• Alfred (8/5): Urlaub war sehr gut - Sehr gute Lage, parken in der Tiefgarage unter dem hotel war super.
• Olga (6/5): Allgemein ok. - Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Hat gute Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage mit Aufpreis. Ich hätte gerne bei diesem Preis wenigstens ein Glas im Zimmer umd Duschgell.
• Claudia (8/5): - Gewohnte Qualität. Praktische Lage neben einer sehr guten Pizzeria. Etwas städtischeres Explorer Hotel. Dies bedingt, dass man einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz zahlen muss (10 €).

• Richard (7/5): - Ideale plek als je met de trein bent, hotel is direct gelegen aan het Zillertal boemel-treintje. Skipiste gondel is prima te voet bereikbaar (10 min). Het ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgd. De spa is heel fijn na elke ski dag. Nette mooie kamer met lekkere bedden en fijne badkamer met prima douche. In de kamer zit een (gesloten) tussendoor naar de naastgelegen kamer waardoor je de buren heel goed hoort.
• Seegers (8/5): Komme gern wieder, kann das Hotel nur Empfehlen, ein Lob an alle Mitarbeiter/in super+Frühstück !!! - Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Zimmer ebenfalls ausgezeichnet , die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und Das einzige was nicht so schön ist, sind die Betten, da spürt man jede Feder und in der Nacht bei Ruhe kann man die Federn hören wie diese arbeiten :-) sonst ist alles 9 Sterne !

• Ron (8/5): Comfortabel hotel op een ideale locatie voor een skivakantie. - Onder het hotel bevindt zich een parkeergarage. Deze is wel betaald, maar dat is natuurlijk erg prettig, zeker bij een kort verblijf. De kamers zijn erg fijn, met goede bedden en een prettige douche. Ik sliep aan de straatzijde; als je het raam open hebt hoor je het verkeer, maar met het raam dicht heb je daar geen last van. Het ontbijt start al vroeg, om 6:30 uur, wat ideaal is als je gaat skiën. De lift ligt op ongeveer vijf minuten lopen. De skiberging bevindt zich op een wat onhandige plek, namelijk op de eerste verdieping en binnen in het hotel. Daarom heb ik gebruikgemaakt van een ski-locker bij de piste. Het ontbijt is prima en uitgebreid. Je kunt zelf een eitje koken of een ei of omelet bakken. Op de bovenste verdieping is een fijne wellness waar badkleding verplicht is. Gezien mijn drukke programma heb ik hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De trein stopt voor de deur, wat ook handig is voor een bezoek aan Mayrhofen. De skiberging ligt op een onhandige plek (eerste verdieping en binnen in het hotel). Daarom heb ik gebruikgemaakt van een ski-locker bij de piste.

Nice facilities, waxing bench and gear boxes in the lobby. Amazing breakfast menu. Coffee machine always available. Spa and gym available. Rooms not soundproof.

• HERBERT (8/5): Preis Leistung top. Personal sehr freundlich. - Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Beim frühstück war für jeden was dabei. Im Restaurant konnte man sehr gut essen und auch dort war das Personal äußerst freundlich. Leider war kein Pool für meine Jungs aber die Saunas waren in der Jahreszeit sehr angenehm.

Pin pro otevření schránky uvedený v Booking.com nefungoval.Při Ubytování v 22:30 hod. nám to nikdo na telefonu uvedeném v infu, nebral. Museli jsme intuitivně vyhledat v Restauraci obsluhu, kde nám sice nerozuměli anglicky,, ale po 4.-tem telefonátu již Recepční telefon zvedl( anglicky umí jen základy,a tak mluvili s obsluhou Restaurace německy).Dal nám pokoj pro Postižené, my nejsme :(, navíc jsme si zaplatili Apartmá 2 oddělené postele, a dostali jsme společné s doporučením, ať si je sami oddělíme, což jsme tedy učinili. Při check out a placeni - Recepční ´Rasíma ´hovořila německy- (vždy použila Du místo Sie tzn. pouze nám tykala)- zvláštní přístup ke klientovi :(.Anglicky umí jen sporé základy, jež nevyužila při hovoru. Celkově neprofesionální přístup k platícímu zákazníkovi, nejsme si jistí, zda znovu využijeme tento Hotel.

Alles kostet extra, selbst wennman etwas später aus he ken möchte - auch wenn das Hotel gar nicht ausgebucht ist. Foto an der Decke etwas verstörend. Nicht klar was das soll, dass eine Frau von unten in den Schritt fotografiert wird.

• Markku (8/5): Hyvä lähtöpaikka alppivaelluksille. - Toimiva sijainti rautatieaseman kupeessa. Viereiseltä kadulta tuli melkoinen liikenteen ääni. Hotellirakennus oli ratkaisuiltaan toimiva, mutta arkkitehtuuriltaan ruma. Aamiaisella munakas piti valmistaa itse.

• Béla (8/5): A leíert kompromisszumokkal teljesen jó. - Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés, tisztaság és nem csak a szobában, este 21 óráig nyitva tartó szauna. Ami nem tetszett: helyben parkolás csak külön költség ellenében, utcazajra nyíló ablakú szoba légkondicionáló nélkül, háziállatok az étkezőben.

• Iain (8/5): very nice stay, clean and modern hotel - the make yourself omelette station was great. the breakfast was very basic but had most of what you need. lots of bread choices although there was no toaster. loved the restaurant next door, think its called zum franks, we eat there every night the walk to the gondola was slightly further than expected but not a deal breaker. the gym was basic and ideally needed a rack of free weights. there not many obvious visible bars and restaurants like in most ski resorts, its quite a quiet town.

Breakfast, although self service, had a large selection and the option to cook an omelette or boiled eggs. The rooms were noisy and poor lighting. No extractor fan in the bathroom and no shampoo or body wash.
