- Sam (8/5): -
- Ronda (7/5): - The staff were all lovely.
The restaurant quality food we ordered for dinner was great. The breakfast was disappointing.
- Carvallo (10/5): Amazing experience - Great place Everything was good
- Stephanie (10/5): Charming old hotel with modern comforts - Country charm, modern rooms I like a low rise softer pillow but apart from that everything was wonderful.
- Sandro (8/5): -
- robyn (9/5): An onsite restaurant makes this a great stop after a day exploring the mountains - Comfortable room with a wonderful onsite restaurant and bar Nothing
- Lynn (8/5): Very charming accommodation. - Lovely heritage room, with original fireplace and cozy comfort. Extra care was taken by staff in accommodating for my needs including return posting an item of clothing I left at the premises. Lots of reading nooks with real fires going in original fireplaces and games and sofa armchairs, a bar, and restaurant. There is no lift at this hotel. But staff offer to assist in carrying luggage upstairs if needed.
- Geniene (9/5): Quick stop over - Cute heritage hotel in Mt Victoria. Cozy room and comfortable bed. Friendly welcoming staff and cozy dining room with fire place. I got late check out at 11am. Hot water took a while to come through the tap and shower pressure weak.
- Angela (10/5): Great facilities and friendly staff. - Very friendly staff.
- John (5/5): disappointing - Lift was broken, our room on top floor was hard work. We were asked not to use air conditioning - some nonsense about affecting other residents. Would not have booked it with these faults. Room was very hot. Bathroom was small and a step up, which we kept on tripping over. Looked a nice period building from outside, but interior period fittings had been pretty much stripped out. Rather tired paintwork. No breakfast opportunity, and nowhere nearby.

- Deepa (9/5): Lovely family stay, would visit again - Stayed here with family in 3 different rooms, our diverse needs were accommodated, staff were super friendly and generous and the hotel building itself great to walk around and see the heritage of. Parking was easy, rooms were light and spacious, and lots of common sitting areas we could sit in as a family out of the rooms. Dinner at the restaurant also was very good! Also love that some of the profits go to good causes. Hotel is opposite a park which was nice to walk around. Unfortunately there weren't kettles / tea / coffee in the rooms downstairs, but there was a tea station in the dining room to fill that gap. Would have been great to have more vegetarian options on the restaurant menu and the breakfast could have had more options too for the price. The Twin Room bathroom also was a little on the aged side but not sure if much can be done about that.

- Ben (10/5): -

- Neil (8/5): Good value and old world charm. - Clean and comfortable. The dinner menu could have more selections.
- Nike (7/5): Okay for a night and nice personnel - Personnel kind and good shampoo/conditioner and beds Really old bathroom
- Mitch (8/5): -
- John (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel - The breakfast was extensive for a very fair price.
- Samuel (9/5): -
- Andrea (10/5): - Friendly staff, great food, clean facilities, impressive ethos, beautiful location
- Sam (8/5): Enjoyed our visit - Location was excellent to walk around. Loved the ambience of the property with blend of antique, vintage and modern decor. The outside balcony was great to relax, read on in the afternoons. Not enough hooks for clothes (as no wardrobe) & no mirror in the room. Ceiling fan (not desk fan) would have been good as not a large room with space at a premium.
- lynn (10/5): A wonderful historic building located in Mount Victoria. - The staff were very friendly. The old manor building is delightful and the beds very comfortable.
- Kurt (10/5): Lovely stay at a great hotel. - Friendly staff and beautiful room, comfy bed. No aircon in rooms but my stay it was a comfortable temperature without it.
- Angus (10/5): Amazing stay - Beautiful place, very peaceful and relaxing. Barely anything.. if I was nitpicking the corridors could have better lighting
- Matthew (10/5): - The staff went out of there way up and belon and help as much as I needed No air-conditioning in the room
- Carolyn (9/5): We had a family suite to share across 3 generations. The rooms were comfortable and it was a fun way to holiday with the - It has character and in a quiet village in the mountains. It was all good
- Daniel (10/5): -
- BROCK (7/5): -
- Joan (10/5): Full of charm and comfortable - experience positive social enterprise in action - We were impressed that the hotel offers work, training, and accommodation to people with intellectual disabilities, supporting their independence and transition to open employment. This visibility helps normalise inclusion — commendations to Hotel Etico and its staff. It would be great if more businesses across the Great Britain and Australia embraced similar social enterprise goals.
The building has historic charm and has an inviting vibe; our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The electric blanket was a welcome touch during the rainy summer weekend in the Blue Mountains. The hotel’s friendly staff and inviting atmosphere stood out. N/A
- Tony (10/5): - The friendliness of all the staff very welcoming and attentive
- Dominic (9/5): Fabulous hotel and great team, far better than I'd expected - The team were amazing really relaxed atmosphere Nothing
- Morgan (8/5): -
- Glenn (10/5): - The inclusive training culture of the young staff was inspiring. I did not expect the good vibe. The Band was terrific as well. Cannot remember their name. They were a folk set.
- James (7/5): Pleasant. - The staff were friendly. No TV in the bedroom.
- Lee (9/5): - Breakfast was ok...being that it was1 degrees outside and windy . I think the staff are doing an amazing job .
The place obviously needs some upgrades but it was comfortable and the toast was brown and the coffee was hot and the eggs were delicious. Not much to dislike but it was a very old building. We thought it all added to the charm...but it was the the staff who were delightful..
Katsy and Kate and the chef who made a great pumpkin soup...we will be back
- Kathy (9/5): - Best night's sleep!
Plush bedding, clean and quiet
- Jayne Degiorgio (10/5): - Everything. The staff were so great and it's such a quirky little place, it was like walking back in time. It was unseasonably hot, the temperature was 38 degrees which is unusual for the Blue Mountains. Without asking, when we arrived the staff had upgraded us for free to a larger room to help with the heat - they even apologised for the weather. Couldn't have asked for me

- Jonathan (8/5): Lovely old world charm, especially inside. - Lovely old building, old style dining and common areas, well renovated rooms, friendly staff. N/A
- Bryn (8/5): - Katie was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of character.
- Maddiee (5/5): Nice place for a short stay for someone who just needs a comfortable place to rest. - Nice & cosy atmosphere. The rooms are definitely heritage and that was a nice change from a normal hotel. Parking is very limited and there is a substantial drop off from the sealed driveway to the assumed overflow parking. It felt safer to park in the council carpark down the road.
The balcony/verandah light was on all night and our room was illuminated through the curtains.
- Helen (8/5): -
- flynn (7/5): Short sweet, rain foggy and cold on the night we stayed, reminded us of home. - No breakfast taken, liked staff member checking us in No bar,or restraunt or music on the night.

- Chen (10/5): 非常满意和放松的一天,酒店历史悠久比我老公都大一百多岁!哈哈哈 - 环境非常安静,特别适合周末或者短途放松 洗手间的热水可能不太够,用到一半就冷了

- Peta (10/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): - We loved that this hotel is a social enterprise employing people with a disability. Warm, friendly, helpful staff. The bedrooms are just lovely. It was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there even though it was fully booked. Whilst there are fancier places to stay, you cant beat Hotel Etico in terms of value for money. Great location withi. Easy commute of Blue Mountains attractions.
- Alicia (8/5): -
- Robyn (10/5): Loved the open fires and the friendly staff - The staff and the beautiful old building
- Andrea (8/5): -

- Sophie (9/5): -
- Lois (10/5): Please go here and enjoy the whole experience of a gorgeous old hotel with exceptional staff. - Beautiful heritage hotel run by an exceptional charity providing support and work opportunities a wonderful bunch of young people. Friendly, comfortable, unique. Log fires were perfect for the cold wet weather outside. Bathroom a little cool but really a small issue.
- Julie (9/5): -
- Richard (9/5): -
- Cassidy (6/5): Disappointing - Location Lack of service
- Michael (10/5): - Great spot- highly recommend it.
- Tracey (8/5): We'll be back - Great central location to explore the mountains. Lovely atmosphere, old world charm and very friendly staff. Nice big room, great heating is a plus when it got near freezing overnight!
- Moss (10/5): -
- Erika (9/5): NIce place to stay - Quite location. Room very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice areas to relax. Room was nice but a bit on the small side. No TV in the room. Bit disappointed with menu in the restaurant as we were supposed to have full menu not just pizza etc. 😕 Breakfast could of been better as we paid for a buffet breakfast.
- Naomi (8/5): Warmly welcomed by the bar staff, music was great Michael and Lucia had the hospitality down pat! - Didn’t have the breakfast. Not knowing how to use the EV charger and having anyone to ask.
- Ross (8/5): - The Historic nature has been preserved
- Alex (10/5): - Second stay.. will happily stay again.
- Yael (10/5): - Great experience, highly recommend.
- David (5/5): The hotel is a great opertunity for the members of our society with a disability to learn how to work in hospitality , - The disability staff work hard and provided a good service and great tasting food . Disappointing the state of a heritage building is in ,The hotel is under staffed poorly managed . Due to under staffed we waited over 1 hour for entree ,
Even the toaster takes for ever !.
- Cassi (10/5): Exceptional -
