• Natalia (6/5): Do not recommend f - The location of the place is very convenient and 5 minutes walk from the restaurants, buses, 15 minutes walk to the marina. It was cheap as well, paid 75 euro for two nights, which is a good value for its location and Tenerife in general. The water in the shower had a good pressure. The owners should be more honest about it's facilities. The houses are made of a very thin, plank wood, which i wouldn't even call that. It was more like a thick cardboard lol in the night during this month is absolutely freezing, I mean I slept in my jacket, hoodie and got extra blankets of them ( but I got a comment from the owner, that is really not that cold). Temperature at night goes down to 9 degrees and there is no heating anywhere in the hostel. Gaps in the door and window and roof, wind was just trashing the place all night. can't imagine stay there also in the summer, as you can not open the window, and there is no air con at all. The windows go directly to a common area, so there is no way to sleep with the windows open, some weirdo may just join, while you are asleep lol talking about weirdos. I've read comments before here that there is a bunch of old people staying there, or even living there. Yes, I think to me assessment some of them are homeless, very messy looking, unwashed, very old poor, lonely people. It is bizarre, and remember you still share all common facilities with them, including toilets. I was very uncomfortable with that, you get a very old, rough looking men starring at you at all times. I didn't feel safe there, didn't like the atmosphere, it was like a mental institution vibe| homeless shelter. Sad, lonely, i felt misplaced. Some of them stay awake all night, sitting outside, smoking literally outside your window and drinking wine. Strange. I do not recommend. It had a very bad vibe, kind of unclean, uncomfortable feeling about the place.
• Petr (10/5): - Tohle bylo naprosto úžasné ubytování, během mého měsíčního pobytu na Kanárských ostrovech jedno z nejlepších. Naprosto nádherné jsou obrazy na celé ploše stěn které jsou jakoby živé. Velice jsem si zde odpočinul a je to skvělá klidná základna pro výlety na Teide a do parku Corona Forestal. Oproti hlučnému a přelidněnému Los Christianos a Las Americas se zde člověk cítí skvěle. • Jakub (6/5): - Personál. Netradiční výzdoba. Velmi hlučné. I přes špunty v uších slyšíte každého, kdo šel na toaletu skrz hlučnost dveří a prostupnost hluku. K tomu toalet a sprch byl nedostatek. V pokoji nebylo dost míst, kam si pověsit oblečení nebo ručník.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Nice budget stay in a cozy town - nice location, close to shops and beaches, very walkable town. Also restaurants and bars nearby. The terrace was nice and the kitchen was rather well equipped. The staff was nice and friendly! The facilities (kitchen, bathrooms) are provided for quite many people at once, so they get crowded at times. We had to often wait to use the bathroom, oven, or stove. We also randomly did not have water at all for most of the day; which of course is more of a fault of the town management than the hostel. But I wish the hostel showed some initiative by for example bringing a 5L bottle of water for drinking and washing hands, or to flush the toilets, since the hostel is expected to provide water for people staying there.

La chambre solo fait plutôt 4m carré, structure en bois donc tous les bruits du dehors y pénètrent. Cuisine fermée avec des cadenas, pas possible d avoir accès au frigo, plaques électriques et bouilloire avant 8h du matin.

• Gerlinde (5/5): Schaut besser aus als es ist - Die Malereien waren ganz nett und der Innenhof auch. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer in der Holzhütte. Alles sehr minimalistisch. Zumindest ein Stuhl als Ablagefläche wäre nett. Das Licht im Zimmer war sehr diffus. Das Wasser in der Dusche war kalt und im Bad gab es einen Kübel mit Dreckwasser das unangenehm gerochen hat. Obwohl überall Rauchverbot stand wurde geraucht. Wir haben uns dort nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Wir haben zuvor in einem Hotel im Norden gewohnt und nur 25 Euro pro Nacht mehr bezahlt, dafür hatten wir Komfort und ein tolles Frühstück.

Мне еще понравился внутренний дворик, очень уютно. По вечерам там собираются гости и общаются, довольно дружелюбно. Есть стиральные машинки и места для сушки. Единственный минус это отсутствие шумоизоляции. Ночью боишься случайно пошуметь чтобы никого не разбудить.

• Alicja (10/5): My favourite hostel on the island - This was my fourth winter holiday in Tenerife and also my fourth stay in this amazing hostel. This one is certainly my favorite (out of the seven I’ve stayed in, as I like traveling around the island). The atmosphere is amazing and you can meet some very interesting folks there. You can just chill on your own in the lovely garden or meet some new friends, as it is extremely easy to do so there. The people I met were super nice and friendly (yes, including the older gentlemen that some other people mentioned in their reviews). As a solo female traveler, I feel very safe in this hostel. Apart from that, it is close to everything (even a dentist, if you are unlucky like me and a filling falls out!). It is also very clean. And best of all: my favorite staff member, King George! He is the friendliest and most helpful guy in the hostelling world. Thank you very much for making my stay so great!

There are rules posted everywhere, and if you don't follow them you get a fine or they can kick you out. The kitchen and fridges are physically locked between 10pm and 8am, what the.... The beds are extremely noisy. If someone moves everyone will be awake. The space felt cramped, old, not clean and the atmosphere of the people was really weird.

• Lžičařová (8/5): - Location, vibes all amazing. The rooms are really cozy due to the artwork on the walls which we loved. We must appreciate that there was no noise during night and early morning. The location is nice and the kitchen well equipped. We were accommodated in a main building with shared toilet-bathroom. As it was also part of the common area (kitchen etc) there was always some waiting for it - sometimes more then 20 minutes.

• Niki (10/5): Beautiful art and vibe - Absolutely beautiful place, with stunning art all over. It felt a bit more strict than most hostels, they lock the kitchen at night etc, but I liked it, it was orderly and clean and felt more mature in a way. Very chill vibe. I don't think I saw the staff girl smile once 😅 However maybe she had her reasons, people are allowed to have a bad day and she was not unfriendly, just seemed a bit uninterested in her job.

Küche und Aufenthaltsraum nicht sehr gemütlich und alt. Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Nur ein Badezimmer. In der Nacht war es eiskalt - zu wenig Decke bzw. keine Heizung.

• Wojciech Niedzielski (7/5): Ok na kilka dni - W obiekcie jest wszędzie czysto, łącznie z łazienkami i obsługa bardzo pilnuje żeby tą jakość utrzymać. Po 22 obowiązuje cisza nocna i jest przestrzegana. Podwórko jest przyjemne, z miejscem gdzie można posiedzieć, poczytać książkę, zjeść i ogólnie się zrelaksować. Pokój był niewyciszony, wszystkie rozmowy z kuchni było słychać jakby się siedziało tuż obok. Hotel znajduje się tuż przy lotnisku na ścieżce do lądowania, niestety w związku z tym w ciągu dnia słychać przelatujące samoloty.

• Yu (7/5): Budget friendly but room is very basic - 1. The staff is nice, welcoming and helpful. 2. The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, stove, oven, cutlery, kettle, toaster, pans and pots… 3. Guests respect the rules - they clean after themselves, stay quiet after 11pm etc. 1. It’s in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants or cafes around; you have to go to the next town (Las Galletas) to eat. The location is also wrong on Google map. Everyone gets lost upon arrival. 2. No lock on doors. No outlets or lights next to beds. Nowhere to put or lock your belongings in the room. This place wasn’t made to be a hostel; it was made INTO one. 3. Only 3 bathrooms for all the guests. Only 1 of them is in the main building where everyone hangs out, thus always full; the other two are in the shared dorm, which is strange. 4. The kitchen is shut down from 10pm to 8am. Can’t even use the fridge or kettle. 5. There are a lot of elderly people who stay here long term. Don’t expect the young, social vibe. 6. No sound proof. So much noise comes into the room through thin walls, which can be disturbing.

• Angelika (8/5): - Parkplätze kostenlos vorhanden. Strand und Ort fußläufig erreichbar. Schnorchelbucht auch im Winter zugänglich. Zu wenig Sanitäranlagen. Küchenbenutzung eingeschränkt, (nur bis 22 Uhr). Zimmer sehr Nur hellhörig. Nur für 1-2 Tage geeignet.

• Tim (6/5): Solides Hostel, nettes Ambiente, aber sehr hellhörig - Nettes Ambiente - eine freundliche Atmosphäre im Hostel. Gemischte Altersklassen und Rücksichtnahme. Die Einzelzimmer haben sehr dünne Wände. Man hört jede Bewegung des Nachbarn. Ruhig schlafen kann man eigentlich nur mit Ohrenstöpseln. Ein Teil der Toilette sind nur durch ein Mehrbettzimmer zu erreichen, was ich als unangenehm empfand, in Hostel aber durchaus üblich ist.
• Peter (1/5): Terrible - the worst place i have stayed in my life , everything is locked down with metal bars including the fridge so if you wanna take out drinks from the fridge get ready for it you won’t be able to . i had to make an major argument with the owner ‘who’s probably on drugs because she were shaking awhile i was discussing with her the matter , extremely rude attitude, she also hiring people there who do jest get paid for working there it will be reported to the relevant authorities in Spain . nothing

• Theo (1/5): Schrijf nooit reviews en ben liever positief maar voor deze ervaring maak ik een uitzondering. - Niet van toepassing Ik werd bij aankomst geinformeerd dat ik een bed had geboekt in de vrouwenslaapzaal. Dit was mij onbekend dacht dat slaapzalen altijd gemixed waren. Niet dus! Weer wat geleerd. Had 5 dagen van tevoren geboekt dus dit was al geruime tijd bekend bij de accomodatie. Vervolgens hadden ze geen ander bed beschikbaar ze waren volgeboekt en ik moest mijn verblijf maar annuleren en ophoepelen, ook om verdere kosten te voorkomen (2 nachten geboekt). Ik had immers al 1 overnachting betaald omdat 24uurs annulering termijn verstreken was. Contact gehad met accomodatie en het ontbrak aan elke vorm van compassie of meedenken. Uiteindelijk geen restitutie van de betaalde nacht en kon ik opzoek naar een ander hostel.
