Passenger48896086585 (8/5): little disappointing - Actually I don't want to write this, but after I had a massage, my body felt sore on my feet, maybe because my fingernails were long, and the massage was too rushed, and I got a therapist who was less than professional in offering things to play, I hope that with my complaint, the hotel leader can provide more polite training and give direction to the therapist - (Istiani) So that other guests don't experience what I experienced yesterday.

And as someone who also works in hospitality industry, I would say that all the staffs exceed my expectation and always go for extra-mile. Just a suggestion that perhaps the cny dinner could have other options not only buffet style.

I discovered that they weren't changing the bed sheet and weren't properly cleaning the floor. I called the reception to have someone witness the condition of the room. Thank you to April (HK SPV), who gently acknowledged my findings and promptly rectified them. These kinds of experiences shouldn't have happened to all guests; they expected comfortable service and treatment when they paid a certain amount of price. Hotels also need to acknowledge their repeat guests; without asking for ID during the check-in process, it can create a favorable first impression. Last but not least, it would be helpful to inquire about the guests' experience upon check-out and bid farewell to those who had an unpleasant stay.

Dwi And Julian served me well and warm. Excellent experience i've ever had on Palembang. I've ordered caramel latte coffee, its nice flavour. Great thanks to Dwi and Julian for Served me Well.

Meals are various with delicious taste but hope one day you'll serve the cheese corner (various certain of cheese slice for appetizer and condiment of salad/bread) The outdoor space restaurant very clean and no insects such us flies. I hope more plants and more real flower will be decorated by management so the environment so cooler.

The food should be provide traditional food such as Pempek, Laksan, Celimpungan, Burgo, Mie Celor, Model Gandum, Tekwan, Es Kacang Merah. The Food should be complete after the guess finish visit the restaurant. When I came to resto at 08.30, Kacang Hijau has finished and the manager said they will not refill anymore then he said they will cook another Kacang Hijau and sent to the bedroom however I have meeting at outside and return to Hotel will be very late night thus I said no need to send to the room. Over all the service was not as per our expectation for Four Star Hotel.

The floor drain of the shower was not working…so the water ponding up to the closet area.. Request for cleaning towel was not responded as expected The parking area is too small..not enough for guest’s cars So definitely this is not a 4 star hotel ! 2 or maks 3 star hotel !

Tri (8/5): My holiday in Palembang feel comfort, enjoy and fun! - Hotel location best. Near cafes, gift/souvenir shop, good neighborhood, city center, easy access. Fast & friendly check in/check out. Comfort room. Friendly staffs. A great breakfast with introduce traditional local food menus. Would be better guests clothing breakfast is relaxed but still polite. Wearing sleepwear like pajamas is inappropriate. Hope there is a suggestion that guests take food wisely and in moderation. It turns out that there are still many guests who do not understand. I'm sad to see on the table excess left uneaten :(

I was awaken from my sleep and those hammering was insane! The manager should exercise better sense and logic and prevent such “torture” from happening again !

We are quite satisfied with the hotel, especially its location at Rajawali area (since it is just next to a convenience store and a well-known Pempek restaurant called Pempek Beringin) and its breakfast menu. The room is decent, and it offers basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and Room Service are quite attentive to our calls. Overall, I would describe Hotel 101 Palembang Rajawali as a good, decent business hotel which offers a comfortable stay in Palembang. Although we may look for an alternative hotel on our next trip to Palembang, Hotel 101 Palembang Rajawali is definitely our safe choice.

I prepaid through Hotels.com for my stay, when I checked out of the hotel, I found out that they carged me for my stay again !!!! I cotacted them, and hotels.com, they agreed to refund me, but they did not until a month later. I even tried to dispute the charge from the bank, but the bank was unable to do so.. I am still waiting on this. I hope Hotels.com can help me with that. If you ever wanna stay here, try to pay with cash; don't give them your credit card!!!!
Kwek (8/5): Clean, Comfortable & Nice Property - This is a new property and needless to say all are near perfect and clean. Room is comfortable, nice bed, and the shower is wonderful. However, the check in was rather slow, only two staff at the check in counter and they are slow hands perhaps they are also new at the job. Check out is even worst, took almost 25 minutes (I am the only one checking out), the checking of the room took too long to respond. By the way this is a NON SMOKING property.
