- Scenic24163381646 (6/5): Meh - Hinckley 3/28/26-3/29/26 casino was busy and had a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The pool was overly busy and the hot tub and shower in the pool area were cold. Called maintenance to fix and it never got hot/warm.
- timsT7594XP (10/5): Worth the drive. Amazing property. - This is a great property. We visit 3-4 times a year. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The casino floor is large and active. We win some, we lose some, but we always have a great time. The staff are always friendly. The only thing I really miss is the Grand Buffet. It used to be the thing that got people in the doors. I know Covid had a big influence on closing it but hope it comes back again one day. Definitely recommend this property.

The layout in our room was so that nothing had to be on the floor! The Grand Harmony Spa and Masages from Jess were absolutely healing. And, the late night swim was a great wind down from the full day. The late checkout option was totally worth it!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent stay, with room for improvements - We enjoyed our stay, for the most part, but there were a few things that could have been improved on. First of all, I was hoping to freeze a few small food items, but there was no freezer in our mini fridge in our room, so I was unable to do so. Had I known this in advance, I would have brought a cooler with. Secondly, the bed was missing a fitted sheet and instead had a flat sheet in its place. I move around a lot in my sleep, so both mornings I woke up and the sheet beneath me was rolled up and I was laying on the mattress protector. Lastly, people were frequently very loud in the hallway outside our room, regardless of the hour, which woke us up often.

- Sightseer07079247880 (2/5): Horrible experience - Absolute terrible experience. Bathroom toilet was filthy. Stains running down the sides. Bathtub hadn't been cleaned. Hair in it which wasn't ours as we hadn't used it yet. Asked for an extra chair of any kind (could have been a folding chair for all we cared). Nope. Wouldn't give us one. Will NEVER stay there ever again!!!

- James (8/5): Serviceable - Check-in was anything but easy. The hotel is in one corner of a vast, sprawling complex of buildings (casinos, restaurants) but the signage in the lots didn't really direct me to the hotel. I found a place to part about a city block from the entrance, which turned out to be the way into the casino. One of the guards, who was very helpful and understanding, took me outside to point me toward the hotel so I walked the several hundred yards back to my car to drive to the hotel building (parking for which wasn't particularly close to the check-in desk).

It was very loud in their room. Embarrassing because we could hear everything including very intimate behavior . Also the beds were sloped on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep even in the middle. Really bad experience

- PHILLIP (6/5): - I’ve never been one to leave a negative review, but my experience with this place warrants one. The front desk staff at this hotel ALL have extremely poor customer service skills. I’m not sure if there is just a lack of quality candidates to hire in this area or what, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with staff. The employee who checked me in only spoke maybe 5 words to me, and never gave me the usual expected run down of the property/amenities, etc until I asked her to do so. Later on, I went down to the desk to ask a different employee if they had any plastic silverware. This person, a short heavy set woman with a salt and pepper crew cut was very short and put off by my request. After she gave me a set of instructions on where to walk through the casino to find the plastic silverware, I asked her to repeat the instructions and that was all it took. She got a major attitude, huffed and puffed, eye rolled, and then openly complained to her coworker about my apparent ridiculous request. I then told the employee that I “hope you have a better night young lady” and walked away. Other than that, the room was nice and clean. Also, I want to mention The Grill House restaurant was AMAZING with excellent food and service. However, my family and I will never return to this hotel.
