• Jen (7/5): Slept well - felt looked after by the staff. Good value. - The bed was comfortable - better than many higher priced places. Surprisingly quiet- I was on the 4th floor. The room was dark and aircon worked well. I had to turn the fan to the lowest setting as it blows onto the bed. Good hotel for the solo traveler. I’d struggle if I was with a partner because of the lack of privacy for the toilet- it’s a bad design- the hotel rooms are stylish and work for a good nights sleep- staff are very attentive but didn’t like the location- busy road. No restaurants around close by. But I think the price represents value with the pluses and minuses-

• Monika (8/5): Good location. Nice design. - Elegant design and cozy feeling. We had a twin room facing the access road so it was quiet. The overall comfort of the room was not great. The glass bathroom and see through toilet doesn’t allow privacy, and when the heavy curtains are drawn, the room becomes super small and dark. There is no fan in the room, so the aircon needs to be used, and it is facing the bed so it was very disturbing during the night.

• Piotr (8/5): Bardzo dobry hotel do zatrzymania się na kilka dni - Hotel w dobrym miejscu. Ciche, czyste pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Śniadania dobre chociaż bardzo mały wybór. Brak miejsca do zatrzymania się np taksówki, więc szybko trzeba wyskakiwać na ulicy. Taksówkarze nie mają, gdzie poczekać, więc trzeba się nastawić też w przypadku zamawiania taksówki na lotnisko. Łazienka odgrodzona od pokoju tylko zasłoną, więc trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę przy zamawianiu pokoju :)

Comfy beds, very clean, housekeeping comes early which we personally love, they even let us choose between 2 different rooms when they brought us up. Excellent location and they were all decorated for Christmas. We paid for daily breakfast and it was ok but if you have kids just know that they can’t order off the menu do their main item without an additional fee and it’s the same thing daily The shower and bathroom sliding doors. And they are glass. For a family we don’t need to use the toilet with everyone watching and the slider leaks water because there isn’t a full seal between the shower and toilet areas so we had to put a towel on the toilet side to catch water

• Anna (8/5): Very nice hotel - Location was nice but not that many restaurants open in the evening very close to the hotel. I however prefer peaceful location over crowds, so hotel choice was good. They had also nice breakfast and room was clean. Special thanks to young female receptionist with helping with stucked safety box. This is not maybe hotel's fault but I assumed breakfast is included into price when I booked and it wasn't included.

• Arianna (10/5): Good hotel, price, food and customer service! - We love all. So good customer service. This was the only hotel which read our request. I told them that it was our honeymoon and they made our last day so special. It was not the room decorated but when we were making time to go to the airport, the manager came to us and gave us a wee note and local sweets from Bangkok. This made our day as we were stayed in a couple hotels before this one and this was the only hotel who remember to make our stay special. We had a free drink too! We love to stay here. We 100% recommend to everyone! We had a really good sleep as it was quiet. Food was really good too. Good price on their food and drink too. Thanks team to make our beautiful stay! All goood!!
