• Richard (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - Fantastic property. Complimentary water and coffee beans for the machine. Excellent staff. Could not fault it. The adjacent, "sister" hotel has good restaurants if required. Nothing to fault the property, although the outside sink remained blocked throughout our stay. The prices for food and drink in the "sister" hotel are high for the area. That said, they were still cheaper than UK for the quality that was served.

Самый большой недостаток всего комплекса вилл это руководство которое не следит за чистотой, за состоянием вилл и за работой персонала. Когда мы заехали, уборки после предыдущих гостей практически не было, нам досталось от них многое: волосы, орехи на полу мебели, крышки от бутылок и даже использованный памперс. Матрасы на шезлонгах покрыты плесенью и грязью, стёкла покрыты слоем жира, отпечатками от рук и других частей тела. Шкафы на кухне пахнут сырыми тряпками. В ответ на мои замечания было сказано что сегодня этот вопрос не решится, и нужно ждать следующего дня. Так же при заселении не было стиральной машинки, был сломан кондиционер, сломана посудомойка, сломан кран воды на кухне. На следующий день 80% грязи убрали, что то не смогли, что не захотели. Матрасы просто унесли, чтобы рядом не было плесени. Машинку тоже принесли на следующий день, но стирать в ней нельзя так как первая пробная партия белья покрылась ржавыми хлопьями. Для себя сделал вывод что это далеко не luxury villa, а место с которым нужно смириться после увиденного, и если есть возможность менять на другое жильё.

• Kenneth (9/5): My team and I enjoyed the villa and hotel facilities immensely. - There was no breakfast provided but the villa was huge and served our party of 9 well. Rooms were big (some of them a little too big) but overall the villa was clean and quiet with amenities to match. The 3-storey hotel gym is quite possibly the best hotel gym I have ever visited throughout all of my travels. The location of the property proved challenging for us to move around freely as it was rather secluded. It was also a walk away from the main hotel area which resulted in a lot of unnecessary shuttling (would have preferred to access the hotel on foot but the weather had other plans) by the hotel staff, though they were more than happy to transport us around.

We have booked a 6-room villa but there are 2 rooms at downstairs which when we arrive, there are some stuffy smell in those 2 rooms. Apart from that, there are fallen leaves and flowers all over the place which are really unpleasant. The manager has tried his best to fix the problem for us but there are still some smell. On understanding that it takes time to let the smell gone, the manager has arranged another villa for our friends to stay while the rooms take time to clear out the smell. The manager is super helpful and very patient with us, we are very impressed by his help. The house keeping is good, kitchen utensils are enough for cooking, bbq stove is working great, everything is fine and all of us liked this villa a lot. The main thing is that they will try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We surely will come back.

• Yi Wa (10/5): Comfy poolside - Staff are friendly and helpful. There are free shuttle vans for traveling. The in-house chef dinner is in Thai style. The chef is nice. For breakfast, they arrange and cook efficiently. We love the poolside and the room is spacious. It would be grateful if the water in poolside can be filtrated, as we see there’s oily surface one day after. Maybe a filter could be added to make water clean.
• Grace (6/5): Getting back to the villa is a nightmare each time - The villa is clean, spacious, not a lot of mosquitoes and housekeeping is helpful; in-villa chef is average, overcooked all meats but grilled BBQ seafood was food (because we requested chef to buy live fresh seafood). Normally this would warrant 4-5 stars but the villa location is very remote and not suitable for anyone not renting a car. A taxi tried to charge us 2000baht (~USD60) to return to CasaBay from Nai Harn beach (10-15 min ride); when I called CasaBay for help, the on-duty staff hung up on me - 4x!!! It was only 7:30pm and I was denied help to get back to my villa, it was really horrible as we have 2 small children. At the end, it costed us 600-650 baht (~USD20) each time to get back to the villa from Nai Harn beach or Karon beach (15-20 min ride). CasaBay offers shuttle drop-off but no return ride service, and it is so remote that each time we get scammed trying to get a taxi back to the villa. CasaBay is a great villa overall, just as you see on their website, but unless you plan to stay at the villa all day or have a car, I would not recommend this villa. One more thing, the main door to living room area cannot be locked when you go out, you have to lock all valuables in your bedroom. Only 2 bedrooms are inside the main living area/kitchen, 3rd bedroom is next to the pool on its own, and 4th bedroom is downstairs next to garage. You would need to go outside and walk up the stairs to get to the living area/pool. So you will get wet if it rains outside.
• Kristen (10/5): Gorgeous Property, Wonderful Staff - Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and more than willing to do whatever it took to make our days easier. The property is a bit out of the way, and most taxi drivers aren't sure where it is, but the free one way taxi service offered by the hotel was super helpful. With the sea view, the private infinity pool and the large outdoor living space, there are plenty of opportunities to just relax and enjoy the villas. Also, be sure to hire the private chef to cook dinner for your party in your villa kitchen...you won't regret it!
• Chris (10/5): Clean and Excellent Villa - We booked the 3 bed room villa for a very good price which made us feel a little skeptical about the place. Although the pictures looked nice, we were afraid it might not turn out like the pictures. When we got there, we have to drive through a little village with run down buildings and abandoned villas which made us even more skeptical. However Once we arrived, we were simply blown away by the place and the facilities in the villa. Extremely spacious villa with a good sound system inside and outside the pool. A full side gas grill for your bbq by the pool. The rooms were very clean and neat with en-suite toilets. The furniture and deco to the landscaping around the pool was perfect. I have no complains about this place and the staff were simply amazing. Calling to check on us every day to see if we need anything else and very helpful if you have any questions at all. The private chef was awesome too, one of the best tomyum soups i had. Do note that this place requires you to have a car to get to and it's inside a rural area. other than that, it's a awesome villa. will definitely come back again.

• SZE LONG (10/5): Prefect! - 無論房間整潔及舒適度, 員工服務態度等都無可挑剔 , 只是遺憾未能安排到廚師在房間煮食, 另外由於地點偏僻 最好自駕遊!
• Verified traveler (10/5): 最高でした！ - ヴィラに着くまでにかなりローカルな道を通るので、実際にどんな所か不安になりましたが、着いてみると想像以上の場所でかなり快適にすごせました。 プールと部屋の配置の位置や、広さ、清潔さ、おしゃれさ、すべて申し分なくて最高の思い出になりました。

• Ida (8/5): 適合一家大細 - 位置較偏，但自駕遊絕對冇問題，車可以直接泊到villas門口，非常方便！最稱心滿意是有洗衣房，非常適合一家大細入住！
