'appartamento è situato in una zona comodissima vicino al ponte dell'Accademia, a Punta della Dogana e Palazzo Grassi, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e con un sacco di cose da vedere (negozi, ristoranti, bacari). La struttura è molto grande (ideale per gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose) e la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata molto cordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo è previsto un solo bagno (essendo l'appartamento molto grande si presume venga scelto più da comitive, ma con un bagno solo c'è da aspettare un po' il proprio turno in caso). Altra pecca, il rumore: la struttura non sembra insonorizzata affatto bene e la notte siamo stati svegliati alle 5 dalle persone che alloggiavano nell'appartamento al piano di sopra (che hanno continuato a fare molto, molto rumore fino alle 6 e mezzo/7). Se la struttura non può garantire il riposo di chi ci alloggia in termini di insonorizzazione, almeno potrebbe essere lasciato un invito/richiesta di rispettare il silenzio in certe fascia orarie: non è un granché trovarsi in vacanza nel weekend dopo una settimana di lavoro e non riuscire a dormire per i troppi rumori.

El apartamento huele súper bien, te hace sentir en casa, es muy acogedor y se cuidan mucho los detalles. Su ubicación es buena. En otra visita a Venecia, sin duda alguna me hospedaría de nuevo en ese apartamento. Las escaleras hasta el segundo piso.

• Ian (10/5): Wonderful apartment from which to explore Venice - An excellent apartment in Venice for a family of five staying for a few nights as part of an interrailing holiday. The owner had provided clear instructions on how to get from the Venezia S. Lucia train station to the apartment which was really appreciated with our heavy backpacks. The apartment was well situated, just a 10-15 minute walk from many of the main tourist attractions in Venice, making it an excellent base from which to explore the city. There were plenty of good restaurant options near by too. The beds were comfortable, and the washing machine was very much appreciated.

The owner was really thoughtful — they provided a simple breakfast with bread and jam, which most apartments don’t do. It rained during our stay, and they had umbrellas available for us to use. Even though these were small things, they made us happy because of the owner’s care. They were also willing to extend our checkout time, though I guess that might depend on whether someone else is booked for the next day. I met the lovely owner, and she even showed us a different route to the station to avoid paying for the gondola It’s not something I dislike, just a suggestion .At first, I thought there was only one dustbin provided, but we later discovered that an additional dustbin was stored inside the cabinet. It would be better to place the extra dustbin in a more visible location.

I want to especially thank the hosts for their hospitality; the directions on how to get to/in the apartment were extremely clear and they went as far as making an extra bed for us when we needed one, which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 experience overall, thank you for making our short excursion an amazing one :) No negatives for us! Just be aware that getting to the top apartment involves a lot of stairs, if you have issues with mobility.

Lucia main station, within walking distance to Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Many restaurants and mini groceries nearby. Our host was there to help us check in and showed us around the apartment, she also gave us helpful info about where to eat and buy groceries, and how to get to the famous tourist spots around Venice. She replies very fast and is very helpful. The property was pristine and in great condition, everything we needed was available including condiments in the kitchen. Thank you so much! Nothing. It was perfect.

Elevators are not available so if you cannot take the stairs then choose the lower floors. We did not mind the 4-level climb as it served as our exercise to burn all those calories from eating delicious pizzas and pastas. Everything is Fabulous! Molto Bello Bellisimo!

• Nikolay (3/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - Uncomfortable stay and inadequate communication with host - Location and price were good. NOT RECOMMENDED Yes, location and price were good - everything else was not, and the host is really not accommodating or understanding. ## The heating issue and the host's odd solution Upon arriving, the rooms were freezing (it was a cold day). The air-cons were not working and some of the remotes were out of batteries. When we called the host she said - 'the remotes are interchangeable' - not a great answer - imagine having to pass a remote between four rooms spread over two floors for a single remote. The host finally agreed to come and bring batteries for the remotes, and the air-cons started working after one hour of idling - apparently this is a known issue, but we had no idea. Ideally guests can be informed (even better would be if the air-cons were actually switched on so they can start working when guests arrive, instead of freezing rooms for one hour). ## The construction work and the host's unresponsiveness One of the mornings, at 07:40, we all got woken up by extreme noise (drills, pneumatic hammers etc) from construction work. We went out to look around, turns out they are renovating the neighbouring part of the building (a hotel or something). This is probably good information to tell guests, as people might expect to be able to rest. The rooms were completely unusable this day due to the noise. When we contacted the host, she said she had no idea of this, because she doesn't live there. All neighbours and businesses around knew about the big hotel renovation going on. Was there no notice, and isn't there some responsibility of a host to know what's going on at their property? What if there was no electricity due to planned engineering work, was she going to just say "I don't live here, I didn't know". It's just ridiculous. We were there 2.5 days, and one of them the rooms were unusable. ## Other things - Very low shower water pressure.

• Filippa (9/5): Great location. Impeccable host. Would absolutely stay here again. - Great location 'smack in the middle' of everything. Apartments are neat and clean, with most things you'll need for a short stay, including a sweet little welcome treat. Easy check in. Very communicative host. Irene was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She helped us move units when the unit we first had reserved did not work for our family. She even mailed my husband's jacket back which had been forgotten in a closet. We had originally booked the lower floor unit, which we discovered at check in had a distinct mold smell. This may not bother some guests, but is an issue if you have allergies. The host very graciously assisted us in moving to a higher floor unit, which did not have any issues.
• Christiane (2/5): I do not recommend this place - Location suited my plans for the stay. Shower produced hot water as needed Adequate amount of fresh towels Both beds were a disaster: terrible old flimsy mattresses and the lumpiest pillows one can imagine. The beds a real problem. We paid $2000 but landlord said we should get our own toilet paper. Really? There is no safe place to leave suitcases on day of departure, once checked out of the room. They stay in a hallway where other guests and their guests pass through; no security.
• Ellen (10/5): Lovely, perfect location - The location was close to everything but also quiet. A gorgeous apartment with multiple balconies and everything you need! Loved being on the top floor. Would 100% stay there again. Irene was great, met us there and helped with questions. Thank you so much. Nothing!
• Mircea (9/5): Superb - Irene was an incredibly helpful host, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and insightful tips for exploring Venice. The apartment is in a prime location, conveniently situated next to a small shop. It was clean and well-prepared for our arrival, with keys easy to collect. A week after our stay, I needed an invoice for my expenses, and Irene promptly provided it. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Venice!
