Location de vélos bien pratique pour aller visiter le site touristique en journée! La dame qui s'occupe de l'établissement adorable!

Par contre ce n'est pas proche du centre historique : si vous voulez visister il faudra obligatoirement prendre un grab ou un deux roues. Par contre même si la chambre est simple elle a tout le confort nécessaire : clim, grand lit, frigo etc. Tout était nickel et le personnel était super aidant et gentil. Ras

• Greg A (8/5): Good value for money, good location. - We go in family to this guesthouse for years, no surprise here. Bungalows are simple but comfy and prices are good. Well located in Sukhothai New City, near restaurants and the Saturday Night Market. Don't forget to take a video when you rent a bike, sometimes a misunderstanding can happen.

• Thomas (9/5): Wonderful place - very central - highly recommended. - The resort is located in a small and quiet alley in the center - in one minute you are in the busy main road. Tons of delicious food, night market, 7eleven, temples. The bungalow was very beautiful. Very clean. Very comfortable. Bicycle for rent - absolutely perfect for me. ;-) Nothing to complain.

• Dimitrios (1/5): Widerlich - Wände aus Pappe und Plastikfolie die sich kräuselte. Wer nicht aufpasst und sich anlehnt landet mit der Wand im freien. Einfach nur veboten schlecht. Wir hatten für 1 Woche gebucht und verließen diese Wohn-Höhle schon nach dem zweiten Tag. Bleibt bloß weg von dieser Einrichtung. Wie ich erfuhr handelt es sich hierbei um ein schmuddeliges Stundenhotel das von einheimischem genutzt wird. Widerlich!

Bathroom probably the most clean I’ve had in the past 3 weeks in Thailand! It didn’t bother me, but there is some background noise from the road if you are staying in a room close to the alley. • Tom (8/5): Decent value room close to New Town restaurants - Decent room with flat screen TV I could use for Netflix. If I stayed in Sukhothai again I might opt to say in the Old Town as it would save on taxis/Ubers to get to the tourist sites.

Cuando hubo desbordamiento del río Yom, me permitieron quedarme más días, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Hay un mercado cerca con comida local, muchas paradas de ropa y feria. Piscina abierta las 24h.

• Anna (1/5): Go away from this resort! - None รีวิวประสบการณ์จริงจากการเข้าพัก KTT Resort Sukhothai ดิฉันและแฟนเดินทางมาเที่ยวสุโขทัย 2 คืน 3 วัน (13–15 กันยายน 2568) และเลือกเข้าพักที่ KTT Resort Sukhothai ราคาห้องคืนละ 350 บาท วางมัดจำกุญแจ 200 บาท และเช่ารถมอไซค์ 2 วัน วันละ 250 บาท โดยต้องวางเงินมัดจำ 2,000 บาท เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น วันที่ 14/09/25 เวลา 12:19 น. หลังจากขับรถออกจากที่พักไปเพียง 20 นาที รถมอไซค์ที่เช่ามาลดความเร็วและดับไปเอง สตาร์ทไม่ติดทั้งมือและเท้า ตรวจสอบพบว่า ไม่มีน้ำมันเครื่องเลย แห้งสนิท ทั้งที่เราเพิ่งเช่ามา และไม่ได้มีการแจ้งเตือนเรื่องสภาพรถแม้แต่น้อย และไม่ได้มีการแจ้งว่าสามารถขับได้แค่ในตัวเมือง เมื่อโทรแจ้งเจ้าของรีสอร์ท กลับถูกกล่าวหาว่าเรา “ทำผิดสัญญา” เพราะขับออกนอกเขตเมือง ทั้งที่ตอนเช่าไม่มีการอธิบายด้วยวาจาใด ๆ และแม้จะเป็นความผิดที่เราไม่ได้อ่านรายละเอียดก่อนเซ็น แต่ก็ปฏิเสธไม่ได้ว่า รถคันนี้เก่าและสภาพแย่มาก ไม่ควรนำมาปล่อยเช่าเลยด้วยซ้ำ แค่ 20 นาทีรถก็ดับ หากอยู่ในเมืองก็มีสิทธิ์ดับได้เช่นกัน สิ่งที่เจ็บปวดที่สุด แทนที่เจ้าของจะรับผิดชอบ กลับพูดไม่ดีใส่เรา ตัดสายโทรศัพท์ใส่ และปัดความผิดทั้งหมดให้แขก พร้อมทั้งยึดเงินมัดจำ 2,000 บาท โดยอ้างว่าเราเป็นคนทำรถพัง หลังเจรจาอยู่นาน เขาจึงยอมคืนเงินให้เพียง 500 บาทเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ วันที่เช็กเอาท์ 14/09/25 เวลา 13.00 น.เนื่องจากไม่สบายใจที่จะอยู่ต่อ เขายังคืนค่าห้องพักแค่ 175 บาท โดยอ้างว่าเลยเวลาเช็กเอาท์ 11.00 น. ทั้งที่เหตุการณ์ทั้งหมดเกิดจากรถของเขาเองที่เสียกลางทาง ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นความอยุติธรรมที่เราได้รับ บทสนทนากับแม่เจ้าของ เมื่อพูดคุยกับแม่เจ้าของ (คุณยาย) ได้ยินประโยคที่ทำให้เสียใจมากว่า “แขกคนอื่นเขาก็จ่าย 2,000–3,000 เพื่อให้จบเรื่อง” สิ่งนี้ยืนยันได้ว่า เหตุการณ์นี้ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก แต่เป็นการกระทำที่ถูก “วางแผนมาแล้ว” เพื่อหากินบนความเดือดร้อนของนักท่องเที่ยว สรุป นี่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่เลวร้ายและเจ็บปวดใจที่สุดในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยว เราไม่เพียงถูกโกงเงิน แต่ยังถูกปฏิบัติอย่างไร้ความรับผิดชอบและไร้หัวใจ ขอเตือนนักท่องเที่ยวทุกท่าน อย่าเข้าใกล้รีสอร์ทแห่งนี้ อย่าให้คนเหล่านี้หาผลประโยชน์บนความเดือดร้อนของคุณอีกต่อไป “เงินที่ได้มาโดยการเอาเปรียบและทำร้ายคนอื่น ไม่มีวันเจริญ”

• Guest (7/5): - The room was clean and confortable :) The guy in charge was not so nice. Language is not just about words. Even if we don’t speak thai fluently, we can feel when you get annoy by out legitim questions and when you make fun of your clients.

• Christine (4/5): dissapointing but did the job - the end was comfy, the room was a good size and the air con worked really well there were 2 lizards living in our bathroom and they pooped right next to my toothbrush over night. did not feel clean at all in the bathroom and also our bedroom door was a window, with a curtain that let in light so we could not be in a dark room.

The location is one of the best in sukhothai if you plan on visiting the historical park (or other areas like Phitsanulok).I can't complain whatsoever. Next to a fairly busy road (noise) but it's not too bad otherwise.

The room was quite big with a private bathroom. Sometimes, it can be a bit noisy because the walls are thin. But if you have earprotection during the night it's not bothering you.

Great Roti with banana at the end of the street and plenty of meat on sticks. Room pretty grubby and shabby even for a budget room. Light was on outside all night shining directly into the window. I think there may have been bed bugs? Got bites in a line with doors and windows shut? Stayed three nights - no fresh towels or anything. Long trip down to the old city where you mostly want to be so not great location. After about 7pm hard to get tuk tuk to travel anywhere. Be aware: no GRAB, no taxis in Sukhothai. Just tuk tuk and song teow (not many of these).
• Eric (10/5): Sukhotai Thai Resort - Did a short stay here. Great spot. Looks to be owned by a family who were very kind to me. Strong wifi. The pool was clean although I didn't get the chance to swim. AC worked well. No bugs. Good bathroom and large mini fridge. Covered off street parking safe and protected from sun. They will cook you a meal I think. I love when the towels and sheets just smell like clean fabric and no synthetic perfumes. The colored window panes were a cool touch. Perfect spot for my needs. No problem here. The stairs were a bit steep in my particular room but I knew that and you can choose ground level abodes which I heard were just as nice. Saw others mention room being hot but not the case for me. The bathroom sink in my room had a slow leak which was easily resolved by using the handle right below it. Overall solid for the price. Kind owners and definitely recommend it if nearby. Thank you.

• Alexander (5/5): It was okay but if I go back to Sukhothai I will stay somewhere else. - Bed was very comfortable. Refridgerator and air conditioning worked well. Small pool was nice. Close to market and shops. Notices were posted about everywhere fees, charges and fines for different things. Instant coffee was 20 baht. Breakfast was not very good for the price : 60-80 baht. All communication was done through a translation app. I rented a bike and filled the fuel tank as it was on empty, costing me 150 baht. The gas guage didn’t work correctly and the staff didn’t inform me or make any effort to recoup the fuel cost, so I paid for a full tank I didn’t use. Many ants and roaches in the bathroom. Overall it seemed like customers were there to give their money for mediocre service.
