I really liked the décor of the room, had a very vintage vibe. It is very close to the main train station and to the chinese neighborhood. Good value for money.

• KATSUNORI (10/5): - The reception staff can speak fluent English and Japanese. The owner is very kind and will respond and act immediately if there are any problems. The room can't be described as beautiful, but it has everything you need. There are two large, free-to-use washing machines on the 6th-floor balcony, and you can dry your clothes in your room. The best things about this hotel are its location right near Busan Station and its convenient transportation. The subway station is a short walk away, and the bus stop is the same distance. There are many restaurants in the area, and a market is right in front of the hotel. There are several convenience stores (7-Eleven, CU, GS25) around the hotel, and as for supermarkets, I confirmed there were at least four, including a Top Mart. It's very convenient. A short walk from Busan Station, there is a large 24-hour supermarket (Choryang Dubaero Mart) that has everything from daily necessities to groceries. 접수 직원이 유창한 영어와 일본어를 구사합니다. 사장님이 매우 친절하시고, 어떤 문제가 생기면 바로 대응하고 조치해 주십니다. 방이 깨끗하다고는 할 수 없지만 필요한 것은 모두 갖추어져 있으며, 6층 발코니에는 무료 대형 세탁기 2대가 설치되어 있어 방에서 빨래를 말릴 수 있습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 부산역에서 바로 가까운 곳에 있고 교통이 편리하다는 것입니다. 지하철역은 걸어서 바로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 버스 정류장도 같은 거리에 있습니다. 주변에는 음식점이 많이 있고, 호텔 앞에는 시장이 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 편의점(세븐일레븐, CU, GS25)이 여러 개 있으며, 슈퍼마켓은 탑마트를 비롯하여 제가 확인한 바로는 4곳이 있었습니다. 매우 편리합니다. 부산역에서 조금만 걸어가면 24시간 운영하는 대형 슈퍼(초량 두배로 마트)가 있어 일용품부터 식료품까지 무엇이든 다 있습니다.

Ja tego nie zauważyłem. Oczywiście hotel wymaga remontu, zwłaszcza łazienka ze starą wanną, brak zamka w drzwiach łazienkowych (dlatego pokładaliśmy pod drzwi stołek). Ale ogólnie było ok. zwłaszcza że cena była atrakcyjna. Także wjazd czy dojście do hotelu może przerazić. Ogólnie ok.

• Ian (9/5): Great location, huge room and good value. - The location was opposite the morning market and surrounded by local restaurants and cafes and convenience stores. I was 500 metres from the KTX Train station and buses ran outside in the street everywhere. The owner Mr Muen had basic English and was very helpful and friendly. Everything was good but it is kind of Art Decoish and not modern which I really liked but may not suit others. But big rooms and everything worked.
• Santosh (7/5): Just met the requirement - Proximity to busan train station. They provided space to drop our luggage even before and after checkout I saw some bugs at room entrance, and room wasn’t well light , dim lighting gave a gloomy feeling

• Nina987 (1/5): Avoid if you want basic sanitary conditions!! - Location is the only thing that we liked. Location 10/10 - doesn't get much better than this if you are a tourist hopping cities. Cleanliness 1/10 - dirty floors, dirty bathroom full of mold, suspicious bed linen, towels with stains and holes. Functionality 2/10 - broken toilet - it was not at all fixes to the floor and it moved all the time!!; broken tap, bad odor in whole apartment, poor ventilation system (we could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms and other foul smells). Overall, avoid if you want basic sanitary conditions.

There are many good restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff were so friendly that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in had retro facilities, but It was well cleaned, and the night view outside was really nice. I will be visiting again and recommend this hotel.

• Chris (5/5): Korean style room - I selected it because I arrived on the ferry and it was close to the port. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to bus and metro (and red light district). It was a good price for a private room. On the corner of two main streets, but not too loud. It wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd stay here again. Everything was a bit dirty or worn. Bathroom needs some attention and has a bit of an odor. The showerhead has some holes rusted in it and it sprays everywhere. Bedding has seen better days as well. WiFi was a bit suspect. Each room is supposed to have it's own wifi. There was a router in mine, but no corresponding network. But, no passwords so I connected to the neighbors.

The towels were very small which was not very comfortable for drying long hair. The kettle in the room didn't work.

• Chrissie (9/5): Huge room, really nice hotel - Loved this place, huge room, nice big bed and sofa, lots of amenities, very comfortable, right next to Busan station, such good value for money. Bathroom was a bit tired as other people have mentioned, but not unclean.

The hotel was really conveniently located. A pack of various toiletries was provided. The room was dated and seemed dirty. There was a smell of smoke. The bathroom had ugly decor and was dirty (hair in the sink). There were no slippers in the room.

• Jonny (9/5): The best location close to all transport links - Excellent location! Short walk from the main Busan station. Also the place where you can join the hop on/hop off city tour bus which is good to do if you have short time here. It’s actually a bit of a love hotel but that didn’t bother us. The bed is super hard though, like sleeping on a plank of wood!

It's also located near the train station and near a subway station. The room was really dirty and it was uncomfortable there. The bathroom had stains and was broken and the room wasn't cleaned at all.

• Van (7/5): Good for its price! - The size of the room was great, and we had an ensuite. Room had everything we needed and fresh towels were brought. Lot of markets and places to eat around. Good price/location/value. The bed was really uncomfortable, literally like sleeping on cardboard. The blankets and pillows weren't great either, so it didn't feel cosy. There were a lot of mozzies, probably due to holes in the window shields. Bathroom def needs a fix.
• Hamidah (6/5): good location for easy travelling by public transportation. - The hotel's location was easy to find and not that far away by walking distance to Busan Station. Since the trip is mostly outdoor, I only used the room to sleep in, so it's okay. The free Wi-Fi was very useful and the staffs are helpful (I asked for plug adapters because mine was not working well). There's a funny smell along the corridor (maybe food from restaurants next door) and the bed was super stiff. The motel interior vibe is a bit gloomy though.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - It surprised me,,, the old hotel had very reasonable prices when I arrived, I thought this would not be any good, It was clean, staff nice, dressing gowns , nice big bath tub , hot water,,a kettle ,cans of tea in the fridge. Check out at 12.00 p.m.very good in most places in Korea at 10.00 a.m. Across the road are many small Korean eateries. Highly recommended

• Ali (5/5): Location of the motel was good. - I did not get any breakfast there. The location of the hotel and price is reasonable. I did not see the staff there at the reception. Secondly, the comfort of the bed was not so good. The remote of the TV was not working well. In the toilet, the smell of cigarettes was so strong.
• KATSUNORI (10/5): - やはりここのホテルは交通の便が良いのと、釜山の駅まで歩いてすぐなのが良い。そのため、バスや地下鉄で釜山の観光地に行くのが非常に楽です。ここを起点にほとんどの観光地へ行きました。私は日帰りでKTXに乗ってソウルまでも行ってしまいました。また、ホテルの周りは食堂が多く、２４時間やっている食堂もいくつかあり、市場もすぐ目の前にある。いつも６階にある１台の洗濯機を使っていますが、もう１台増やしてほしいです。部屋は少々古く感じられますが、中は広いです。個人的にはこの雰囲気が好きです。ハウスキーパーが毎日清掃をしてくれて、冷蔵庫にある４本の飲み物やタオルなど毎日補充してくれます。社長も受付の若い人たちも皆さんとても親切です。
