The bed was on a low platform which was very hard for me to get up out of it. The mattress was good for sleeping but too soft to get out of it. My husband had to help me get.out of bed.

SUSAN (10/5): - Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with updated bedfing. Lots of plugs for electronics. There was a frig, but it didn't have a freezer, which we needed.
Dawood (6/5): - There was an infestation of Asian beetles in our room. Called the front desk about it and they sent up someone to vacuum them up. Problem was they kept coming back. When we asked the supervisor to switch us rooms he lied and said they were booked even though during check in they said they weren't booked and we could choose a room on any floor. So we were forced to stay in the same room and they kept having to send maintenance in all night to suck up bugs couple hours. The wifi was also really bad. Dont think we'll ever stay there again.

Ginny (10/5): - Very fun one night stay! Room was pristine, view of sunset was so pretty, and the bed was the most comfortable night sleep in a very long time. The staff were polite and friendly. Two young men on the overnight shift went above and beyond to get us an extra ice bucket bag, which was cool. Can’t wait to come back!

Suny (10/5): - I always enjoy my stays at Grand Casino Mille Lacs. The staff throughout the entire property are always very friendly and welcoming. My rooms have always been clean. I don't sleep much, but that's a me problem. It's nice to have a comfy bed to catch a few z's after a fun night gambling. My only complaint would be the temperature of the hot tub. I always wish it would be hotter. It's nice, but not hot enough to really relax the muscles.

Steven (6/5): - I did like the fact that it was pretty much smoke free in the casino except when you got towards the one room that they allowed smoking it was disgusting smelling. The beds were my issue both beds slanted towards the nightstands in the center, which makes sense cause that’s where people would sleep Because of this. They should’ve used their heads and rotated the mattress so what happens when guests come in now they’re gonna roll towards the end of the mattress like they’re almost about ready to fall off so the stay was very uncomfortable.

Lisa (10/5): Mille Lacs Grand Casino Hotel - Second time I stayed at this hotel. It was excellent from the price of the room, to the amenities, to the friendly staff! It's also great that they patrol the pool area and hot tub, making sure children are not in hot tub. Made it very relaxing!

We were able to relax and didn't have to rush. For breakfast, we had the wild rice omelet, hash browns, and pancakes. All were delicious. The server was spritely and efficient. Being a true Minnesotan, she said: "You betcha!" The hotel room was modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

stephen (10/5): - everything was great except for I could not mirror my laptop or my phone on the TV which would've been nice to watch the stuff I watch at the end of the day I especially though enjoyed the hot tub it was hot it worked well we had good visits and the idea of keeping it open for the adults later and requiring the children to clear out only could've been made an hour earlier nothing against the children but you know 11 PM can be considered late for older people where 10 PM might just be a little bit more pleasant for them.

Verified traveler (4/5): Not good for sleeping - Cons: Bed were awful. The mattress was very uncomfortable and lumpy. My room was on the 6th floor, and it was super noisy from the parking lot. Lots of car/motorcycle noise. A lot of hallway noise as well. Didnt sleep well at all. Tad bit pricy for the room, though wouldnt have been an issue if the beds were better. Pros: beautiful room, electric shades, food was good in the restaurant, service was great, staff very nice.

Night stay - Great beds super comfy, not so clean in the bathroom, floor was dirty in all corners but i have an 11yr old so didnt bother me, 😉 room specified was delivered, the HOTTUB was really spacious hot and overlooked the giant pool, but not deep ( much bigger than most indoor MN pools) my kid loved it!! Had a great meal onsite and it wasnt expensive either! Would recommend and hope to come back in winter!

The only thing we were disappointed with the valet parking, we pulled up and left the vehicle and went inside but told that the valet people went home early and we had to go and park ourself they could have put a sign up that valet was closed

James (2/5): Waste of money unless you dont care about money - Never again! Rooms were nit that grwat water pressure sucks dosen get that hott. The pool is big hit tub small. Oh and when your kids coem into the pool youll neet a karent that yells at security so your kids have to leave but pther kids can be in there! And they were drinming beer in the hot tub but thats ok. Not alot of channels on tv. The food is good there super expensive though!! The casino js a joke 500 bucks and not one bonus or huge win! Overal was a place that just sucked away our money and we drove 6 hours to go there! Dont waste you time or money!!!
