- Lynch (4/5): Nice to get away cheap and a very good location and the guy who is running the hotel very polite and - The location was brilliant and local to everything we needed to get to. The hotel was just taken over the guy who is running the hotel absolutely brilliant very nice will do anything for u if u asked. A kettle in the room but no milk sugar or coffee no net curtain in the window loads of work to b done. Plus no toilet in the room just a bed the toilet was on the next floor. Other than that for the price it was ok.
- Del (1/5): - Sorry we turned up at 1700 hrs went to view or room I would not recommend this hotel to any one ad they had major plumbing going on so some rooms were not en-suite we went to get something to eat but unfortunately we had to return home as there was a bereavement in the family that’s why we didn’t stay, but I would’ve refused anyway many thanks

Hadn't seen a hoover in years by the looks of it. Shower was cold. Front door key didn't work and when we spoke to the manager, he just just said use the side entrance. Didn't offer anything else but that. When we needed to speak to someone, there wasn't anyone around.
- Victoria (8/5): - Great staff

- Lewis (10/5): Good stay for the value, not the ritz but also not the ritz prices - The hotel done what it needed to do, good safe parking for the camper van out the front.
Hotel itself is in progress of being touched up and a little run down but excellent value for money, staff and other guests were class.
Easy access to nightlife only 10 minute walk away.
Manager was brilliant and helped with all enquiries.
Very impressed for the money paid.

- Guest (1/5): Don’t stay here. - N/a Everything. Dirty walls, beds, kettle, carpets, shower. It was all disgusting, does definitely not class as a hotel more of a hostel or suitable for homeless people.
Nothing against the people who worked there they were pleasant and they recognised that everything needed attention but they don’t own it so can’t blame them for anything.
- Parker (10/5): -
- Kirsty230289 (10/5): - Everything about it had amazing sleep Nothing to be honist
- Penny (1/5): Very disappointed - Friendly staff. Not clean, not comfortable, not safe
- Guest (1/5): - Dirty, smelly, broken door handles in room and milk stain all down the bedside table from the tea and coffe station
- Guest (7/5): -
- Amanda (1/5): Dirty, slum - Last minute booking but nothing like advertised,I can only describe it as Bates Motel or something out of a horror film waiting for a mad axeman to appear Cleanliness was the main let down and decorating was ongoing downstairs so no facilities, no tv in the room but was a remote control and the fire alarm going off at 8am but no staff appeared to check all residents were out.
The pictures were nothing like the hotel and I would not go back.
Rubbish was strewn across the path and entrance into the hotel it was just awful.
As it was after 6 when we arrived it was too late to book somewhere else and as it was just 1 night with a small child we just had to make the best of this bad situation
- Ashiq (1/5): - Filthy carpets included landing and room.no light in bathroom/toilet.
My partner very upset about accommodation.
£10 charged for car parking.
Not suitable accommodation for night stay. Will never stay this kind of accommodation.
😲 OMG filthiest place ever
- Shelby (10/5): - I was welcomed as soon as i walked through the door by a lovely friendly lady sorry i didnt get your name. I absolutely loved my stay. The gent sorry i didnt get ur name neither haha. But he was there freshening up the place . And as you have only had the place for 2 weeks u are doing a great job. I will certainly be booking again to see how far you have come.
- Guest (9/5): I had a nice stay with friends - There was no breakfast Perfect
- Karen (8/5): -
- susan (2/5): Dirty - Close to the beach and south pier The room was dirty and mouldy the shower tray was cracked the wall is black and the mastic round the shower was black.
The beds where very poor quality with no headboards and the mattresses didn't fit the bases on the single beds. The ceiling was stained brown. Everything was dirty, holes in the wall where a TV once was and a large chunk cut out off the window cill.
- Maicie (4/5): Worth the price - The staff where lovely and the room was cheap and did come with a bathroom The room smelt like stale wee was told theres be a kettle there wasn’t one had no toilet roll had to ask for some and got given half a roll the bar wasn’t really working as they were waiting on stock for everything there was free internet but it wasn’t good
- Guest (2/5): It’s was terrible but if you want a cheap stay for 1 night in a good location then this is perfect but don’t expect anyt - The staff at this hotel where very welcoming and anything we needed or had concerns about they where understating about it and help us out. FALTY FIRE ALRAM !!!! We was woken up at 7:05 in the morning to the fire alarm going off which stayed on for about 25 minutes, the manager I think it was, was trying to fix the alarm and then came out and said that it was an alarm in a room that nobody is in and it’s just faulty. The property from top to bottom is filthy, the bar is not open, wardrobe broken, beds ripped, bathroom door didn’t shut, skink was hanging of the wall and when we came into the property we was told not to touch the sink, one of the beds snuck of very strong wee, not batteries in the TV remote and they couldn’t provide any, kettle full of dirt beds so springy and do not smell nice, rubbish all in the hallway of the entrance to the hotel reception desk
- Natalie (7/5): - Very close to everything you needed great value for money manager was great in the process of being renovated room was clean beds was comfy definitely can will be my go to hotel for a wkend break away
- Guest (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing at all The sheets were blood stained the bed was awful, we had to leave a hour after we booked in it was disgusting I would really could do with a refund we didn’t even stay in there more than hour
- Sarah (4/5): Rubbish property - There was nothing to like about this hotel really poor place to stay Mattresses didn't fit the beds, they was really thin was like sleeping on a wooden floor. There was bird poo on the inside of window there was a kettle but the lead on it wouldn't even reach the plug. the ariel for the TV wouldn't work so no TV advertised as parking and there was only 3 spaces and had to pay extra to park the car would not recommend this hotel
- Catherine (7/5): -
- Millie (5/5): -
- Begum (1/5): Not fit for family and kis -
- Teneesha (1/5): - Nothing! As I opened my door it stunk and they were open cans of lager and eaten food left out, and the beds were messy and already slept in. We was told we were being moved to another room. They had us waiting upstairs to then be told someone else is already in there. So they just cleaned our original room. When we went back in, it still smelt, there was no toilet roll, no tea/coffee supplies. The tv didn’t work. The key didn’t work and kept getting stuck in the door and had to keep getting help to get it out.
- Sammi (5/5): Bargain for money don't expect premier in but location amazing .staff amazing that w - So let me start by saying this the question for evaluation dont cover enough .
After reading reviews about this hotel me and my family still decided to stay here.
Right 1.the staff (new manager couldn't be more helpful and accommodating if he tried .
He was amazing friendly details explained very thoroughly about location rooms hotel and more .
2.we had a issue with booking and the issue was booking .coms fault not the hotels or management he went up and beyond to rectify this and he he did so quickly and with more then was expecting so we was very grateful .
3. The cleanliness of the hotel and I have to say this first. The hotel is well.overdue a refurbished and fixing and the management clearly doin there best to do this as new owner and management instantly u can see there efforts to bring it up from how badly the last people left it. So it was very clean room wise new sheets pillows amenities everything u would expect in a way from starting from scratch .
4. The beds have had more people sleep.on and mattresses softer then a brothels worst room however again sheets was brand new duvets all new and pillows
5. There was 6 of us in total and tbh we could have fit all.in one room provided massive rooms amazing potential
6. Parking at front. Free WiFi. Large down stairs area that has games room pool and again can see the start of the refurb comfy lounge new seats and was very good tbh. Bar wasn't available due to new management and licensing but when thats up and running will be cracking .
7. The view from our front room could see the black pool tower and lights was great kids loved it takeaways all around within 2 minutes and shops to make your trip abit cheaper was great location couldn't ask for better.
8. Very secure had own keys for rooms and hotel and in house manager made sure the hotel was very secure as we left push chair and more things down stairs canera security system 132 pounds 2 days 6 people bargain worth it Beds have been used more then a homeless center but thats easily fixed
Entire hotel needs refurbishment (but management are actively doing it so although we didn't get the final finish was nice to see that he's doing it and me and my family will definitely be goin back to see it all done 100 percent .
Windows didntclose and are fag bur t and broken (again new owners and management clearly been left with a shit hole and making it bit by bit better )
The staff no its a run down pice of crap but location amazing potential of hotel is serious endless and management seemed to be passionate and actively working towards gettin it there well definitely be goin back 6 people 132 pounds for 2 nights bargain amazing staff clean sheets (shit beds) massive rooms tbh couldn't ask for more thanks again to the new manager for all his efforts to accolade us and get us extras and legit bemd over backwards to make are stay great thanks

- Kaylie (5/5): - No tv, the toilet doesn't have door, the bed wasn't confortable & the blanket wasn't good to use mean it can't be used anymore look old. But I understand coz the staffs did they best... 9.5 for the staffs but I got to go with the result that gave so that they can try more effort if they want make good money in their business.
And thank you too booking.com coz you're so professional and caring too. We appreciate it. The staffs.
And the booking.com are so professional.
- Keeley (1/5): We stayed 20 minutes and checked out . It was really below expectations - The room did not even have a toilet . It was a bed and a door . With a table . And a bit of carpet and a tiny window facing loads of run down buildings , it was close to town though I think the question should be , what did you like ? My answer to that wound be nothing.
