- dylanu590 (2/5): Worst guest experience - I registered months in advance for an American Legion event. Which is a Veteran organization and we have used this hotel for years. The night shift attendant came in at 11 and stated we could not be in the lounge when there was no signs stating specific hours of operations. And she mean mugged us like we were a problem. We had several different posts who are all part of this organization staying at this hotel and mingling after our event. We were treated unfairly and I have recommend to ky post command who agreed we will not be back at this establishment because of it. It is ashamed how veterans are treated here and how we were looked down on by a women like we were a problem,

Then they tried to blame Booking.Com for booking the wrong room. Dishonest people. The beds sagged. Paper thin towels Water is very slimy. Terrible coffee Terrible breakfast

- Paul (10/5): - You know another ten minutes of cleaning could've done wonders and unfortunately, the day we stayed, they had a wedding party they took over the whole breakfast area and where inconsiderate somebody could have told them to move away from the coffee area. It's like they were at home, didn't care who was trying to get in there to get coffee they were more important.

- Richard (10/5): - This Hampton Inn was perfect location for our concert adventure in Cleveland. Close enough to see Morgan Wallen concert and still get to after the concert was over. Excellent staff (Danielle was so helpful) and a lot of extras around the hotel area. Would definitely stay at this location again. 5 Star for sure!!!

- Debbie (8/5): - The only reason that I didn't give 5 star review was that the pillows were all too soft. No variety of pillows and it was like no pillow at all. Also the air conditioner made noise and we couldn't find out how to keep the fan ON so that it would not turn off and be silent.

Staff were all friendly, doing a great job, managing things well. I definitely recommend this hotel, would happily stay here again
