tshum (6/5): Concrete Block - - Nice modern concrete building - 5-10 mins to old city - Nice roof top very open space - the concrete building makes very loud noisy from outside, even can also hear next room go to toilet - The noise from level 1 can also be heard at Level 4. With so many people going in and out the rooms. I can only sleep around from 1am to 6am. - room is small and simple - my room door has problem, it can't fully open and bathroom door can't close this price for this room -Although it is a nice cute shop and building, but it is not worth for money.
dblusw (6/5): Pay for Comfort - Not a bad place- comfy bed, looks like it was recently built, decent wifi, good ac (that doesn’t run on key card), nice view from the roof, cafe downstairs that only serves coffee no food, no english channels and the few thai channels are static, overall a little overpriced at 700Baht, but you are with in decent enough walking distance to get to the the north gate. The only downsides are there is no elevator and there isn’t much near by.
