- kellydF9375EQ (2/5): Don’t stay in this hotel - Found blood stained on the bedsheet when I was searching for my things under the comforter. informed receptionist to change bedsheet after that I went to have my dinner. When I came back from my dinner, they did not change. I called the receptionist, they mentioned that it was a fresh blood as I just check in today. Me and my partner don’t have any blood stain on our body. Feel so uncomfortable. Tonight going to sleep on top of the comforter. Feel so disgusted. After that I Saw Google review, there is people commented that the receptionist will deduct from the deposit if they found stains on bed. I’m staying at level 6
- Curiosity63563559644 (4/5): Swimming Pool Dirty - deposit quite high , so my expect a bit high . strictly no vaping and smoking unless at the designated smoking area which is good . parking machine sucks . 2 times jammed . in and out . i am so frustrated. swimming pool very dirty . no regular cleaning as you can see its very sandy in the water even though no body at the pool in the early morning . room got beautiful interior design but carpet never shampoo vaccum .
- Eugene (4/5): - Noticed this hotel was highly used for alternative services a lot. No soap in my bathroom. Lack of daily vacuuming. Some leaks and mold evident. Staff was very friendly though.
- SHU MIN PAMELA (6/5): - The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests. In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy. There is no fridge available in the room. If you are short, good luck trying to hang your clothes. You are in no shortage of activities in the area. Major banks available, variety of food cuisines, pharmacies, massage parlours, etc are all a 5-10min walk away. Train station and IOI mall are just across the highway.

- Hazwan (8/5): Very nice - This hotel for me it’s clean, although I been seen a stain on the bedsheets but based on the linen smell, they change the bedsheets every time guest c/o. Toilet also for me clean although not a perfect. I have been go and try their swimming pool, it’s just nice but you can see mouldy on the swimming pool wall. It’s just okay for me and relaxing because no body was there. Overall for me this hotel was comfortable and I don’t mind to coming back soon for the next football matches.

- Sue_Tiramisu (10/5): Fantastic value for money! - I was just looking for a comfortable place to spend the night, having planned for a family get-together during the day. Didn't really want to spend a tonne without making full use of the amenities. Booking direct via the hotel's website gave me a better rate than using a third party. Just remember to take a screenshot of the booking number because for some strange reason I never got my confirmation via email. Hotel was pretty easy to find, and the entrance to the parking area can be a little tricky for large cars. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests, by the way. The check in was pretty busy, I think a lot of people were checking in because there was the unplanned water shortage in the Klang Valley that weekend. Kudos for the staff especially Raja who attended to me. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't huge but bed was oh so comfy and toilet was spotless. Loved the corridors. My room faced the busy highway, and occasionally you can hear the LRT passing by - we're both heavy sleepers so the noise did not bother us. Breakfast was included in the rate - and we were impressed by the quality. they didn't have much in terms of quantity but that was totally fine with us because the 'nasi goreng cina' was tasty and the ayam goreng berempah was seasoned well. It was well worth the rate we paid for our room. Only thing I would maybe pick on is the use of disposable cups and plastic stirrers for the hot beverages. Would totally recommend!

Need more training for staff at restaurant especially the waiter and waitresses. Front office staff was ok. Room bit small but very tidy and comfortable. Training rooms comes equipped wth projector. Highly recommended for training for family vacation or business stay opt for the bigger room. Overall highly recommend this hotel depending on your needs.

Management stuck with moneygrabbing owners rules, not impressed and will book our next 90+ people convention elsewhere. Tips for housekeeping; plastic disposables are out If we follow youe eco rule and hang the towel for re-use...dont just replace it with a fresh towel anyway. If the location suits single or small group travellers, then enjoy. Large groups or coorperate bookings - beware!

Location is great as there are many other food places around if you prefer to eat somewhere else, and also a shopping mall. Staff is friendly, so overall, a good stay.
- BetaSimm (2/5): Twin room - The carpet in our room has not been vacuumed. It smells. The bed sheets probably were not changed, it smells of previous guest body odor. There were stains on the wall of our room 632. The lobby area smells of cigarettes and certainly this hotel needs refurbishing. The front desk clerk not helpful, can't speak very well and not trained. To Mtree hotel management, I can do better running your hotel. And to the owner of Mtree hotel, please remove all the carpeting in hotel unless you shampoo and steam clean them afew times a year being this a tropical country.

Suites are indeed spacious with 1 large bed with an attached spacious bathroom with a separate shower room and bathtub. 2. Basic breakfast but sufficient for me. 3. Cleanliness in most parts of the hotel. 4. Relaxing swimming pool. I was there during the hazy period and had the whole pool to myself for a few days. 5. Super large corridor area and looks very classy and comfy. Cons 1. Most receptionists are kinda 'just there'. No warmth, no service. 2. They have this weird policy of only 1 keycard per room. Strictly. They advised us to drop our one single keycard at the desk whenever we go out as we will come back at different times. 3. Allowed outsiders to guest room floors without verification. What's the point of having keycard security to access your floor then? 4. My suites come with a free minibar. Will only be replenished when requested. Then don't advertise as free daily minibar. 5. Rooms are pricey for what we are paying for and what is being provided.] 6. No gym room. 7. Weird design of the room. I had a room with a great ceiling to floor windows. The bed was in the middle whilst a large curved sofa was on the right while the TV was on the left with a small coffee table and 1 sofa. 8. Soundproofing. This happens to be my one and only time staying here. The reservations and the emails to the general email are always left unanswered and you have to take the trouble to keep chasing them for an answer. Not so customer-oriented. And they don't reply in detailed. Gives me the perception of 'whatever' in the few email correspondences with them.

When I got to the room I decided to order room service because I have not had dinner and it was raining heavily outside. When I called the room service, they told me there was no chef available because there was a big event hat evening and no food will be catered from their kitchen. Room service for food orders is available from 9.30pm to 10pm. They said they should have informed me when I checked in however it was not inform upon arrival. Made a complaint to the supervisor on duty and he offered me to order food panda and he will deliver the food to my room. While speaking halfway on the phone, a hotel staff rang the bell at my room. Apparently the items in the room bar counter was not refilled when I checked in and he had to top up the items then. Made a written complaint using the feedback form and the pen apparently was dried up and could not write properly. After painstakingly completing a 5 line paragraph for 10 minutes. I requested the hotel supervisor on duty to collect the form at my room. I express my unhappiness when he arrived at my room and requested the hotel general manager to get back to me regarding the bad experience I encountered. It is now 19th November Tuesday and no one from the hotel property has contacted me after my feedback. Apparently this hotel doesn't care about customer feedback and has poor management of the hotel guest. I am shortchange because service for food as part of the deal paid.
- Kristy1215 (4/5): Getting worse - Been there since their opening in 2017. Going back every yr and stay in their family room. But this yr was my worse experience! Slow check in, took 20mins!!! I was there early and told that check in only @ 12. Even I had already sent in request through email! That’s fine, but I booked 3 rooms so I ask the recept to take a look n check make sure everything is ok. But he don’t even bother to check! JuZ said come back at 12. When I came back I hve to wait for 20 mins because there is some problem with the booking la n Etc.That’s really a bad Service. Every yr I came there’s plenty item on the mini fridge bar. This yr nothin at all! Either there’s no TOP up or hotel cutting on their cost. Worse no bedroom slipper too. Non smoking room. But the moment we step in there’s very strong cigarette smell. Bath tub nob was spoilt! Very very unpleasant stay.

- sallyy01 (2/5): Don’t stay here until you read this - This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. It felt like HELL. Their check in process is so slow, took more than 15 mins and no urgency. ALL their working staff in the lobby have ZERO COMMON SENSE. I don't even know where to start. Usually when you have a problem that needs to be fixed, a phone call and one time can be changed. But for me here, it's like PULLING TEETH to get things RIGHT. I had to call the front desk multiple times and went downstairs to talk to them directly multiple times. Wasting 2 hours of my time on the first night and wasted more time the next day. What's even more funny? I have to do my own house keeping because they never clean their rooms. Bunch of hairs all over the floors and night stand, food and liquid stains on the desk... ALL my breakfast oats that needs to be refrigerated are ALL SPOILED. The first night I had to wait for them to bring me my fridge, and the fridge is not even working. So I had to bring my overnight oats down to put in their fridge, initially they don't allow because they said it's only for medicine. I had to scold them because their damn fridge wasn't cold. After they changed the 4th fridge to my room, they said you must put a card in the room to activate electricity, which means the fridge cannot use unless I have a card plugged in. Then their staff should've have some common sense to notify their customer about this issue or have a notice post on the fridge. Now my I cant eat my overnight oats for the next 2 days because ALL SPOILED. & it cost RM 17 each (4 of them). Really the WORST hotel ever, even 1 or 2 stars hotels are even better than them. ALL THEIR WORKING STAFF HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. I FELT MY IQ WENT DOWN TO 0 JUST BY TALKING TO THEM. You need to have high EQ, IQ and patience to deal with them. You see the bed photo? That’s how it looked after housekeeping when I get back to my room. My shoes are flipped upside down and separated?? Doesn’t make sense. If your room is facing the highway you will never be able to have a good night sleep. It’s friggin loud. My company have spent over RM 150,000++ in this hotel for event rental, now they've lost our business. A bit of review for their event hall, there are cockroaches inside the coffee machines and also around food area and event room. My event manager had a hard time working with their AV guy too.

I guess this is the main reason this hotel is fully booked always now. All over from PRC, Indonesia etc to join the meeting. They have the meeting on Saturday afternoon. My bf & I was got 'welcome' to join their meeting on 1pm during breakfast. The auntie keep invited us when we were eating breakfast, she came talked to us while we sitting at lobby reading newspaper. During my 1st time stay, Mtree has very good coffee+cake set @ RM15/set on end of 2017. Price increased to RM22/set & not willing to sell me on Friday night because the café want to serve buffet dinner. But the location of this hotel is very good because it's walking distance to IOI LRT & IOI mall, a lot nice eating place. If not, I will not stay this hotel.

- Puanzura (2/5): MTREE HOTEL PUCHONG (VERY BAD SERVICE!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL) - Am staying on 16/7/19 FAR AWAY FROM KUANTAN for business trip & it was a very horrible ever in my life. The service was very bad, slow & not friendly start from the reception & also got the room with aircond not working and flooded bathroom. After check in at 6pm am went out from the hotel with my husband to have dinner and suddenly my husband not feeling well. On that day I came with my bos a.k.a to my husband's good friend & we check in for 2 rooms under my bos name. On that emergency time I was calling direct to the hotel reception & asked to transfer my call to my bos because I already call to his cellphone didnt answer on that time. The reception indian guy was so rude at me & said it was a hotel policy cannot transfer my call to the room. I KNOW IT IS 1 OF THE HOTEL POLICY but why not if your staff dont want to transfer my call, just say it properly & take my phone no & send the message to my bos. Im so panic that time with my husband start cannot breathing at shopping mall. At last am asked from police helper there to order grab & go to the nearby clinic. My conclusion is.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. NOTE : Im working as a CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE also. Please remember your customer is always need your helped & your concerned. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR HOTEL SERVICE INCLUDING YOUR STAFF.

- Gotravel1881 (8/5): Pleasant stay - Had booked for one night as the Hotel was near my event venue. With the price I did not expect much. Therefore was pleasantly surprised upon checking in. Room was clean and comfortable with adequate toiletries, hair dryer, coffee and tea making facilities, strong shower... Breakfast was adequate. That aside ... Dining room was a bit cramped and music for a morning was too loud. Limited tv channels ... appears that these complaints have not been resolved. Check in at 5.30pm was labored considering I was the only one checking in and staff had to check whether the room was cleaned and available. At 5.30pm I would have thought that the room would be ready. All said, thank you to Mr Raja for being attentive and for the umbrella.

(Level 8 streetview) Merries with Raya fireworks sounds in the late night. Appreciate if the TV channel can improve, add more variable cartoons channel like Disney Channel or kids programme will be great. Is a nice place whereby a lot choice of food out there. N there's a 24hours Cafe nearby. There's a swimming pool at the 9th floor.

Room is cheaply fitted and the only good thing is the high quality of the bed - nice linen & very comfortable. Breakfast selection is poor and dinner menu is extremely limited. Hotel seems to be aimed at Chinese tourists & weddings. My room has not been serviced for 3 days even though I've complained to the front desk. OK, I can live with making my own bed but I am out of towels and coffee sachets. I don't know how to make the shower water hot. Four Seasons for me, next time!

- michelleyt803 (8/5): Nice and comfy stay - Hotel is clean and new, staff and security guard is friendly and helpful. The room is a little bit small which is out of my expectation. But it's still very comfy and pleasant. The only problem I had when staying here is the air conditioning. The control is tricky to use as the temperature setting seems like doing nothing to the room temperature. It can be very cold now but suddenly become warm in the middle of night. Besides, there's fewer TV channels also. But still, I would recommend it anyway as it is very grand and there's a beautiful swimming pool in the highest floor level.
